They are unparalleled in the fast food industry, each time you get polite, quick, and attentive service. One of the few places where the food you get actually looks like it does in advertisements! Unlike most places where it looks so different from the commercials you wonder if you ordered the right item. locations are always clean and organized as well. I have to say. For fast food chicken. Color me impressed. My hubby has the chicken BLT which he loved and I had their nuggets which I was even more impressed by. They weren't all dried out like I've had from other fast food places. They were moist but still crunchy on the outside. And hen paired with one of the sauces (however I gotta be honest and say the chick fil a sauce is the best hands down). The part I was super impressed by was how clean it was inside. There were two gals walking around the dining room checking with people about refills and if there was anything needed. I've never seen this done at a fast food restaurant. I'll be back!! read more

I've been to Chick-fil-A just a handful of times due to not being the biggest fan of fast food, the longest drive thru lines in history and than being pretty pricey for the basics. But today I was a little early to pick my son up from school and decided I would hit up this newer location and grab us lunch. To my surprise there was No line (Wow)! I literally felt no pressure to sit there and decide what type of chicken sandwich I wanted. "Spicy or not" "grilled or fried" and bam your brain is done working lmao. There was clearly a one way line and the workers outside allowed random vehicles come through the other side and cutting over 5+ cars. I live less than mile from this Chick fil-a and our family got food from there countless times. We probably had every item on this menu. Our family particularly likes spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, and chicken Cobb salad. Stuff is always polite and helpful. Inside the place is clean. The girl in the drive thru looked and acted like she hated life. She was so rude, didn't read back my order and managed to mess it up. Had to go in twice to order what she forgot and then they also forgot to put one of my items in the bag. I was waiting by the front to mention they forgot to put an item in my bags and like 3 people just completely walked past me and weren't going anywhere to do something just ignored me. I'm only leaving a 3star because of my past experiences here at this location. I am a bit jaded here as I do appreciate Chick Fil -A and have eaten at over 20 different locations in 3-4states. It pains me to have to say that my home location (near my home) is failing the grade. Please understand I know not everyone has everything go right all the time. Tonight was a real "S.S.M" for them, and when I brought it to their attention......let's just say I'm not sure if it was the fact the Operator was unavailable or if the individual I spoke to just was having a hard day. Either way, I'm disappointed beyond the usual, I'll let you replace my items....yadda, yadda. I think moments like this is why I try my best to eat inside & check my bag. However if you have a receipt and the items and don't feel like getting a replacement. You should not have to take the double trip (especially with todays gas $) for a replacement from a customer service supervisor -who clearly feels like she does not care about your experience, or the fact you took time to stop by and visit the establishment and order items. No this is not the now semi-lackadaisically unprofessional service provider, who tries to tell you your voice will not matter to the operator of the franchise. Let alone the company..... It's just so sad that these are the people that who are trying to teach others about good service. If you lose a good customer that is not the same as losing a dollar. To me, Chic-fil-A has always represented quality fast food with exceptional customer service. This remains true with the Chic-fil-A at the Covington location. Food always tastes good and workers are always polite here. So why the 1 star? Well, the last three times I've been here, I've ordered large fries and when I got home, they were a little over half full. It's irritating when you pay for something and don't get it all. I wish every fast food restaurant would model themselves after Chick-fil-A. It's perfection. I can come in, sit down, and never have to leave my table again. It's very convenient when you bring your offspring with you. The app allows you to order your meal just how you like it and it will be delivered by an employee within minutes. Tons of condiments, utensils, and napkins are available at a self-service station a few steps away. Then they had to go and add mac & cheese to the menu... As if I needed ANOTHER reason to eat here all the time? Download the app too so you get all the freebies. They send you free chicken sandwiches and waffle fries often. This location in particular is always clean and everything well stocked. It actually makes me feel like they give a shit about customers which is not true in most businesses today. The customer service alone is 50% of what keeps me coming back. There's also a play area so the little shits can play while I eat my delicious chicken nuggets and Polynesian sauce in peace. I love the Oreo cookie milkshakes! As with other Chick-Fil-A locations, service is always friendly. The drive though wait time is hit or miss but never more than a ten minute wait. We go often for breakfast sandwiches and during my pregnancy I would get a shake and fries. I like their chicken sandwiches and chicken strips too. There are several dipping sauces to choose from and my favorite is the honey mustard. There's also ranch, Chick-fil-A, sriracha, Buffalo, barbecue and Polynesian (similar to sweet and sour). They are closed on Sundays and prices are slightly more than your average fast food restaurant but worth it for the quality. If nothing else you must check out their shakes! read more

Is it possible for this Chik-fil-A to taste better than others? Apparently yes! We went on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a little tight-you have to be patient as the parking lot and drive thru line overlap. I got the 8 count nuggets and split my husband's fries and peppermint chocolate chip shake. The shake is only seasonal, but it's the best one! I love that the manager was working different positions. Full disclosure: I don't eat fried foods. Chick-fil-A's grilled chicken is fresh, tender and delicious. The grilled egg white sandwich I devoured this morning is a great example of their attention to detail. The English muffin is slightly crisp (never soggy or dry), the cheese slightly melted, the egg white tender (not rubbery) and the piece of grilled chicken SO yummy. I came here after work on a Wednesday night around 7:30 pm and this place was still packed. The wait time in the drive-thru was long (~15 minutes). My only critique for this place is that it'd be nice if there were employees outside taking orders/directing traffic. The spicy chick-fil-a deluxe was really good! Waffles fries were crispy and hot too. The prices here are more expensive than typical fast food restaurants. Response to 1 star reviewer: Not sure who orders on the grand opening a big order that's over $200, as stated by an earlier yelper. First of all, Chick-fil-A is known to be really busy without a grand opening that cause so much back up and traffic. Second, it's the grand opening, obviously the whole Maple Valley, Covington and Kent will be there trying to order. Third, everyone is new there and try to get a grip of the place. So placing a 1 star for a situation like that is just uncalled for. Business just opened and here you are trying to come with the negativity of giving a 1 star. This is my first time visiting this location i usually go to Bellevue location and was so excited to visit this location. Their service is phenomenal all the staff was great very entertaining and very helpful. I had a chance to spoke to the owner which is Marc and Stacey they were down to earth people they manage their business really well! I grew up with Chick-fil-A being in the mall that you'd get while you're running to and fro mostly just to get the delicious lemonade and a quick sandwich or to abide your time while your girlfriend or Mom or sister would drag you to the mall shopped and shopped and shopped in an endless Cornucopia. It blew my mind when I first found out that Chick-fil-A was like a full-on restaurant as my friends down in the southern states declare. I'm impressed! Today we decided to brave the new location here in Covington and in 16 minutes from entering the drive way, which winds / start in the Walmart parking lot, it was a breeze! The entire process is simple, and the chicken is outstanding! Communication on their voice device was slightly off but they fixed the order as soon as we got to the window! The chicken strips were slightly more cooked then they could have been and the fries were slightly soggy, but still warm! The blended lemonade was the best part! Over all, if you want to experience the hype of this sort of fast food dining, then this location would be the spot! I love the immense attention to detail from the sauce, how they bag the sandwiches and the dense drink holders; then this is your place! This store really needs to figure out it's parking lot problem. I deliver for Doordash for 8 hours a day a fee times a week, and let me tell you- I dread going to this place not because of how popular and busy it is, but for the size and design of its parking lot. During peak hours it is usually impossible to get in and out in a timely fashion. Today in particular I was blocked for 15 minutes trying to pull out of a space because the endless drive through line blocks the parking spots. No one wants to have to deal with that when they go to eat or they go to deliver. Being from parts elsewhere, we didn't buy into the "hate chicken/ bigot chicken"bullshit so many have swallowed, but instead looked forward to a local fast food chain that would provide top-notch product with top-notch customer service. We haven't been disappointed, in fact, we've been surprised at how far over the top the staff goes to make sure you're happy and satisfied. Yes, they get busy, and yes, the lines get long. You can't fault the staff for that. But if you speak up about any little thing, they will take care of you. Can't say that about a burger joint across the street where the lady was literally interrupting me over and over again in the drive-thru with "is this your order? Is this your order? Is this your order?" not allowing me to speak until I pulled my sunglasses off and stared at her and said "will you let me fucking speak?" Food quality is high, and consistent. Last week, in one of the bad snow days, I saw the store manager walk a hot coffee out to the Covington PD officer who was parked in the AM/PM lot keeping an eye out. That was a solid-gold move. I mentioned it to the asst. manager and told her to pass along my compliments, but I feel like it bears repeating. This company cares about their customers and the community and it's very obviously plain to anyone paying attention that they do their absolute best to provide a quality experience. If you've never been to a Chick-fil-A, visit this one. If you've bought into the bigoted hate-mongering, then do yourself a favor, make your mind neutral, and go in for an experience that will cause you cognitive dissonance, if you can handle it.
