Listen... if there's a Mcdonalds an Arby's next to each other. I'm gonna go to the Mcdonalds for a Big Mac/Quarter Pounder... and I'm gonna go to the Arby's for some curley fries. Cause lets be honest. Arby's curly fries reign supreme. And they're weird Bronco Berry sauce... honestly... I'm here for it. When I rolled up to this Arby's a couple of weeks ago, they also were serving out like Thanksgiving Dinner style sides and meal choices. Which was odd... so I decided to get a side of mashed potatoes with my fries... cause I hadn't eaten all day and I was treating myself. The mashed potatoes were like legit so delicious. I went to Arby's on 9/6/25 for a whole rotisserie chicken dinner to go. I paid $28.00 for this meal which comes with two sides. I ordered the lima beans and the broccoli for my sides and of course it comes with the 4 zucchini muffins which are always great. However, my chicken was highly undercooked and there was barely any skin on the chicken. I had to cook the chicken for another 25 minutes and the lima beans were not cooked at all. I was very disappointed. I will not be returning to this location after this meal. read more

We visited here approximately one month ago, then on 06 SEP 20. On our first visit, the restaurant was clean, staff pleasant and food was "decent". (It's Arby's, what I say?) The restrooms were clean, and a "one person at a time" sign posted on each. (That's hard to enforce when you gotta go, and the restroom is fairly big) What first caught my attention was the drink cups set out on what appears to be a food warming unit that's not in use. The cups were sitting open end up, and had a straw/lid placed loosely in each. I didn't think during this Covid thing going on that was such a great Idea. Why not just leave them stacked and clean, with straw and lids in dispensers? Be a bit more sanitary. The other was a gigantic bottle of hand sanitizer sitting by the register. That was great-- until you used it! The odor was atrocious! When used, the texture was horrible and so sticky we had to wash our hands again in the restroom. I first complained WHILE using it at the register. The employee was sympathetic, and agreed with my description of it along with the odor. She stated that it's what Corporate ordered. Ok. Then I spoke with what I thought was maybe a shift lead or equivalent about the cups open, etc. He said "OK. Thanks". We left. Yesterday we returned. Again, all was ok as above. The had sanitizer had been THANKFULLY replaced with a better product. But the cups remained. Please, y'all, at least leave them stacked, etc. You do such a good job with safety, then leave the cups/lids stacked normally. You shouldn't have the tops open like this for Covid safety reasons... I amsoo disappointed with this arbys location. First, I have been visiting this location since it opened. It has always had the Best food and staff. I took a friend to lunch there and the sandwich didn't look like what we ordered. When we asked the worker at the counter for clarification another women came to our table and began to handle our food. Asi f we were lying. The bread was dry, stale and for 7.99 I was appalled. Will never buy food here again. Worked a 12 hour shift and said to myself let me treat myself to something good on Saturday night on my way home from work. This is one of the restaurants that has a sign on the door that says short staffed dining room closed. Anybow, what does my hard earned cash get me. I got cold fries, a buffalo slider that didn't have buffalo sauce on it! I'm Being serious !!! . I was like what the heck? Ketchup packets that were gooey and stuck together. I mean stuck together like they were super glued. It was disgusting to be honest. Did get a mediocre beef and cheddar though. I Ordered through DoorDash and when the food came the sandwich is missing. So I called and told them that my order is not complete and they ask me if I can come by and pick it up. Hmm I think the reason why people order through DoorDash is so they don't have to go out of their house. If I'm gonna end up picking it up might as well do that in the first place. It won't hurt to check and make sure that the order was right specially for the delivery cause it's causing customer extra money to get it delivered. read more

This is the best fast food/ drive through restaurant on this section of Hull Street. They always get my order correct and the food is pretty good. They have a lot options and seasonal items so there is usually something new to try every time. Thank you Arby's for not sucking. Stopped in for a quick lunch and was blown away by the experience. The staff welcomed us as we entered. There was only one guest in front of us in line, but another staffer stepped up and opened another register. Service was fast, the restaurant was super clean, staff was friendly and nice, and the food was delish! The staff even thanked us as we walked out...wow. Cheers! read more

Feeling totally ripped off after getting home and seeing what I ordered at Arby's drive-thru is not even close to what they advertise. I ordered the Grand Turkey Club because I was hungry and the picture on the drive-thru menu looked really good! It showed a turkey club stacked with thin sliced turkey and topped with bacon. That is not even close to what I got and of course I am not driving 20 minutes back to the Arby's to get my money back. I just don't understand, they have a picture of the sandwich on the menu and on the website. I mean how hard is it to make a sandwich when you have pictures of it everywhere. Is there a turkey shortage in the Richmond area? I had more lettuce on my sandwich than Turkey. I don't even want to give one star to be honest, but I have to in order to write this review. Somehow I have never reviewed this place but a recent experience at Arby's has reminded me to. So you can find anything you are looking for online whether it be true or not. I buddy of mine and I were googling "secret sandwiches" one day and found one that Arbys makes called the "meat mountain". For those of you who don't know-and I was one- several restaurants, chain in this case, make some items that are secret in nature and are NOT on the menu. So I stumbled in to Arbys to see if the "Meat Mountain" was the real deal. I was almost embarrassed to ask thinking I may have let google fool me... ITS THE REAL DEAL! This thing is 6 tall! It costs $10 but let me tell you what's on it--------- EVERY MEAT ON THE MENU-NOT KIDDING! It has BBQ, chicken, turkey, bacon, and chicken tenders if I remember correctly also. The sandwich alone can feed a family of four. I felt like a rock star when I ordered it. The kitchen got quite and the Arbys team looked at me like I was one of their own now, knowing their secrets. It was fun, the management and associates kept coming to the table when I was eating and asked me what I thought of it. It was actually very good! Hint----they have other secret sandwiches also, but you are on your own to figure those out! read more

This was the nicest Arby's I've ever been in. It's obvious that people go to Arby's for the roast beef and not necessarily the atmosphere, but this place is really nice and super clean. We got there just as they were opening and the staff was ready to go as soon as the doors opened. Everything we ordered came out fresh and hot and on time. ONE!!! That's right, ONE!!! Do I like their food, absolutely,,, is it expensive, you bet it is. Do I like having to squeeze out of my truck at the drive through to fish my debit card from under it,, HECK NO!!! I wait patiently for my meal (10 minutes), and when I get to the window, I give the girl my card. On the way back to the window, the girl hands me my food (big bag) AND my card at the same time and let's my card slip out of her hand and under my truck!!! Gee Thanks!! She just kind of giggled and said "It's under your truck,,, way under." NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!!! She gave me the curtesy of putting her hand against the wall to keep me from damaging my door, while I had to squeeze out and stuff half of my body under the truck....(there was a line of vehicles behind me - and they didn't seem impressed... if it matters to management (I'm sure they could care less) this happened at 2:25 PM on Thursday, November 29th!! read more

The worst pecan chicken salad I've ever gotten at an Arby's. Also tried a Concrete for the first time- I love ice cream and milkshakes and was excited to try the custard base. It was terrible. The turkey avocado was decent. The restaurant was clean and the Curly Fries were good, that's why I gave it a 2. Otherwise it would have a 1. One apple pie left - I bought it and while waiting for my order to be filled they sold it to another customer. "Oops...we're sorry...want a cherry pie instead?"
