Every time I have come I have had a problem with one of the employees. The management must be terrible when employees won't even give full portions. I had asked for double chicken and they ha given me two half scoops, same with the rice. Asked for brown rice on my burrito and they had given me 1/4 scoop. Came to this chipotle after church today and we are unimpressed and disappointed. There somehow are no hard shell tacos and as a gluten free family that is a deal breaker but we decided that we would just get bowls today (which are more expensive and we weren't compensated). They barely put rice in the bowls (even though that's the whole base!!) and we had to ask for more rice. The food overall was good except for some fatty meat pieces. BUT in one of the bowls we found plastic, likely from a glove which is gross and unsanitary - workers didn't seem to care when I brought it to them, asked if I wanted chips... (like that was going to fix the problem). We are disappointed in chipotle this time around and hope to see improvement and maybe another sanitation check sometime soon!! read more

Considering this Chipotle location is within Stonecrest, which used to be an efficient area to dine and shop, but has since been overrun by the collapsing infrastructure of South Charlotte, it is perfectly acceptable. As a frequenter of all things Chipotle, their team is friendly and efficient while navigating both in-restaurant orders as well as mobile orders. They keep up with the overwhelming demand at this location, while maintaining the trough of ingredients as fresh as it can be, given the mass consumption taking place by the populace. You would think parking would be a problem, but given the time of day, even the evening, it isn't terrible. Recommended. read more

Poor service. Staff put very hot sauce that we did not order on meal. Asked them kindly to scrape it off. The staff member stared us, upset, not breaking eye contact. Very rude, no customer care, wrapped it up in a manner that was angry, no kindness, no regard for a positive interaction, slowly made it again in a sloppy manner and huffing about it. My first time at this location and came here today (4:30pm Saturday) to get a veggie bowl. They were out of fajita veggies. I asked the worker if they were making more and they said no. How does that make any sense? I read an earlier review and others had the same issue. And the place looked very dirty. It's apparent no one cares in that restaurant. The Dilworth location was clean when I use to go so maybe will have to drive back to that location. read more

I've never written a review ever. I'm not the type to try to make something a big deal. Unfortunately the management at this chipotle doesn't seem to care about their customers. I arrived at this location at 4:30ish. I didn't bring a drink, and asked for a water cup at the end. Who I assume to be the manager on duty, as he had a black polo on, said they didn't have any water cups. It's almost laughable, as I saw multiple customers with cups (haha). Mind you, it is pouring down rain, and I say to this man, "are you really gonna make me go out to my car for a water bottle"? He says "it's looks like you're gonna have to do that." Like I said, I've never felt the need to write a negative review. Sometimes people have bad days. But, this is a common theme at this location. Worst location I've ever been to. The serving line is beyond disgusting. If you have an allergy, this place is not for you. Ate in and as it was crowded sat by the line - not once were anyone's gloves changed!! There was one particular employee who was literally just slopping the food into the bowl or the tortilla. He obviously is having a bad day or doesn't want to be here. The area by the fountain beverages is in chaos - trash, canisters pulled out from under the fountain beverage machine the whole time we were there and no one working on them. So he returns with someone who I assume is a manager that says it will take a whole 5 minutes to make more vegetables. Why are there no vegetables readily available?? Ordered at 9:40pm through the app - arrived at 10pm where the dude(which you can clearly see hates his job and comes off like he was never disciplined by his parents) that they were out of food. Mind you, right behind him were the trays they put the food in with loads of chicken in one, rice in another, etc. They clearly weren't out of food. Not only that but they charged my card and told me on the app that they completed my order. It has been revealed to me many times at this very location that I cannot trust that my experience will be worth it. A few weeks before I just went in there to use the restroom an hour before they close and there is a dude having a temper tantrum about someone being in the bathroom for "too long" He was cleaning it. I have tried to give this location a chance but they continue to disappoint. I went a couple months ago and they would only service online orders. I could not believe they refused to service anyone that walked in, the server indicated their manager told them to stop in store order's. I reached out to the manager and did not receive a follow up. Even with that experience, I visited last night and was met with the same disregard for in store customers. They indicated there was no more quac only after they fully completed my Veggie Bowl. I proceeded to see they were packaging online orders and had a container of guacamole available. The server indicated they were not making any more quac and the quac was reserved for online orders only. When did we start disregarding patrons that travel to your establishment. Also, to clearly see you have quac available only for you to lie and say you're sold out? It was only 7:30pm, enough time to make more. Also, I did not receive my kids quesadilla and only noticed when I got home and my rice was severely undercooked/mushy.
