Quite possibly the worst Chick-fil-A in the country. There's a 90 percent chance something in my order is either wrong or missing. The drive thru is extremely slow. When you ask for extra sauce they act like it's coming out of their paycheck. If giving out sauce is such an issue they should charge extra so I can get as many as I'd like to pay for. Bottom line: if you want good service and a correct order drive to the location off 75 or by the airport. read more

Service - I order slow and precise. Spicy deluxe, extra lettuce and sweet tea...when I'm asked "Anything else?" I always say - Yes; a packet of Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing please. Inevitably - the ranch is left off and I have to remind them. This time it was ON THE TICKET - but not in the bag. Your staff member all but demanded I pay for it. I said no - it's on the ticket and this is a recurring problem. At this point he said - "I'll pay for it because there is a charge for it.".... pulled out his debit card and rang it up and handed it to me and had the nerve to look at me and say my pleasure. I'm not sure if he was trying to teach me a lesson or prove to me that the item had a charge. Either way his actions really got under my skin. It got under my skin enough for me to take time out of my life to post a yelp review, which I very rarely do. I'm sure the owner of the franchise location would like to know his staff is more interested in collecting $.54 than trying to make a customer happy. Took 20 minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwhich and a sweet tea with no ice. They weren't even that busy inside. I didn't hear a single my pleasure after thanking anyone my entire experience. I stopped by since I've been trying to eat a little bit healthier, so I was hoping it would be quick and handy for me to order through the app. Of course, it wasn't the nicest experience; my order wasn't ready when I got there, despite the fact that it had been "taken to the pick-up site" for me. Anyway, when everything was actually ready, I was standing there and none of the staff even said hello to me; when they did, they were incredibly unpleasant and came off as very aggressive, demanding if I had purchased through the app and what my name was. I'm not sure if people frequently steal from here, but I'm in the pick-up area and wearing a nametag with the name David, so it would be obvious that it is my order. Nevertheless, when I received my food, the sauces were missing. I requested some sauce and waited another two minutes for it. The whole client experience was therefore not the best. The food itself was decent as always, but the waffle fries were disappointingly soggy. They only provide outside dining, as many other people have also noted, and it's currently above 100 degrees outside, so I'm not sure what reasonable person would choose to eat there. So while I'd prefer to eat indoors as opposed to outside in nice weather, I'm sure the look of outside dining would be nice. Because of this one incident, I cannot endorse this place in its entirety, but I will undoubtedly return to see whether this is a common occurrence. This was quite disappointing. read more

Since this was my first time visiting this location, I wasn't exactly sure where the entrance was. As a result, I had to dodge cars in the drive-thru in order to enter the restaurant on the backside of the building. The building seemed poorly designed, and this particular location was hard to get to. Once inside the two young ladies at the counter were giving me such strange looks, I had to ask if they were open for business. Once all the awkwardness was out of the way, the ease of ordering and delivery of my food was smooth and seemless. Not sure if I'll ever eat here again. Just went in to order a large Sunjoy. Asked if they had a first responder discount since I'm on a 48hr shift and am tired and thirsty, and a first responder. They did not have one, this is the only Chick fila that I've been to that did not offer a first responder discount. I went to the restroom while my order was being made because they were busy. I returned to a medium sunjoy. I asked the lady Esme if that was a large when I returned she said that's a medium, I said I ordered a large. I looked at the receipt I was charged a medium though I asked and was going to pay for a large. They did offer to change the drink but I didn't have time because I got a call and had to get to a patient. It would've been nice to have had what I asked for and the appreciative discount. My sister used to work here and I'll like talk to know that the director would sexually harass her and other teens at this location and afar from that the owner Jeff mullet knew about the situation but didn't believe the problem. It is unfair that after being under so much pressure she had to leave because their was nothing being done about it. Hmm lately service has been really off. Don't get me stared on Friday and Saturday evenings. The lines are insane and service is surprisingly slow. Unfortunately that's not the worst part. The worst part is that they have gotten my order wrong, forgot to give me my drink, and while I'm typing this review they just got my order wrong AGAIN. Perhaps they're moving too fast? It's been on my last FOUR VISITS back to back that they've gotten it wrong. It really is an inconvenience because I wait in line for a long time and then I have to park and get off after I realize something is wrong. This location only has 4 seats inside for dining in at a small bar by the window. Everything else is outdoor seating, so keep that in mind if it's cold, or really hot or raining that day and you wanted to eat there. A lot of the tables were sticky or had trash left behind, not to mention lots of trash on the ground. All of the trash cans outside were completely full and coming out the top. The food itself was good, your typical expectations for chick fila. read more

As a Team Member who worked there for four months, I did not feel appreciated by the Director(s) or the Operator. Many of us (Team Members), felt as though we were being overworked, not acknowledged and not appreciated. As crazy as it sounds, we are also human beings. me and my sister frequently visit this location A LOT given we live 5mins down the road so we spend a lot of money at chic fil a for lunches and breakfasts for work my sister not so long ago went to go pick up our aunts order she goes through the drive as always and confirms the pickup with 2 different individuals before getting to the window for pickup. When she gets to the window she lets them know she has 2 orders and gives the name the employees couldn't seem to find our aunts online order so it seems like they maybe have given the order away by accident who knows nobody could find the order. they ask her for the receipt so she calls my aunt to which unfortunately wouldn't answer so they ask my sister to pull up to wait so she does. After about about 15-20mins of waiting she decides to pull back around the drive through to see what's going on with her order mind she didn't even receive her own order that she order herself in the drive through they kept her food the ENITE time. as she's talking to someone in the drive through on of your employees comes up to her with the food and has attitude and gives it to her and rightfully so my sister asks well i've been eating 20mins for my food and it's been ready so it's probably cold by now, to which your employee responds with A LOT of attitude well there's nothing we can do about it. First time I glanced at the. Lock it was 3:53... it's now 4:09pm, Saturday, and I just ordered my food at the drive-thru window. There are two lanes and 5-6 cars ahead of me in my lane when I initially pulled up. I was confused by what drive thru only meant and I learned there wasn't regular indoor seating, but there were 3 barstool chairs. Outdoor seating is nice with a covered gazebo. I saw pictures of trash on yelp, but I did not experience that for the two times I went for lunch. Their bathroom was very clean as well. Both times I went, my order was prepared quickly and correctly. The service is pleasant and they want to make sure you are happy. Each time I was asked if I wanted any refills or needed anything. I'm sure other people know this, but I just figured out that if you order a kid's size lemonade, you can still get a free refill. This restaurant is a stain on Chick-fil-A's reputation. We came to the drive through on a rainy Saturday evening to grab some food for our kids. It took us at least 25 minutes to get through the drive through!!! It was unbelievable!! Came to this location for the 1st time today. Aparently it's a newer place. Like other reviews have stated, seating is outside only. That's gonna suck in the summer during the day. I have to say though, the staff was SUPER friendly. Welcomed everyone as they got to the counter and even brought out the food to our table. Never have I had that happen before. They even walked around outside and refilled people's drinks. I was very impressed by all of this. I got a 4 piece strips with a Fanta Apple drink. The drink surprised me and was a good flavor. The first Chick-Fil-A that I've ever been to or have seen that has no dine-in area. BUT there is an outdoor patio that sits around 50ish people? Very different concept, but I like it. I don't want to comment on the actual food itself since this is a fast food chain and every location varies upon too many different factors. However, I had no complaints and my food came out tasting just like every other location. Well first of all, location, I love that they opened up here that could cater to everyone in the surrounding areas. My BF lives in South Irving and this location is roughly 6-8 minutes away compared to driving towards north Irving off Beltline. Also, it's right off the highway which is a plus if you're traveling into or out of Dallas on I-30. Another point I'd like to add is that it's CLEAN! I know a lot of locations are nice and well kept, however I guess the way this one is set up, just makes it look spotless (probably because it's outside dining only). To elaborate more on this, just as stated earlier, it would sit about 50-60 people. Honestly, I wouldn't sit outside ever in the Texas heat, but tonight felt good so we ate dinner outside with no problems. All in all, I had a good experience here for the first time. This almost one year new location is perfectly located off Interstate 30 and smack dap near a Wal Mart Super Center. With indoor as well as outdoor seating areas, there is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy their fare. Tonight I tried their summer zesty creamy, Frozen Lemonade drink. There is a regular option or a diet one, with Splenda as it's sweetner. My simple chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, and well appreciated. Next time. will ask for my chicken to be a bit more crispier, I am always craving texture galore. To my shock, there wasn't any condiment. I guess this makes the order and delivery process quicker. I had went early today around 3:50pm about to be 4pm before work so I was already in a bit of a rush and My order came out to 8.64$. I payed with a 100$ bill and my total was 90.16$. I didn't get to count it right in then but when I got to my job I checked and turns out the cashier only gave me 70.16$. I tried calling to let them know around 5:30 and the supposedly manager said their was nothing that can be done since they had switched shifts already and the cashier had already went home. Every time I come to this location I end up driving home only to realize that my order was taken incorrectly. Shame on me for allowing this to happen numerous times in a row, but it never fails to happen. The person taking your order will always type in the wrong item so they end up bagging the incorrect food each and every time. Every time I call the store directly to have it fixed, they tell me they can't do anything over the phone as far as a refund. I have to drive all the way back to the location to get my food replaced. Unfortunately, I live far enough away that it is a complete inconvenience. For someone who has diet restrictions, I'm not able to eat the incorrect fried items that they put in my bag. I visit CFA almost all the time with my family. We are just so use to good customer service, as usual with CFA. But this location, first time visiting, surprised me. No manners, no greetings this was way different than what we are use to. They didn't have kid mats or kid straws and didn't seem to care, they handed us napkins and said use this instead. Wow lol.
