I waited at the counter for 5 minutes with my daughter to order while the manager chatted with a customer who already ordered. Other counter reps refilled drinks before glancing up. I slowly walked out and looked back...nothing. I have 3-4 bad experiences with this location due to order mistakes. I will not return and do not recommend to anyone-go to the Towne Lake location, it is worth the extra 7 min drive. Update-I went through the drive through due to time. So, we decide to grab a quick bite because we didn't feel like cooking. It took us longer to order the quick bite than it did to get to the restaurant. We are standing in line and the boy (Raul?) at the register is too timid to call us over. I am literally staring at him and finally I ask him, "are you open?" and I get no response. I was curious if he only spoke Spanish, so I asked "abierto?". FINALLY, HE SAID "Yes, I am open". Really dude??? Well, I order one meal and a spicy samdwich, which turns into an ordeal because now the manager, Rene, has to cancel something. Getting his attnetion was like me trying to get the attention of a Kardashian... impossible! So, finally the manager comes over and clears Raul's screw up. We pay and move on. While eating, I realized I needed another sauce, so I went up and 3 employees passed right by me, without asking me if I needed anything. I loath this location! I will give every Chick Fil A that I have gone to in Texas 5 stars but this one is HORRIBLE! I have a problem with customer service down to lack of diversity. Only store to not hear, "My Pleasure!" Tonight I placed my order and asked for both meals to be large no ice drinks and large fries. As I tried to get the girl to scan my app she swipes my card first. Manager tells me it's too late and you could tell he didn't care. They then hand me a medium drink. I tell him it's incorrect and he responds, "no it's not!" I again tell him what I ordered and he proceeded to argue and then over powers me. Once I get home I realized they stuffed my meal into one bag and one of the drinks is all ice. The grilled nuggets were half the size they typically are and one was super tiny and was counted as a whole. This is the only location that seems to be this way. Consistently the best service by far I don't know why other places can't learn from this business. People are polite, sharp, glad to be there. Food is always perfect. Even with like 20 cars in front of you it's still like 5 minutes only. And it's not just this location, they're all this good. This location is great! Employees are efficient and friendly. Food quality is consistently yummy. The drive thru has 2 lines, which accommodates a larger number of customers. However, I recommend just going inside and ordering to-go instead during peak hours. It's a lot faster that way. Inside the restaurant, there are lots of seating options and even a play area. They used to leave all of their sauces out so you can grab whatever you want, but they recently took that away :( This is my go-to location for Chick-fil-a: convenient, quick, and satisfies my chicken cravings. read more

This location seems to always have problems. Waited in line over 30 minutes at the drive thru while asshole soccer moms were irate and honking at me in line bc they didn't want to wait. The drivethru is designed to where you are TRAPPED once you are in line and cannot exit due to large curbs on both sides. Fuck this place! Ohhh mah gaaaahhh! It's so slooooow! Don't let the double lanes fool you, you will be in line for at LEAST 20 minutes. I've given this location 3 chances now. The last time, we waited in line for 30 minutes for dinner with 2 lanes open, just for them to forget the ketchup we asked for, forgot to give any napkins, and got my kid's order wrong. I tried ONE LAST TIME this morning for breakfast, to see if maybe they are quicker in the morning. Wrong! I sat at the end of the line for a full 5 minutes with absolutely no movement. I got out of the line before I was trapped in by another car and went to Taco Cabana, was done in about 7 minutes. I don't blame the kids working there, they're nice enough and look like they're working hard. I blame the manager. This is not your average Chick-fil-A. This one is slow. Every time I have used the drive through I have had to wait like I was at Mc Donald's. Which is unusual for this chain. Usually this chain has the fastest best service out there. Inside service is better. Not as fast as usual but much faster than the drive through. On the Chick-fil-a friendly meter probably around a 5, being just average which again for any other chain that might be passable. This particular chain it's not. You expect a lot out of this chicken shop by there own design really. That's why when you run across one that's not exactly what you expect your shocked and in disbelief. I will say I was very surprised to have no napkins or ketchup in my bag. I usually check everywhere else I go because usually you have to tell them again. This one you unfortunately have to treat like all the other fast food restaurants. Better check your order before you leave. Which for this chain is not acceptable. Food was as good as any other of theses restaurants so no worries on that. Just the service is not on the same level as the other restaurants I have visited. I mean that's one of the main reasons you go to a Chick-fil-a is for the excellent service. Hopefully things will change and get better for this particular restaurant. read more

I am so impressed by the friendliness of the staff, if my order is somehow wrong, the employees are quick to fix the problem.
