Chick-fil-a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich (the finger dents are because I grabbed it) Chick-fil-A Nuggets

If you are new to chick-fil-a, it's a fried chicken restaurant where you can have mainly sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets. I personally have always had a good experience here. The staff is kind and are constantly moving to service customers, and the place is clean. If first time trying, get the chick-fil-a sauce!

    Ordered at 11:37.

So I try to post nice reviews-especially when the restaurant is typically fantastic. But today, Chick-Fil-A in Columbus just sucked. I ordered 2 Large caffeine free Diet Cokes with no ice. Ordered at 11:37, parked in the spot and waited. And waited. And waited. Watching cars just park and get their order ASAP. Now, I didn't order food, but seriously-it's two drinks. Not difficult to do. Especially when I saw the people bringing multiple food orders out at a time. I waited 20 minutes. Then called. She told me they'd be right out. So some kid brought my drinks out with 2 other orders, but only after I called them. Not happy with the service I received today Typically chick-fil-a has the best service, but today they really dropped the ball

Wonderful service, wonderfully predictable food, wonderful location! Only complaints as with any Chick-fil-A... lines get long at peak & they aren't open Sundays! Pro-Tip: If you're bored with the usual menu items, the soup is pretty good!

Chick Fil A in Columbus was my food spot of choice for lunch today. I ordered from their app and pulled into Curb Side Delivery spot #23. They brought me piping hot lunch, and greeted me by name! Smooth, easy, delicious! I've never had a bad experience here. I order food every time I'm in Columbus. I highly recommend!!!

Great food, fantastic service and I love the healthy food options! The only down side is it is a little more pricey than what I'm used to.

I love Chick-Fil-A, spicy chicken deluxe is my favorite. I always wait until about 2:00 pm so there is not much line.

She took the time to let us know about the history, the quality of the local-sourced food, her personal recommendations for beer and food. She was exactly what we love about trying a new brewery and sitting at the bar. She let us try a few samples and we found some pretty good brews. These are lighter than our personal preference in craft brews, but they were delicious. The food was amazing. My husband had the burger and I had the Caesar salad. Very good!!!! The overall vibe of the brewery combines elements of history with the pride of keeping things fresh and modern. It's a really nice balance. The brewery is situated right on the river and once the boardwalk and construction is done, it's going to be beautiful!!!! It's still beautiful and the construction didn't affect us at all, but it's an exciting project that Sally told us about. Highly recommend stopping here for some food and drinks. We loved it and heard the brunch is the best around.

The building sits on the banks of Driftwood River (now called East Fork White River) and offers spectacular views of the famous Robert N. Stewart Bridge in Columbus, Indiana. Upland Brewing Company is a local brewery that started in Bloomington, Indiana in 1998. Now, they have a number of popular restaurants/pubs across Indiana. The building, built in 1871, served as the Pump House supplying water to the city of Columbus, Indiana. The Pump House faced financial, water and quality challenges over the years, but was instrumental in industrial growth of the city. The Pump House operated until 1950, when the city moved to well water. The Pump House served a number of businesses and organizations since 1950. Upland opened the pub in 2016. We were greeted and promptly seated in the bar when we entered. Our server/bartender, Jess, was attentive and friendly. Several other servers also engaged with us, as well. One brought me a fascinating pamphlet describing the history of the building because I was curious. We arrived in time to sample their 3:00 - 5:00 pm Happy Hour. (I love a good Happy Hour.) We ordered Dragonfly IPAs, which went down smooth on a hot summer day. We also enjoyed a couple of sliders from the Happy Hour menu. The Bad Elmer's Fav burger was good with lots of bacon but my favorite was the Hoosier Tenderloin. I should note that much of the food is locally sourced. The building has a large dining room, bar, private dining, private event room, and a fabulous patio with river views. The landscaping is gorgeous. Their signature beers are available for purchase to go along with the logo shirt and a few other logo items. I highly recommend a visit. The food and beer are first class. The setting is lovely and service is attentive.

I was thrilled when I realized it was only about 20 minutes from where we were staying! They do an incredible job creating unique, fruit-forward beers. They even make a sour IPA that tastes almost like a margarita--bright, refreshing, and not overly hoppy at all. A flight was the perfect way to try several flavors. The food portions were huge! We ordered the brisket nachos and a mushroom burger without realizing the burger was a double. It was so much food, and everything was delicious. The beer, food, and experience absolutely lived up to two years of anticipation. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend ordered a Bloody Mary for her drink and we got the Loaded Pulled Pork Fries for an appetizer. The fries were tasty, only complaint is they could've used more of the BBQ sauce due to the pork being a bit bland on its own. The fries were crunchy and seasoned well. The Bloody Mary was good, not the best she had ever had but it was good. She really enjoyed the "snacky snacks" on the top. We then ordered the Margherita pizza. It came out looking visually great. Upon tasting it was a tasty pizza. Would we order it again, I don't think so, but that is because it just isn't our normal go to. It was nice to try and a pleasant experience. When we eventually return we will try a different pizza and hope to enjoy it better.

It started out awkward because the menu still said "spring" at the last of the dog days of July and several beverages on the menu were "we're out". Then the "Elderberry Fizz" drink had not one fizzy bubble! We asked and they said that despite the name, the drink is flat. Huh? The Taxman beer was nice and the carbonation was just right. On to the food ... happy to find that the grilled cheese which is on local sourdough bread and stuffed with a nice amount of spinach could be ordered without bell peppers. It came with choice of side and she chose "Indiana mustard potato salad". Since she is from Indiana thought it funny that which part was "Indiana". I ordered the fish tacos small plate. The chef came out in person to make sure that fresh ahi grade tuna was ok (!) because so many people assume that tacos would have fried fish. He also guaranteed that not a bell pepper would be in site. We were sitting outside on their extensive patio and the beautiful food came out. We could not believe our luck. The $10 tacos were gorgeous and delicious, a bit spicy. The grilled cheese was more than the ordinary. The potato salad was quite good and a little sweet. If we lived in Columbus we would want to know about this great deal - a nice different meal for a Friday night or something.

It honestly felt like sitting down with family. We dealt directly with the owner, and the food was absolutely incredible. We didn't have a reservation, and I completely understood that, being a small restaurant, they might have to turn us away. Instead, they made room for us, and we had an amazing dinner. My wife had the cheese ravioli, and I had the tour, which included fresh homemade pasta, Alfredo, amazing meatballs, and incredible lasagna. Everything was fantastic, and the desserts were just as impressive. Our waitress was incredible--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The owner also checked in with us several times throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. That personal attention really made us feel welcome. What really stood out to me was how fresh and personal everything felt. They use fresh ingredients and change the menu instead of becoming overly commercialized. You can tell there is genuine pride and passion behind the food. More restaurants need to be like this. It was personal, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. We will absolutely be back--and I'll gladly detour during my travels just to make sure I can stop here again. Highly recommend!

I followed it with their caesar salad and fresh bread n' butter. The caesar salad was not a traditional Caesar dressing (i.e., anchovies and Dijon based) but was instead a more subtle, oil based vinaigrette. It was a nice twist and it was served with fresh, warm croutons which really took it over the top. For my entree, I had the penne vodka with chicken which was delicious - well-seasoned and tasted wonderful. The atmosphere is very old-school, laid back, and ambient with low lighting. Overall, I'd highly recommend at least a visit to this place! Definitely worth it in my opinion.
