I have only been to the Buckley road location, so I can't speak for others. But almost every time I order online (20+ times), my order is missing something. Sometimes it's missing something small, but then there's times where there literally isn't any salad dressing. Or, sometimes it's even the items you pay extra for, like avocado or a hard boiled egg. Today I found myself with a Chicken Cobb minus the chicken. I would order from here more if my orders weren't wrong 80% of the time, but there aren't many local quick-stop salad bars around.
