Simply amazing how there are so many employees outside, taking orders and guiding traffic and taking money and handing over the food. This is like the best choreography on the planet. It seemed pretty darn efficient, though the plethora of vehicles was overwhelming. This is a chain that I normally don't support, due to their history of bigotry. Today I gave in. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a medium fruit. What I got was a complete meal with fries and a drink. That's not what I wanted, but it was okay. I thought the food was very good, but the medium bowl of fruit was TOO small to be classified as medium. For a drive thru experience, it was not bad. For a food experience, it was not bad. The only thing I can ever really fault this location is that it is too good, and therefore always busy. I've heard that this is one of the busiest if not the busiest location in NC and I definitely believe it. We had our sons birthday at this location. They were AMAZING. Every CFA employee was there to help and assist us in every way. We were not sure what to expect and how it would work out, but it was the best experience we could have asked for our sons birthday party. Was very alarmed by the news of them and no other Charlotte area Chick-fail-a is carrying the spicy chicken biscuit. Chick-Fil-A is A-OK! The greatest thing about being back in the south, besides sweet tea, is the over abundance of Chick-Fil-A locations. C'mon they invented and perfected the southern style chicken sandwich/biscuit. As a chain, the quality is above average and lets face it waffle fries just rock! This location is tucked away in the Stonecrest Plaza. It can be a little bit of a maze to find but it is all worth it. The food is what you expect from the CFA but the service at this location is top notch. The staff here will actually bring your order to you, ask you how your meal is, hand out free peach shake samples and take your tray to the trash. The staff here is super friendly it borders Stepford Wives nice! The staff here must really love their job. Any request, they reply with "my pleasure" and even walk the food to you from behind the counter. The food is exactly like every other Chick-fil-A, of course. But the tea is awful, like it's always old, and in the morning it takes 20-25 minutes to get through the drive through in the mornings. Perhaps make some more biscuits and hash browns in the morning so they are ready. I am not a fast food production expert but that seems like a good idea. read more

Me and my man went there to pick up a takeout order and the old white woman responsible for working the online order area was completely rude and unprofessional. I always go to this Chick-fil-A because it is closest to my house. My order is accurate about 70% of the time but the service is usually really good. However today that was not the case. I went past the drive-through and asked the lady if I could order gift cards in the drive-through or if I needed to come inside and she said I could order from the drive-through but I would need to go back around through the line. I went through the line to order my 40 gift cards worth $400 total... And then was informed I would need to go inside. So I went inside and the gift cards were not ready and the lady that was sorting them counted probably six times because she kept getting interrupted by her teammates and forgetting what number she was on. Then, she ask if I could wait and not till after she took the order of the people behind me. This was after I had already waited 20 minutes total. I said no and left the store. She did not attempt to correct her mistake. This is extremely disappointing read more

Since there's few affordable places for breakfast in the area I hit this location more often then I should. As other reviews have said this place is usually busy in the mornings but wait times are never very long, the staff are friendly and prices aren't much higher than what I think the food is worth. I almost always get the three count chicken minis, these things are some of the best breakfast food items I've ever had anywhere. The oatmeal is also pretty good with all the extras dumped in, not a big fan of egg & cheese on a biscuit so I can't say anything about those. This place is pretty good for a quick breakfast that you won't hate yourself for eating. read more

Hot mess! A few weeks ago they got my order wrong but I didn't realize it until I got home (Waxhaw). I called the manager and he was apologetic and said he would put my name in the "recovery system" and the next time I came in I would get my meal for free. He also included a few cookies. I thought that was very nice. I went on 12/11/19 to "redeem" my free meal and to purchase 2 others. I explained to the young man in training the situation and he got the manager. It went down hill fast from there. I told her my name and the situation and she said she couldn't find my name in the system. I even told her about the cookies multiple times. She finally gave in and gave me the free order and then my other 2 orders were coming out in pieces...still don't have my cookies or even a large bag to put everything in. At this point I have been there for 25 minutes! It was not even that busy! Finally the manager came back over and I said I was still waiting on the cookies...she refused to give them to me. At this point it wasn't about the cookies, it was the fact that she and 2 other people did not listen to me. First rule of customer service...listen to your customer! Second rule - the customer is always right! I told her I didn't have time to argue about cookies since my family was at home waiting on me. It was the fact that she and 2 other people did not listen...they were too hung up on the fact that they couldn't fins my name in the system. I'm very disappointed in the food that I received tonight.. Coming through the drive thru to get my kids dinner tonight.. I order a kids meal with macaroni and cheese. Not only did we NOT receive a fork to eat the macaroni but it was literally COLD to the touch... The first time that we have ordered the macaroni and it will probably be the last.. How have I not reviewed the place I am the duchess of (on Yelp)? This Chick-fil-A is my go-to in this area. It's had it's moments but overall they've been doing a great job, considering the influx of customers since the Arboretum location is renovating. Sometimes I wish they'd bread their nuggets more... but they've been better the past few months. There are some stars working the drive thru standing outside in the heat, and I always appreciate their positive attitudes. If you haven't had their frosted lemonade you're missing out. read more

Stonecrest Chick-Fil-A is my favorite by far. They do a phenomenal business and are very well organized. They hire young folks and train them well. When busy, they bring the food to your table and are constantly circulating asking if there's anything you need including re-filling beverages. Everyone seems to have a great attitude which is hard to find in the service industry! This particular location also seems to have a lot of special events (free breakfasts, buy a combo-get a kid's meal free, etc). i want to start off by saying i used to work here and it was never this bad. i ordered this morning and as i went to drive off, my dad realized i didn't have my parfait. i hopped out and asked the window person for it. now before this happened, he was going to let me drive off without my drinks. i get to where i'm going and start to eat, no sauces. i even asked for extra salsa to make sure i'd get SOME. but got none. not sure what's happened to the store but i'm disappointed. also, our burritos were mainly egg. not sure who's in the kitchen anymore but when my coworkers and i worked, it was never ran this way. sad to see. read more
