Went inside to order, took me 35 minutes total to get my order. During that time, I saw two girls on their phones talking to each and a guy in a sweatshirt just walking front to back multiple times, chatting with the employees, not working. Ordered extra chicken and eggs on a Cobb Salad. I was charged for it but did not get what I ordered. I noticed once I got home after a distant drive. Had to wait for 20 minutes in the drive through. I visit this location a couple of times a week for breakfast and have never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh, hot and good and customer service is top notch. Inside or drive thru I am normally waited on quickly and while sometime there is a few minute wait I know my order is fresh and has not been setting under a warming light for hours. read more

Food was terrible. I went through the drive thru mid morning and noticed I received a diet soda instead of regular so I went back in and asked for it to be changed out. I assumed it was right and I left. 10 minutes down the road I realized I was given another diet soda on top of that I ordered 12ct meal, chicken was super over cooked, fries were slightly cold and soggy. This is the SLOWEST CHICK-FIL-A I've ever been too. Took over 10 mins to wait in my order & there was NO ONE there. This is probably why no one really goes here. Always go here but lately I have been upset by their lack of concern for those traveling and wanting to use their restrooms. Pretty much didn't care my kid needed to use the bathroom and said there was a gas station we could use all the way across the highway off ramp after I spent $30 on chicken .... also turned out they got my order completely wrong I called and asked for my correct order having to waste 15 more of my time to get it without them apologizing. Passing through casa grande enroute to Phoenix. And lo and behold there is Chick-fil-A he in I-10. It is always good to eat Chick-fil-A sandwich for breakfast . Although their breakfast is available I prefer their lunch menu, the breakfast bread is more greasy and for the lunch buns just ask for the sandwich without butter, the regular breaded chicken is better than the grilled ones but it's better to ask without butter just to reduce the greasy taste. read more

This Chick-fil-A is in Casa Grande, Exit 194. Typical of all Chick-fil-A's, this one is clean, gives great service with a smile, and has great food. Ordered a coffee and a chik fil a chicken biscuit and it was pretty tasty. Coffee was good too. Can choose different creamer French vanilla, hazelnut, or regular half and half. You stir it in your self though. Everyone there is really polite! They say my pleasure instead of you're welcome, and all with smiles! Honestly the customer service is great as always but the food is always old and mediocre. I've been to plenty of CFAs where they serve delicious and fresh food but this is definitely not one of them. I've gone about 5 times hoping for better luck but what follows is always the same disappointment. The mac and cheese is by far the worst item ever, it looks and tastes like it was there for at leas 2 hours. If i had taken a picture of all my old mac and cheeses I would definitely have posted them. Really sad about this as this is the nearest CFA to me but I will never go to it again unless the food quality improves. read more

This location did screw up once--they gave me a gluten-free bun (rather gross) when I asked for a multigrain bun. Also, when the lady working the drive-thru repeated our order back to us, it was correct, and we confirmed. We are a first responder family, and the manager decided to pick on me - a mother with her children - that we were not allowed to order inside after waiting in line for 15 minutes. We were informed we could use the restroom, but then would have to go through the drive-through...despite multiple other families being allowed to order inside. Rude.
