Slowest Chick-fil-a drive-thru ever!!! It's a drive-thru walk up restaurant- no eating inside. There are two drive-thru lanes but the window is on the passenger side on the second lane so it's hard to go through if you don't have a passenger. You can eat outside they have tables undercover with ceiling fans or outside tables with umbrellas. read more

As time passes, I become more and more certain that in order to be hired at a Chick-Fil-A, you must first be deemed at least moderately illiterate. Upon reading "Large Freshly Brewed Sweet Tea" on an order, their brains still process on the endless loop of "Medium Coke" every time. A shame such a previously reliable company has gone to garbage due to their lack of quality control when it comes to staffing. read more

I don't eat at fast food places often, but if I have to I look for Chik-fil-A. While there's one in the Countryside Mall food court just a few blocks away, this drive-in/walk-up store is pretty convenient to get in and out of fast. I've consistently had good service here, just as I have received at most every Chik-fil-A, which somehow manages to find and hire actually human beings to work their counters instead of the drones that populate so many other chains. And while most hit Chik-fil-A for their famous sandwiches, my craving is for the Spicy Chicken Cool Wrap. I despise pickles, and there's something about the pickle/dill flavor in their fried sandwiches (even without pickle added) that turns me off. Thankfully there's none in the wraps. Add the great waffle fries and I'm home free. I've eaten at this store about a half dozen times over the past 2 years and never had a bad meal. It can be missed when driving on Hwy 19 N, but if you take the Enterprise Rd. exit going east you'll spot it easily. If you miss this one going north, there's another drive-in/walk-up store on on the west side of Hwy 19 about 5 miles north. read more

We go to this Chick-fil-a often and they are always busy!! Never had to check my bag and everything has been great. However, today I go for breakfast, they are not busy, and they leave out one of our sandwiches. I call, I return and they tell me to wait in drive thru again. My husband was not impressed with his sandwich...melted cheese all over inside the wrapper. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't just reheat the sandwich. I'll be rethinking breakfast there. read more

I'm going to start driving straight past this location and head to the gulf to bay one. I'm not sure what the issue is with this particular location but half the time their nuggets are NASTY. It tastes like they've never changed their oil, overcook them and then leave them out for an hour before serving. Quit serving straight up stale nuggets!! The lines will be wrapped around the building and there won't be anyone out taking orders. They act annoyed when they get your drink order wrong, stingy with sauces, less than friendly attitudes, cold soggy fries. It's worth driving the extra 10 minutes for edible food at the other location. Enterprise CFA, you nasty. read more

Same olde Chick-fil-A but a different feel. This is more like Chick-fil-A and checkers had a baby! Smalled in size an abbreviated menu. Younger adults work at this one so it's a bit more mistakes when placing orders. Satisfied with the service here but I prefer to go 2 Chick-fil-A on Gulf-to-Bay and US 19! read more

Although this location does not have inside seating, it is definitely one of the better Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area. The drive thru lanes move very quickly, the staff is wonderful. I have used both the drive thru and the walk up window to order and I've never had to wait very long. They do have tables outside, both under a covered area and other tables under umbrellas. I have been to this location several times and I have never been disappointed. read more

The chicken is fantastic! I always enjoy chik fil a but today was especially delicious! I ordered 4 chicken tenders and a cookie dough shake. The staff was very helpful and allowed my boyfriend and I to try all of the sauces including ones we haven't tried before. The cashier also warned us that we shouldn't try the breakfast sandwich this time because it was the last one that was leftover from breakfast and it was probably soggy. Needless to say, we will do breakfast next time! The service was also very good and quick! read more

Great location, great people. Since the grand opening you've served spicy biscuit sandwiches inlike the closing Enterprise location did. Yesterday as of January 8th 2018 you have decided to discontinue for some unknown reason. Thanks Chik Fil a for taking away my favorite breakfast item. Guess ill be going back to the Oldsmar, FL location for breakfast even though I pass by your location every morning. Oldsmar does eveything right so you may want to take notes. Shorted me $10 change. Didn't notice until I had left. Called the manager and he said he was going to credit my credit card even though I paid with cash. It never got credited. This won't get posted for some reason. Check your change these kids can't count. read more

Horrible customer service. I came through the drive thru on Saturday 08/25/18. placed my order and at the window was told to pull forward. After waiting for 10 minutes on my food I called the phone number on the receipt to remind them that I was still waiting. When I did finally get my food there wasn't even an apology or a thank you for your patience. I went on corporates website to lodge a complaint and in less than a week I received a response stating that someone from the local franchise would contact me. After a month I reached out to corporate again stating that I had never received a response. Finally received a call from local franchise and it reinforces my belief that this franchise doesn't care about customer service. I will take my business elsewhere and make sure all of my friends and family do the same. read more

First time going to this chick fil a. Walked up and specifically ordered TWO 8-piece chicken nuggets. I get home and find out that there's only one 8-piece and on the receipt it says one.
