I usually come here to kill some time.... grab some grub, hop on their wi-fi and let the kids loose to play. Their customer service is great. The food is consistently satisfactory. I LOVE that they carry soup (I found several locations don't). The kid's area is kept up and is right next door to the bathrooms (so kids don't have to run across the restaurant to go potty, like at other locations). The restaurant overall could use a better job with it's upkeep. I find that the floors are sometimes sticky and tables aren't cleaned right away. Eventually, someone gets to it, but I think it could be taken care of faster. Overall, I like hanging out here. Sometimes I'll work from here, read a book or just surf the web. read more

We were visiting Charleston as Savannah Locals and stopped by this chick fil a for lunch. Let start off by saying GREAT service! The workers were very efficient and nice, and accommodating. This might be my most visited location. I have always received great service, and great quality of food. My latest favorites are the grilled chicken wrap and the grilled Cobb salad. Staff of course is always friendly as is standard at all locations, however this is the slowest and least organized of any of the Charleston stores. Every Chick-fil-A menu around here is the same, which is to say excellent. This Chick-fil-A location is somewhat hard to get into and out of, especially when there is a long line. The drive-through line can trap dine-in customers easily. If you have options, I'd choose another nearby location that's easier to access during peak times. read more

I have never been disappointed when coming here and they have always exceeded my expectations. The staff here goes out of their way to make sure that each customer has a great experience. This was the worst experience at Chick-fil-A I've ever had. It wasn't busy, our food was not hot, and our food was not fresh. It was evident the grease or something was old or needed to be changed, because the chicken on our chicken sandwiches and all of our fries didn't taste fresh. I didn't even finish my meal. I won't be going back to this location. The cashier was really nice, but no one came around and asked if anyone needed refills, and no one checked on us. They didn't seem to be short staffed, but maybe they were having a bad night. read more

I've been to this location several times now, mainly because nick bribes me with a frosted lemonade to go to Lowe's with him. I love Chick fil a. The tea is nice and strong. This location is reliable in that I can trust their tea will be fresh and strong. I'm taking a star off because I always have to interact with employees standing at the speaker and the employeedude who has to be a middle man between me and the guy at the window. If I'm not mistaken, chick-fil-a is privately owned. The owners keep it closed on Sundays. This makes for happy employees. It shows by their attitude towards the customers. You can't go wrong here, but trying to avoid a line at the drive through is like trying to beat the lunch time rush at the DMV on a Friday.

I went today during the busiest lunch hour for the drive through. They were so organized and friendly. There were about ten employees outside taking orders ahead of time, prepared and accurate when I got up to the cash cart to pay.. I was very impressed. It took less than ten minutes between driving up and having food in hand. It took longer to exit the parking lot because of the traffic coming in to the place. On a previous visit, the outside employee who took my order put it in wrong and left out a meal so I had to wait over 25 minutes for my food.. When I finally got my food they didnt charge me for the extra combo.. which I appreciated. I did not leave a review at that time as I wanted to wait until a second visit because..Like any place, they have good days and bad days. Last time I said 1 no pickles they did both. Not that big a deal but they were flawless pre-remodel. Now, both sandwiches like rubber, I asked for a side salad with ranch, get home to some kale trash with raisins and nuts. Why did they even ask which ranch I wanted? So now I'm sitting here hungry, and they close before I can get there for a refund, so this food will be sitting with me til Monday, since they're closed Sundays, when I can go get my $ back. Worst Chick-fil-A ever. Everytime I go something is wrong. Tried to get peppermint chocolate milkshake in drive thru and they gave it to me with no chocolate chips. They sent me a coupon code because of issues and I tried to use it inside yesterday and the staff including the manager couldn't get code to work. I just left without food. I live in the North and whenever I come to town I visit this Chick-Fil-A one thousand times a week. My order is always fast and accurate, the staff is always a delight and the inside is always clean. The drive through can be intimidating when you see the line wrapped around the building, Chick-fil-A has figured out a way to make their drive-through the most efficient drive through in all of fast food restaurants. I come here very often. I often go through the drive through and very rarely order curbside. I recommend going through drive through. I just spent 25 minutes waiting for food that I ordered before I left my work. Drove 15 min to CFA and still had to wait 25 min for my food. I was then late to work. This Chick-fil-A only prioritizes drive-through so if you are not going through drive-through I would not recommend going to this Chick-fil-A ever. read more

First they don't ask about your app they just tell you to ask for a receipt so you can manually do it. Then they also didn't ask if I wanted sauce either. I was excited for the completed reconstruction of the Magwood Dr. location. On 12/17/19 around 230 pm My co worker and I approached the scene with confusion as the parking lot layout is completely different/ confusing for your first time revisiting. Nonetheless, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious (the milkshake tasted like a cow was milked that morning). My only problem was we spent about $20 each on a split order and although I held out my app to be scanned the lady on Drive thru Lane 2 didn't scan it AT ALL. She had a friendly demeanor and amazing customer service but my rewards for spending money with Chic Fil A are better. I've had the app for two years so it's the honest reason I consume more money with this business. I actually went to chick fil a twice today. I had breakfast and dinner here. Who can say no to the delicious chicken nuggets? Chick fil a nuggets have a distinctly different taste than other fast food restaurants . I eat mine with the Polynesian sauce. I went back for dinner and decided to have a grilled chicken wrap. I asked for the avocado ranch dressing and boy was it good. I only had the entree but it was quite filling. I really like that chick fil a has the outside cashiers. I wanted to give the employees at this Chick-Fil-A a special Yelp commendation as they were incredibly patient with inarguably the worst drive-thru customer in history. I personally witnessed the following occurrence: the woman spent literally 4 minutes ordering during which she asked for a salad they don't make, asked the difference between a salad they do have and the one they don't make, asked for dressing they don't have anymore, chastised the drive-thru employee for the presumably corporate decision to take that off the menu, told her she needs to take it up with the "high up people because that dressing is the only reason she came and they're gonna lose a lot business," then after about 30 more seconds of silent reflection, begrudgingly settled on 12 chicken nuggets. The drive-thru employees all calmly responded to her ridiculous queries and efficiently and respectfully served her even though I was about to lose my mind just overhearing the exchange. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I used to visit this Chick-fil-A before the renovations it was always mature and respectful, quick and no stress. But my visit tonight was awful. There was nothing but kids working who weren't taking their jobs very seriously and the manager just stood around watching them not pay attention to their job they're getting paid to do. The kid who took my order told me I couldn't get it the way I asked for, but when I used to order the same exact thing when I used to come it was no issue. When I got to the window it was awful. The very young girl giving out orders didn't even pay attention to what I had, forgot my drink, was too busy chatting with a guy employee about something else than to help the customer who's turn it was. I asked for a side of tomatoes (that I paid for) and I got 1 small tomato. My fiancé asked for no tomatoes on his sandwich and they put tomatoes on it.
