Man. This hurts my heart cause I'm sure they're all a bunch of kids trying to meet the insane demands and I'm given them benefit of the doubt over and over but damn guys. Hopefully this just helps management get their crap together. This is by far the least efficient CF I'm ever been to. Lines are long and mistakes are always being made. Either it's a salad without dressing or toppings or without basic utensils or napkins. I always chucked it up to them being overwhelmed with lunch rush hour, but I stopped by during breakfast while there wasn't many people there... and they still got my order wrong. The receipt had the correct info on it so it's not the wonderful drive through crew. All I wanted was a muffin breakfast sandwich and I got a biscuit so it wasn't that complicated. I normally have a great experience at this location but today was not one of them. After ordering and standing there for a very long time, I asked for a status check. They put my order on a cart behind a cutout where it couldn't be seen and never called out the name. I was standing there for 15 min after they had put the food on the cart. No one said anything. I've had nothing but good experiences at this CFA! The staff are amazing people who genuinely care about their customers. Definitely go to the location by Walmart over this one any day of the week. This is the only Chick-fil-a that I've ever been to that consistently has bad service and at times terrible food. As someone who had worked at a chick-fil-a for the better part of three years, I know full and well that the normal standards this company has for their locations is not being upheld here. I've received the wrong items numerous times, had unevenly and partially undercooked chicken, grilled chicken salads that smell like they've sat in the prep fridge for days, and nearly every single time I've watched my food sit for 10+ minutes before a bagger actually gets around to bringing it out to me. What can I say besides they have the best chicken sandwich on the planet. Now this location is in South Park Mall, but the dining area is tucked away on the side away from the mall traffic. The dining area is on the small size and can become packed. With them being in the mall they can have some long lines at counter at times. But it is worth the wait for that delicious chicken sandwich. The waffle fries are good if they hot which they were this day. But usually there fries are luke warm and no where as good. So if you need to refuel while shopping this is the place to go to get the good stuff. read more

The restaurant was very busy, but the staff handled the crowd with ease. The dinning area was clean and well stocked with condiments and napkins. Our food was ready after just a few minutes. I had the regular chicken sandwich which was hot and tasty. The breading on the chicken was crisp and crunchy, the pickles added a good tang to each bite and the bun was fresh. For me, a fresh bun is always the first tell tale sign of how well a fast food restaurant is managed and this place passed with flying colors. Overall I gave five stars to this Chic-fil-a as it fulfilled all my expectations for a fast food restaurant: clean exterior and interior, courteous staff, hot fresh food served fast, and perks like a kids play area. read more

I ordered via mobile app and a few of my items were not in the bag. This was clearly the stores fault. The female manager called me back to advise they forgot to give my items and expected me to come back. I advised I'll get it another day since it was hot outside & I had milkshakes. The manager was rude with me after I asked for her manager. She said she is the wife of the store manager. So if she is this rude as one if the managers, I'll never come back. Then, she got Upset because I redeemed items via the app saying I received free items. I advised her that I earned my free items from purchases and all the money I spend here. . I called the Cust service number weeks ago requesting to speak to the general manager & file a complaint. Still to this day, I haven't received a call back. I can take my money elsewhere & get better service. For all the money you spend at Chik fila ( inside the mall). They could do better. Well, I haven't been back since & don't plan on going back. I'll let family, friends, & fellow business associates know how this location is rude, mess up orders & Blame the customers. Then don't wanna to compensate for their mistakes. The food here is excellent. I love it. However, they need to work on their customer service and their talking amongst each other. Also, the girl at the register needs to work on how to properly greet customers. The manager is a little rude as well. He came in to "check on guests." I was of the opinion this location was one of the more efficient Chick-fil-A, however, things went downhill after I paid and proceeded to pickup my order. I was told by the window attendant, my chicken strips would be ready in 2 minutes, but I needed to pull my car up to the dumpster pad, and someone would bring my order to my car. First, only 2 minutes, and my order would be ready? Then dumpster pad was far out of range from any door to the building. Thirdly, the dumpster pad stank like a hot-roasted garbage dump. I sat in my car for 10 plus minutes, no one came out with my order. Finally, I had to go inside & inquire with the manager about my order, which was found. No apologies, no sorry, no compensation, nothing from the manager or staff. Please don't send customers, who already paid for their order(food) to the dumpster pad to wait & not show up with the order. This is a flaw that needs to be addressed. read more

Cashier was rude. I waited a long time for my food. When I finally got my order, it was wrong, they had given me chicken tenders instead of nuggets. When I went to return the tenders I was waiting in line for almost 40 minutes. So I just sat back down and ate my tenders. They were soggy and disgusting. The past 2 times that I have ordered from the app and carried out, my order is messed up. The first one, I ordered no pickles and there were pickles on my sandwich. This last one tonight, i ordered 60 nuggets and 16 sauces. These people gave me 60 nuggets and 4 sauces. This place deserves all the stars! Got off work super late today around 6:45. Didn't have time to cook as I have to do some work and then go to bed for a crack of dawn work call in the morning. That being said, I rolled through the drive-thru, got my order taken and proceeded to the red umbrella to pay for my meal. Nice lady told me the price and I went to hand her my debit card and she says, "what uniform are you wearing? What do you do?" And I proceeded to tell her that it's a chef jacket, I'm in the Army and here enrolled in the Advanced Culinary School. She didn't take my card and said "Honey, since you're a chef, you get your food free today." And handed me a receipt. Literally the nicest thing someone has done for me in a long time at a place of business. Was having a rough day until this happened to me. I love Chick-Fil-A. This location, however, operates below par. I'd much rather make the drive to the Chester location. The food is fine. The customer service is terrible. Employees never have manners. Often times they are turned around talking to coworkers about weekends off, while dangling food/drinks out the window.
