I normally enjoy Panera, but my recent experience was frustrating and disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong order. Mistakes happen, so I went inside to get it corrected--but shockingly, they gave me the wrong order two more times. Then the cashier decided to ring up the order again and the manager/ shift lead was in the lobby with her two children and asked me my order again. Once it was "ready" I checked the order and it was still wrong. I had to walk back into the store to get my missing food. Took over 30 minutes to get a simple order. Omg the broccoli cheddar soup is very good. Went today since it was raining and food was delicious. I also had a chicken bacon ranch sub and tbey loaded that thing up. I definitely got my moneys worth. I will say not a big of the sweets. The muffin was very plain couldn't taste the blueberries well enough. my past reviews haven't been good BUT it looks like they got some new staff members who are doing a excellent job. my salad is made with good amount of toppings instead of just a sprinkle. The only thing is the consistency of the bagels and bread . sometimes they are so soft and good but a lot of times there hard. read more

If I could give this review a negative 10 zeros I would. I placed a pick up order for 6:25PM and it was not ready to well after that time which is fine BUT when I entered the extremely rude manager Aly yelled at this older gentleman over some bread he wanted. He wanted bread but none was ready at the moment . So when it came out the oven hot, she yelled at him and said you'll have to wait 10 mins before it can be cut. So he chats me up saying this is the 3rd thing wrong with his order and good luck with mine. Meanwhile I was waiting for my refund of a large sweet tea as they had none. I was told to just get unsweetened tea. I said no, a refund. I was told to wait for 10 mins before the manager can give me a refund. While packing my order she talking to her employee fussing about the older gentlemen knowing I was watching and listening about his bread and also strawberries he wanted. How rude to talk about a customer in front of other customers and with your employees. Very bad management. Finally Aly packed my order leaving out a sandwich, which she had to know because I mentioned I am missing one sandwich she picks it up off their work station and placed it on the counter in front of me. I asked for my refund again and she said I had since I ordered on the app, I need to wait 7-10 business days for my tea refund. I said can I get a receipt a slip or something that says that. Aly is like no, I don't know how to do that. Aly needs to learn how to work better under pressure and know that you cannot and should not yell at customers. What in the world? I mean we came to you for service, food and drinks, not attitude and to be talked badly and treated negatively. I mean we're paying customers. In the beginning I was against AI in fast food places but I'm for it~ less rudeness, no drama, and no attitude. Aly is the first who needs to be replaced with AI is she's not retrained and soon. My daughter and I made a stop by here since this is the closest location to us. When we walked in, we were welcomed by a clean and very tidy location in comparison to the old Sandhills location. We placed our orders on the kiosks and took a buzzer and waited on our order. They have socially distanced tables and signs posted throughout. Very clean and updated decor! read more

I'm shook to be giving 3 stars because I've been to a bunch of different locations and Panera has been pretty consistent; except for this one! I ordered via their kiosk. The kiosk asks for your buzzer number, which you grab from a stack. SUGGESTIONS: *Wait for your food by the pick up counter because there's a chance their buzzer will not work-- sitting on the comfy lounge chairs will be too far to hear them "call your name" which you won't know you'll have to wait for until you realize the wait is taking unusually long. (: *Check your Tomato Soup for croutons and your Fuji Apple Salad for gorgonzola cheese. I didn't catch the name of the second person who checked in on me when I finally came up to the pick up counter (first person didn't care), but she was kind enough to offer to warm up the soup before I walked away with the trays. read more

Today was the first subpar day I have ever had at a Panera Bread. The server at the window was okay but didn't show half of the customer service skills that's I've seen at other places. To be transparent, I solely go to Panera because I prefer quality service and I'm willing to pay for it. Moving on... they didn't have my meal ready and told me to pull up awaiting my meal. I complied and 12 minutes later I am now writing you this review to inform you that I am still waiting. I'm sure the meal will be fine (better be...) but the service combined with the wait is what made the WAIT worse. I'm not deterring anyone from going to Panera but I'll be taking a break from this one for a while. Happy to stop at this convenient location driving on I-77 between Columbia and Charlotte. Using the Panera app makes ordering and picking up (or curbside delivery) easy! This location was moderately busy but my online order was ready as expected. Same great Panera quality, and the store was clean. Will visit this location again. read more

The sandwich's are usually very poorly made. The service is slow there is always a wait time in the drive through. The cost for the poorly prepared items is a bit high. I don't mind paying for good food. The seating area is very nice . That's the only thing nice about this location. read more

I love this new location! I liked using the order kiosks because I was able to look at all options without feeling rushed. It was very easy to use. Cups are beneath the kiosks and drinks are self-serve. So many options! The sweet tea was good without being syrupy sweet. I tried the blood orange lemonade and wasn't a big fan. It didn't have much flavor. I decided to get the choose two and ordered the mac and cheese and a salad. The mac was so good! The green goddess salad was delicious as well. It had lots of bacon and avocado. Just be aware that the salad comes already tossed in dressing. I chose the baguette as my side. That was great, too. This location has a drive thru which I'm sure is very popular. Panera is a little pricey but the food is high quality. read more

I have been a Panera customer for years and have never the poor quality of sevice than I have at the Killian location. Out of the last 5 visits, 4 of them something was wrong. The most recent visit, entailed an extremely long wait, I ordered the dark roast coffee and a chicken chipotle wrap. The coffee had alot of cream added which I did not ask for and was filled to brim, so much that it spilled in my car and to boot they gave me the bacon wrap and I dont eat pork. Terrible. read more

Driving from Florida to WV and ordered two chicken salad sandwiches on sourdough bread. We received our meals and double checked them and found out they were on the wrong kind of bread. When I went in to question they said they were out of sourdough. I ordered at strawberry caprese salad at this location. Waited patiently for its preparation. There were only two customers with orders in front of mine, who were enjoying their meals during my wait. After 15 minutes, I inquired about my food only to be told that the restaurant was out of strawberries and mozzarella cheese. The manager and staff walked past me repeatedly and never bothered to tell me they could not make my salad. It should not take 15 minutes in a virtually empty restaurant, and after my inquiry for me to be informed of the problem.
