Chick-Fil-A is the best Fast Food option. I'm not a big fast food person at all but this is something else. Next level quality and service at every location I have been to and this one was great as well. Although this place is in the food court at the mall and ambience isn't anything special the quality of the food is as good as all the locations and the staff was very friendly. So if you have the choice I would say go to a stand alone location but if your at the mall and are hungry I think this is the best option in the food court read more

The lady who took my order, didn't seem like she knows what she was doing, but I just assumed that she did it correctly because she didn't read it back to me... and then when it came down to me to get my food, she didn't get my drink correctly. I had asked for a Powerade and she charged me for a Sprite I had also ask coffee and she didn't charge me for it. and when I told the lady that gave me my food I ask if she can change the sprite to a Powerade, the lady was acting like if she didn't even know what she was doing either. She was talking to me like if she couldn't hear me when there was no noise and I had to repeat myself a good 10 times not exaggerating and she was like so you don't want the coffee and I was like no ma'am can you just change the Sprite to a Powerade and she was like yeah, and she just kept looking at me and then the person behind me honked at me because I guess they got their food and they wanted to leave so I sped up because I was so fed up... she was really disrespectful. Support personnel are excellent with especially Jesican & Giselle! Food is excellent, price is moderate, coffee is free for senior citizens and if using their digital application - points are accumulated for product redeeming. Fast food at its very best. Clean, busy, efficient. Staff are all smiles and the customer is king. Yes, it's fried. But fresh, succulent morsels of chicken with minimal breaking are flash fried and served up hot--crispy outside, juicy inside. Ariana, the cutest server ever, came out to our table in the mall and offered to bring us drink refills. How very charming! When we thanked her for her effort, we got that beautiful patent Chik-Fila response that never gets old "it was MY pleasure"--and a smile like she meant it. Great food, fast. Great customer service. I was a little taken aback at the poor reception of this chikfila in other reviews but notice that they mention a drive-thru (this location is inside the LaPalmera Mall and does not have a drive-thru (never has!) This is by far the worst Chickfila I have ever been to. The one at the mall is the one to go to. Thank God it's there, because I love me some Chickfila. The wait is inexplicably long here even when there is no line--the opposite of the CFA modus operandi everywhere else in the USA. The one time my husband and I got breakfast here it was awful. The rolls were stale and stiff on the chicken minis. Really, really disappointing. Just a poorly managed location. Last time I drove by the exterior was being overhauled completely. Hands down the busiest Chic-Fil-A I have ever been to!! and we all know that Chic-fil-a is a madhouse everywhere. This place is insane. I'm pretty sure they did not anticipate this kind of popularity when they designed the parking lot. If you park here, good luck trying to get out! It is almost impossible with the drive through cars in the way. However, the food has always been very good from here. I cater from here quite a bit when I come to corpus. I love Chick-fil-Athe only thing is if you go to Chick-fil-A you will wait at least 30 minutes in the drive through it's ridiculous and they made the extension all they did was add another lane which was stupid because you're still waiting and feel like you're waiting twice as long they have a terrible service to try to make you wait ‼I feel like drive-through should be fast quick and easy ,not slow !! This is my normal Chick-fil-A (unfortunately) because it's so close to where I live but today I walked into this location at 2:00 and there was one girl working the counter and about 20 people in line. I decided to wait in the line and it didn't move for 5 minutes. I was fed up so I went to the other Chick-fil-A further from my house, but it was well worth it.
