Carrie was so nice. She asked me if I've been helped, I ordered and she helped me with my scanner for the points, then asked me if I wanted the entree or meal for my order, then repeated it back to me then offered me a water. I mean....its Chick Fil A. Is there a bad one out there? They always set the bar high, and always meet their mark. This location is no exception. We ordered at the counter...received our unsweet tea and sat down. Before we were done mixing the Splendid Splenda into our tea...our food was there. So fast, fresh and friendly. Not sure what they do in training...but they do it well. They are always spot on. I will say i went for a refresher on my drink after eating, and waited a few minutes while a couple of employees were 'catching up' as one had just clocked in....so that was a little unusual as they're usually all over it. The manager had to point it out, and since they weren't paying attention, refreshed someone else's drink who had just walked up (and hadn't been waiting like me) prior to me. Not a big deal, but just an observation. We'll still come back to this location over and over again. well done! read more

Normally I have positive things to say about Chick-fil-A. Today, the food tasted like it should be renamed to Upchuck-fil-A. OK, upgrading now to a 4 star after eating here again for a few months after opening. Why 4 stars vs. my previous 2? Well, looks like they got the crispy fries back (i.e. fryers are working good now), and the staff is even more extra "My Pleasure" friendly than they were the first couple weeks they opened this location. I'm gonna call this my go-to Chik-Fil-A now but it is CRAZY busy during any feeding times (noon/5pm) so I would suggest if you get the craving hit them up for breakfast early (mmmm BACON/Chicken/Cheese/AND EGG biscuits) or after the normal crowd if you're in a hurry. This location is pretty good despite not a lot of parking spaces. Kids area is normally pretty clean and everyone here that they have hired appears to really enjoy their job. read more

Yet another Chick-fil-a and once again, same great service. I'm always so impressed by how friendly the people the people who work at Chick-fil-a are. This is a new location and I love how spacious and modern the space feels. The double drive through lines helps to speed up traffic through the drive through when things get busy. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich, fries, and the new spicy chicken strips. The sandwich was good. Chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Fries were well seasoned. The chicken strips were great as well. Spicy, but not to the point of being overpowering. Nice crispy texture on the outside and moist on the inside, just like the sandwich. This location is fairly new, it is extremely busy all the time. This Chick-fil-A is literally double the size of the normal Chick-fil-A. They have two lines outside to order from. Such a shame. The food is so good but literally every other order there is something wrong or forgotten. The latest fiasco was I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich EXTRA pickles, no tomato and lettuce and a side of Buffalo sauce. They did just the opposite, no pickle and no sauce but with tomato and lettuce. Noticed when i got home and was very disappointed. The time before that they forgot my fruit cup side. The list goes on and on. Management needs to get on top of that as I'm sure I'm not the only one. read more

I don't know who these "elites" are who reviews because any review under 4 stars for this place is criminal. The staff and food are extremely pleasant and consistent, I've been coming here at least 3 times a week for a while now and only had my order messed up once (which was regular 12 count chicken nuggets instead of 12 count grilled chicken nuggets). As well, to top it all off there's a Wawa next door so do you really need any more reasons to come here? read more

Very disappointing. Ordering and ask the girl if the meal is a better deal than a samdw6and soda. She says no. Get my sandwich and soda and its more. I go back to change and she says she'll have to charge for the side. Ask again and she says we'll I'll have to get my manager as if it's a chore. It's crowded so I guess they don't have to worry about customer service. Won't be back. read more

This Chick-fil-A is magical. My food is alway hot and yummy. The staff is always friendly but today takes the cake. I was working from home and jonesing for some CFA so even though I only had an hour break, I decided to risk it and go. I left my house at noon and pulled in at 12:15. I figured I had enough time to wait in that killer drive-through line CFA always has and get home in time. Idk how they did it but I was parked at home with some scrumptious CFA by 12:32. Amazing! Definitely a dynamite team today. Great work! read more

Only thing I wanted was my frozen coffee drink and I get to the window after waiting 15 minutes being the 3rd in line and they forgot to turn on the ice cream machine. Gave me a refund for my up charge but didn't offer me a normal drink that comes with the meal so just steal my money. Also i ask for extra ketchup and there was 0 in my bag so now I can't even eat my hash browns. If you open at 6:30 make sure y'all have your stuff together . Thanks for ruining my Friday. Don't think I'll be back. Also danielle the manager looks stressed I thought Chick-fil-A was supposed to be polite with smiles on their face not today. read more

As usual a great Chick Fil A in Countryside Mall. Fast and friendly service, but the prices are inflated because it is in a mall. But they are still cheaper than some mall restaurants and it keeps me full all through my shopping trip. The food here is great, it's Chick Fil A. I love the fries! I don't usually go to chic-fil-a for many reasons, but I needed food, and they were close. The service was exceedingly polite. They were prompt and most of all, the fries were hot and fresh.. OMG the FRIES!! People can say they love McD's fries, but I love me some waffle fries!!! They really are the best! Again, always service with a smile, friendly people who don't cop an attitude when you have a special request an they always count your change back, unlike most other places. read more

Some of their food taste great. However I tried the chicken minis today. A two-year-old would eat it and say " that's it ?" I think they take one small chicken tender and cut it up into four tiny pieces and put that on to 4 tiny pieces of biscuit. Tastes OK totally not worth the money You can get 2 six piece nuggets at McDonald's Yes THATS. 12 nuggets for less money. read more

I moved to Florida from Tennessee a few years ago. Tennessee is where manners are a second language. Moving to Florida has been a drastic change. It's faster and more aggressive even though it is the south. The lever of manners, respect, and kindness I received at this Chick-fil-A made me feel like I was back home. I went in to eat because it is so hot today and I am so thankful I did. With this new a large location Chick-Fil-A has become our favorite fast food restaurant. I used the mobile app to speed things up and it was fast and easy. Slowest chick Fil a I have ever been to. I go here regularly out of convenience. But I regret t every time. You're looking at a minimum 15-20 min wait at the drive through.
