I mean....its Chick Fil A. Is there a bad one out there? They always set the bar high, and always meet their mark. This location is no exception. We ordered at the counter...received our unsweet tea and sat down. Before we were done mixing the Splendid Splenda into our tea...our food was there. So fast, fresh and friendly. Not sure what they do in training...but they do it well. They are always spot on. I will say i went for a refresher on my drink after eating, and waited a few minutes while a couple of employees were 'catching up' as one had just clocked in....so that was a little unusual as they're usually all over it. The manager had to point it out, and since they weren't paying attention, refreshed someone else's drink who had just walked up (and hadn't been waiting like me) prior to me. Not a big deal, but just an observation. We'll still come back to this location over and over again. well done! read more

OK, upgrading now to a 4 star after eating here again for a few months after opening. Why 4 stars vs. my previous 2? Well, looks like they got the crispy fries back (i.e. fryers are working good now), and the staff is even more extra "My Pleasure" friendly than they were the first couple weeks they opened this location. I'm gonna call this my go-to Chik-Fil-A now but it is CRAZY busy during any feeding times (noon/5pm) so I would suggest if you get the craving hit them up for breakfast early (mmmm BACON/Chicken/Cheese/AND EGG biscuits) or after the normal crowd if you're in a hurry. This location is pretty good despite not a lot of parking spaces. Kids area is normally pretty clean and everyone here that they have hired appears to really enjoy their job. read more

Yet another Chick-fil-a and once again, same great service. I'm always so impressed by how friendly the people the people who work at Chick-fil-a are. This is a new location and I love how spacious and modern the space feels. The double drive through lines helps to speed up traffic through the drive through when things get busy. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich, fries, and the new spicy chicken strips. The sandwich was good. Chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Fries were well seasoned. The chicken strips were great as well. Spicy, but not to the point of being overpowering. Nice crispy texture on the outside and moist on the inside, just like the sandwich. Such a shame. The food is so good but literally every other order there is something wrong or forgotten. The latest fiasco was I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich EXTRA pickles, no tomato and lettuce and a side of Buffalo sauce. They did just the opposite, no pickle and no sauce but with tomato and lettuce. Noticed when i got home and was very disappointed. The time before that they forgot my fruit cup side. The staff and food are extremely pleasant and consistent, I've been coming here at least 3 times a week for a while now and only had my order messed up once (which was regular 12 count chicken nuggets instead of 12 count grilled chicken nuggets). As usual a great Chick Fil A in Countryside Mall. Fast and friendly service, but the prices are inflated because it is in a mall. But they are still cheaper than some mall restaurants and it keeps me full all through my shopping trip. The food here is great, it's Chick Fil A. I love the fries! Only thing I wanted was my frozen coffee drink and I get to the window after waiting 15 minutes being the 3rd in line and they forgot to turn on the ice cream machine. Gave me a refund for my up charge but didn't offer me a normal drink that comes with the meal so just steal my money.
