Came here for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised with how good the new menu items are! We ate inside because the drive through was busy but we did not wait long and this location does NOT have a play area so keep in mind but it was very clean and had a code to the bathroom at the bottom of the receipt. I ordered the new smokehouse BBQ bacon chicken sandwich and it was delicious! I do wish it had more BBQ sauce but the bacon paired so well with the chicken and the bun was so soft. I also ordered the new pineapple dragonfruit frozen lemonade and it was truly delightful! Sweet and creamy! The fries were nice and crispy too! Great location, fast and delicious! Quick lunch through the drive through. I ordered grilled nuggets meal with a kale crunch salad and a diet lemonade. Everything was tasty and hot if it needed to be hot or cold if it needed to be cold. The service was quick and of course always friendly. The parking lot is sort of a nightmare, but other than that I have no complaints. read more

This is the second time I have eaten here, and it will be the last. Clean, fast friendly service, but without any attention to detail. I ordered the Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club sandwich meal. For the sandwich I asked for no bacon and to add pickles, and a side salad with lite Italian dressing. I received a sandwich with bacon, without pickles and waffle fries. How do you confuse waffle fries with a side salad? ? ? Oh and honey mustard dressing, instead of the Italian. Seems odd that my receipt had the correct order, but the individuals making the meals have no clue? Twice this has happened to me at this restaurant. No Bueno! Quality control has disappeared. Make sure you double check your food before eating it. Found a big screw in my salad. Called chick fil a corporate and was told leadership would be reaching out to me... they never did. Manager only offered to refund the salad at first when indeed it was not asking for too much to have my entire meal refunded, as we all completely lost our appetites. read more

I used this location for two catered events, both yesterday and today. Yesterday my order was 35 minutes late because they messed up on my order. They also forgot to include silverware and the toppings for the salad. Today when I picked everything up, they were super rude When I double checked everything upon requesting plates they were also rude, claiming that they were in the bag although they weren't. This was very surprising to me as most Chick-fil-As locations have the best customer service. This location, however, was the complete opposite as I could hear them bad mouthing me about the plates behind the catering door. One of the worst chick fil a's I have ever been to. Every single time I have been since the opening, there has been something wrong with my order (things not in bag, wrong items, completely wrong orders.) the drive thru system is broken and crappy too. People get their food while still 3rd or 4th in line making them unable to leave for another 10 min and your food is getting cold. I've eaten chick fil a since they opened (from Atlanta originally) and always loved it growing up. It's sad to watch a place that you love sell out and become too big. Between the orders constantly wrong, the obscene price increases and rampant shrinkflation, I will not be returning to chick fil a. It's a shame how far they've fallen. read more

Honestly I'm not even sure what to say. I come here often and at least 70% of the time things are wrong. The only reason I come is because it's close to the house and convenient. After multiple chances you guys still can't get stuff right. I got a soup with NO noodles. Literally the worst soup ever. Chick Fila prides the freshness of the food but not this location. They gave me old dried out chicken tenders. I Talked to chick fila customer support as it would not allow me to do the survey from receipt. This IS the worst location in the Springs. I requested for that manager of that location to call me. The location manager did in fact call me said supposedly gave me 3 offers via email. I never received and I have YET to receive this email even after giving another email. We have eaten there numerous times and at least 50 percent of the time there is an issue. Get the order wrong or the last few times they have actually lost the order? Not quite sure how that is possible. Every time the fries have been soggy and floppy, asked if we could get crispy ones and was told they do not take special orders. There are some very nice employees but given the experience we've had we are giving up on that location. read more

Folks here are ALWAYS friendly and outgoing. Each employee treats us as if we were the last customers in town. We have never had a bad experience here at the Chik-fil-A on Carefeee. Restaurant generally has clean tables, along with clean floors. The food is always the right temperature and tasteful. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to our family and friends. read more

Been eating Chick-fil-A my whole life (grew up in Georgia) and this was by far the worst I've ever visited. The employees are rude and do not uphold to the standards Chick-fil-A employees usually represent. Also, they are extremely slow and disorganized, both times I visited my order has been wrong. Hopefully the owner and/or manger reads this and really makes some changes. I get that it's a business and people are trying to make a living but one of the reasons why I love Chick-fil-A so much is because the employees are polite and don't make you feel like a nuisance. read more
