I just stopped by here on my long road trip to Pennsylvania and they were unbelievably nice, a young girl waited on me, I regret I don't remember her name, but she was so nice, she engaged in conversation with me, smiled, made eye contact and made me feel like I was the only person in the place! She said that she typically doesn't work mornings that it was here first morning, she cane in early to help out! She's a very bright beautiful young woman and she was kind to me. Food delivery was very quick and hot! She offered me a cup of ice on my long road trip! She made my day! It's the simplest things sometimes that an make your day! Very unprofessional staff! (We visited 7/5/2017) We travel a lot and will go out of our way to find a Chick-fil-A over any other fast food restaurant because of the superb service, professionalism and delicious food. This Chick-fil-A unfortunately was not that way! The staff behind the counter and at the drive through window were so loud and rude! This establishment is like coming to MCDONALDS... maybe next time we will do that.. it's right across the street. We were so disappointed! PLEASE hire new employees!! So sad! read more

Had lunch here on my way to Charleston. It was crowded, but they took my order fast. The food was hot and they brought it out to my table. The restaurant was clean, and the manager in the light blue shirt was super nice. Can never understand how other fast food restaurants can't follow this model! Super super fast! Prepared food for a bus of 50 in 20 minutes! Very clean and great customer service. Food was very good and well prepared.

The worst ran Chicfila I have ever been to. I know there's a big scary virus out there but when your manager says WE CANT ACCEPT YOUR CARD ON THIS SIDE OF THE BUILDING BECAUSE OF COVID BUT ITS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE IN THE DRIVE THRU - there's a serious lack of common sense. I am also extremely displeased with how he clapped his hands at me and said if I didn't like it I could leave. Well no, I don't like it because it makes no sense why you can take my card on one side of the building but refuse to on the other side. Pretty dumb. The chicfila I frequent is ran at a much better standard, not turning away any customers for any reason. Do better. read more

I LOVE Chick-fil-A!! Their peach shakes are amazing!! I love that they give you different cheeses to choose from on your chicken sandwiches and they're always super friendly! Even when there's a long line wrapping all through the parking lot, they still have fast service and it doesn't effect the quality at all! read more

Terrible. Worst one I've been to. Nice new building but POOR attitude staff and screwed up order happy meal with no fries and my sandwich was way overlooked fried so hard I couldn't eat it and had wrong cheese. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have gone back and asked for my money back. read more

Amazing service! The line was wrapped around the building but it moved quickly and the young men and women working outside in the heat were extremely pleasant! Everyone wearing masks and gloves. Very clean and inviting. Even hubby didn't mind the wait when he experienced the fantastic service. Oh yeah and their food is always amazing. read more

Have visited this location a few times and today may have been my last. About a month ago I went through the drive-thru and my order was completely wrong. I usually don't check my order because it la Chick-fail-A..wrong. I checked before driving out the parking lot and it was not my order. I went inside to resolve the issue but as soon as I came in they knew why I came back. The order was corrected and I left. Today I came by for breakfast. I was given the wrong order at the window again. I told the girl at the window that order was not mines she corrected me and asked if I had the bagel and egg with cheese I told her yes she said that's your order I then told her that is not what's in the bag. She took the bag back with an attitude and realized it was two orders of chick-n-minis and was actually the order for the car behind me. After looking in the bag and passing it through the window to me she did not ask for a fresh order to come to the window but instead sat the bag over on the side to give to the car behind me. When my order finally came to the window I had no condiments and no straw. When I asked for condiments when I first got to the window it was placed in the wrong bag and when I asked for my condiments again that I never got she had another attitude. I am so impressed with the mobile app we ordered using it today for first time we walked right in and our order was ready it was awesome it was packed up like a to go order so if you wanted to run in and grab it instead of sitting I the drive thru it's great. This chick fil a probably has the worst customer service in the region. SOME of the employees have horrible customer service (eye rolling, cutting you off while speaking). I asked for Polynesian sauce and the young man rolled his eyes and said "how many??". Get it together guys! This is the best Chick-fil-a you will ever eat at. While the location is very busy the associates are very kind and attentive to all customers. The young adults that work here are receiving life skills that will pay them dividends in the future! Great service and fresh food!! A nice stop on a long trip. It was pouring and they had someone with an umbrella helping you to your car!

Waited a long time to even get through the drive thru, they took our money fairly quickly and then after a long wait to get to window they tell us it will be a longer wait and we need to pull up and wait on them to bring food. Explained we had to go ASAP...they didn't even offer a refund. $15 gone :( read more

Went here this morning and didn't have enough cash to cover my meal as I realized when pulling up to the drive thru that I did not have my wallet -- they covered it and said don't worry about it ...that was shocking and not like any other place I have been too and the girl was so pleasant and friendly (working the drive thru). I had my Apple Pay wallet in my phone but they did not accept that. Thanks chick fil a . I come here often in the inside (not sitting ) or the drive thru and this location has the usual great customer service I'm accustomed to. read more
