Okay so I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A! I have been so excited since I found out you were coming to Central NY. I went on the grand opening and even though waiting in the drive through line for about 2 hours that did not matter to me. So tonight I decided to try the mobile ordering app. I placed my order and it told me to tell them when I was there at the store and they would then prepare my order. I ordered 40 nuggets between five people. I placed all of the sauces that everyone wanted and then placed my order and I was on my way. I got there and it was kinda chaotic still, which was to be expected and IMO it definitely took less time than the drive through would have taken still. It took about 30 minutes maybe more to get my order and everything was correct, except it was kind of rushed so I was not able to check until I got to my car if everything was correct. I got to my car and there was NO sauces in any of the bags. So I then had to go back and fight my way through the line where I was then given FOUR sauces for 40 nuggets :/ I got home and we stated to eat our food and I then dipped my fry in my ketchup only to receive a long blonde hair attached to my fry....needless to say I did not eat the rest of my fries. But I still love Chick-Fil-A and we will be back and only hoping for it to get better and better each time :) read more

What can I say? This place has a reputation for customer service and good chicken, both are enough for me to drive 25 minutes for special occasion of artery clogging delight. Love the lemonade. Spicy chicken is . Better food and environment than some other local joints that serve chicken foods. Hilariously placed near KFC and Tully's in Cicero. Well done, America. read more

With your fast food lenses on, Chick-Fil-A is a welcomed outlier. I like that they are'nt open on Sunday's. They seem to hire friendly people that actually enjoy customer service. The food is fresh, the chicken is moist and the sauces are plentiful. The waffle fries are seasoned and crispy and the tea and lemonade rock. Breakfast is even better. Finally a CFA in the vicinity. This Chick-fil-A just opened a month ago and it's my first time at this location. I have been to Chick-fil-A many many times and this location didn't disappoint me. At this location they have a drive-thur, a sit down with plenty of tables and booths and separate pick up door for on line orders. You order your food and the very friendly and attentive employees bring it out to your table. I ordered the chicken nugget meal with a chocolate milkshake, my friend, Val ordered the market salad, we both loved the food and enjoyed the experience. When we arrived the line was out the door but we were in and ordering within minutes. The food came out very quickly. There is a play area for younger kids. There is plenty of parking. Chick fil A Cicero serves a great product. They are currently still very new to the area and learning how to operate. Although the food has been great, this location has to perfect the Chick fil a ways which will come in due time. I am giving three stars due the ordering of product/operating logistics. This location, operated by Jimmer does an outstanding job with community service and philanthropic pushes. Also, implements ideas for giveaways for patrons. Would love to take part in some of the community service projects with this Chick fil a location. read more

It's just the same as any chick fil a, it's an amazing restaurant, the best fast food you will find, and yes I drive 2 hrs just to have it. I wouldn't be surprised if the kfc and Burger King right next to it went out of business. The workers were extremely nice and with the Dairy Queen just a couple hundred feet away, it really makes a trip to Syracuse worth it. read more

Visited the Chick-fil-A on Brewerton Road in Cicero today and I was just amazed at the level of service that I saw. They did things extremely effective and fast while still following safety guidelines for COVID-19 keeping everything clean making sure there was no cross-contamination between the food packages in the patrons cars. The workers wore proper PPE and handled money and cards by having patrons put it in a bin, so there was not contact made! Well done Chick-fil-A, well done. I went for the 7th time since it opened in February. The experience of going to a Chik-Fil-A restaurant is like no other fast food restaurant I have been to. Customer Service: First of all the customer service is exceptional. They are very friendly and focused on pleasing the customer and making their visit as smooth as possible. When you say thank you to a staff member, they always say "my pleasure" back to you. They deliver your food to you in a timely manner. Also, the staff comes by and ask if you would like a refill on your drink or if there is anything else they can help with. On this most recent visit, manager Dave came by and ask how everything was and refilled my drink for me. Cleanliness: Whenever someone leaves a table, a staff member is there to wipe the table down and get it ready for the next customer. Food: I have tried the chik-fil-A sandwich and the Grilled chicken sandwich so far and they are the best chicken sandwich that I ever had. The meat is cooked perfectly. It is tender and juicy. and the Chik-Fil-A sauce is great on the chicken. The waffle fries are the best I have ever had. Cooked perfectly (not overcooked and burnt and undercooked). The service and food is spectacular, as always. One thing: A reliably awesome male employee who works the register outside (drive thru) has shoes that are just torn to shreds. I always feel terrible that he's outdoors in those kicks! Maybe the company could buy him a new pair? Chick fil a is always a safe bet and you almost always get the best meal for the value. I was here on 9/14 and I ordered a few sandwiches for me and my friends. After the 25 minute drive I was super disappointed to find out the restaurant had forgotten a sandwich and I double checked to make sure I payed for it, I did. I'm not angry with them people make mistakes but I hope that chick fil a sees this and in the future they will be more careful as to prevent this from happening to a less understanding customer. The people that work there are always very friendly. Some people tell me that the fact that this place is always so busy tells you how great the food is, but let's face it. If there were only one McDonald's in Syracuse and it was only open 6 days a week, it would be pretty busy, too. read more

I rarely post negative reviews, especially now during pandemic times but the piss poor level of service i received tonight needs to be called out. I placed my order on their app to ensure accuracy and not have to wait through the drive thru line. I follow the instructions and pull into a curbside spot and enter my spot number in the app. I see cars and cars pull in and out next to me and the drive thru line cycle thru numerous times. At around the 20 min mark someone finally comes to my car but with someone else's order. I tell her my name and she said she'll figure out what's taking so long. Another 10 mins go by and nothing. I head inside and I'm told they're just now making my meal. At this point I'm upset with the long wait and while I was starving, I lose the taste of Chick-Fil-A and ask for a refund. Another 5 plus mins go by and they're still clicking away at the register computer. Finally I'm told my refund had processed and I ask for a receipt for proof. I'm told they can't give me one. Another person clicks away and days the same thing. How do I know for sure I'm getting my refund?!?!? The two gets to talking and say that this order was messed up because "you selected drive thru". Now I'm fuming because I have no food, no proof or refund, and now they're blaming it on me. I ask them why would I have to put a curside number in the app if I selected drive thru? I'm told I'm wrong because they made it for drive thru order. I then again ask about the spot number and eventually one of them says "must be an issue with the app". Well thanks for my 20 min drive for a craving and the hour spent there with no food, no proof of my refund, and then blaming me for something that was nowhere near my fault. Wasted gas, time, and didn't get to eat until 2.5 hours I left the house with this debacle and waiting for my Wendy's order near the house. read more

Service is superb! Worth the wait! Just as amazing as Chick-fil-A is known to be and is totally living up to the hype. It's incredible to see how patient the workers are with customers, given how busy it has been since it opened. Kudos to every worker there! Management should be proud. I had only previously tried a sandwich from Chic Fil A when I was out west. So when i had heard they were going to open a location here in Central New York I was immediately excited. Making a 45+ minute drive to a fast food place is not something I would normally do however I can say it was worth it. Clearly the restaurants popularity from recently opening has not yet diminished as was clear when I pulled up and the parking lot was packed, the line was almost out the door, and the drive through was quite filled up as well. This however did not take away from the experience as the wait was only about 10 to 12 minutes which I feel was highly justified due to the amount of customers. Not only was the service fast and efficient the staff was very friendly, helpful, and excited from ordering to walking out the door. After getting our drinks and choosing a seat I then expected a longer wait for our food to be ready once again I was surprised as within the next couple of minutes our food was delivered to us. The food itself was excellent everything tasted freshly prepared and definitely satisfied my appetite. Shortly after our meals were finished an employee approached and very helpfully offered to refill our drinks and take care of our trash all with a friendly smile and demeanor. All in all the entire dining experience was excellent from service speed and efficiency to excellent food. Now I wont be making a trip out to Cicero for the sole purpose of eating here again, I can say without a doubt the next time I am in the area I will be dining here at Chic Fil A again. If you are a decent born and bred Northerner, this food is not for you. I heard someone on TV say they were going for a Chick fil A sandwich because they were from down South and "you'd have to understand." I immediately thought - "uh oh. Pepper." When I heard how tender and moist the chicken sandwiches were, I thought I'd give it a shot anyway. Long story short, you could wrap horse manure in that super black-pepper infused breading and have it taste the same way. There is NO taste of chicken left - it's just spicy (yes, it's spicy though they deny it) it's a piece of something infused with spicy black pepper taste. It's HORRIBLE. The waffle fries were chewy. Even the chocolate chip cookie was terrible (the CHOCOLATE was good and carried it, but the cookie itself had no vanilla in the mixture and tasted like cardboard. The ranch dressing was sour at best. I think I'm going to be sick. It's crap food. I'm sorry to say that after waiting 40 minutes in line! read more

I looked around at my 50 other fellow patrons, everybody got the miniature version I and my GF got...so again TOM, WTF did your sandwich come from? The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, they'll bring your order to your table, the condiment section is by far the best around...but it's the actual sandwich that's the problem! While it's good n all, I'm not a 5 year old, I'm 55 and was hungry. Wanting to get McDonalds after is not my goal when checking out an over hyped fast food chain. $7.99 each is a little expensive for a happy meal without a box or a toy.
