I came here on my way to work this morning. One of the line was closed so i waited about 5 minutes just to order. Finally made it to the window and i have now been here over 13 minutes. This is my second time coming to this location on my way to work and i had to wait. The person apologized for the wait but it's still unacceptable. Went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday! My order was taken by an outstandingly brilliant blonde. She was so professional and did her job diligently. I enjoyed her flirtatious blue eyes. Love this place. Drive thru goes by quick. Not giving it 5 stars because last time I went, I used a gift card thru the drive thru. First gave it to the people who take orders from cars, she was great but didn't know what to do. Then passed me to a lady on a podium, she was rude and also didn't know what to do with it. She passed me to the first window, problem got resolved. Overall, MY problem was the teenage girl who attended me. She started saying bad words and rude stuff to her coworker (who was next to her) ABOUT ME. Little did she know, I AM HISPANIC AND I KNOW SPANISH. She's lucky I was driving off when I heard her. I've only been here during breakfast time, but I am so done with DFW Chick-fil-As and their breakfast burritos! The burrito was fine. What wasn't fine is that they left out the salsa! Helloooo??? This is the second location that I've been to that has done that and I have had many breakfast burritos in Chick-Fil-A's hometown and never once had to request salsa. I want my salsa! Other than that, this location is rather small and it mostly caters to drive-thru customers. The drive-thru has 2 lanes that merge into one, but I've only ever seen one lane open in the mornings. The speed is a little bit slower than what I have come to expect from Chick-Fil-A, but since this location is new they may still be working out some kinks. I've also tried the new iced coffee and the first time I was really impressed and ready to say farewell to the Mermaid next door. However, the next time there was way too much creamer and the third time the iced coffee was just watery. This Chick-Fil-A is A-OK, but not the best or the most consistent. Hopefully it will get better with time, but I appreciate them opening at this location. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I am in disbelief at what took place at this Chick-Fil-A location. Customer Service is below their tradition and expectation. Let me explain; this evening around 6:30PM I ordered a Market Salad and a small Fry. Every time I visit this location I am always told "Pull up to the front. Your salad is not ready." Today I did not want to wait, because the waiting time is and has always been over 5 minutes. When I told the employee I will not wait this time Monet (MOD) stated in a sharp tone "I will just refund her money back on the card." Monet did not OFFER me a refund or another solution, she took it upon herself to make the decision which is a rookie Manager mistake. Nevertheless, the other employee says "Oh! Here is her order right here." At that moment Monet did not give me my order nor did she offer my order of fries while I waited. What is more disheartening is that she is the manager who is training other employees. It was at this moment I forgot I was at Chick-Fil-A. Monet refused to give me the District Manager or Operating Owners number. I have never experienced this type of customer service anywhere, alone from Chick-Fil-A.There is a lack of customer service training at this location starting from Management. I have noticed on other occasions Monet has been condescending, passive/aggressive and sharp with other customers. Unfortunately, I experienced this as well. read more

As I've written before, I don't normally review chain restaurants, but my experience this morning at this Chick-fil-a merits an exception. I usually get some breakfast goodies for my office on Fridays, and I figured my folks might be getting tired of doughnuts and breakfast burritos. I decided to drop by Chick-fil-a to see if they could help me out. I walked in with no advance notice and dropped a pretty darned big order on them. They didn't bat an eye...said they could get me on my way in 10 minutes. They offered me a cup of coffee since I was having to wait, which I thought was very kind of them, particularly since I had ambushed them with a big order. The staff was so nice and helpful. While I was waiting I looked around and couldn't help but notice how impressively clean the place was...it was spotless. The place is an interesting set up...different from other CFA's I've been in. Relatively little indoor seating, but it had a large, very nicely decorated patio. I had my food in under ten minutes and was on my way. I wish all businesses were as customer service oriented as this place is. My staff raved about the breakfast, by the way. read more

I love Chick fil a. I used to work at one actually. But my goodness, this location is the absolute slowest I've ever been to. It should not take 30 minutes to get through a drive thru at lunch time. I've tried online ordering ahead of time and they still don't have it ready when I arrive. At al other locations I have done online ordering they have it ready within 5 minutes of the order. They have serious room for improvement. read more

I came to this new Chick-Fil-A location and as usual the drive thru is crowded, inside is crowded, and service is excellent. What is unusual is this location does not have an inside dine-in. There are tables outside on the patio but that's it. This is the only location that I am aware of that has this concept. I like it because I am always the on-the-go type of guy and I eat quickly. The sandwiches are very good and is what I come to expect from Chick-Fil-A. Customer service is awesome and staff are very friendly. Drive thru is long but goes fast from what I observed. I highly recommend this location if you want some great Chicken sandwiches but remember it is outside dining only. I will be back here again if I am in the area. read more

I'm really disappointed to even say that I ate here first of all ... my family has eaten here for years but as of today we will not be eating here ... very rude staff and manager all over one extra sauce that yes I refused to pay for after buying two adult meals and asking for two extra sauces... again we have eaten here for years and have never been told we have to pay for 1 extra for sauce... that will be the last 24 dollars that I will spend here ... on top of that they over charged me had to do a refund and forgot to give me utensils for my Mac and cheese and no straws... Not really sure how many stars to give, so I gave 3 for ok but not great. This place is mainly a drive-through location. So for that purpose they could get 5 stars as they are busy and the food is quite good, as most Chic-Fil-A's are. On the inside, though, there are literally only 4 seats! They do have outdoor seating, so as long as it's not a blistering day or freezing outside, guess that's great. I just prefer to sit inside during my meals. read more

When we pulled up to this Chick Fil A, the drive thru wax packed. We wanted to dine in so we took a chance. We received the same amazing service we do at all of these establishments. This location, is very busy because it's off the highway. And they have a great patio! But the woman handing me my food looked like she never bathed in her life. Placed a pretty hefty order with these guys to feed 40 volunteers. I called in and was immediately helped by someone. For the quality of food you receive, Chick-fil-A is the best bang for your buck! When I went to pick up the order, the food was ready to go and bagged up. Took less than 5 minutes! Got to spend more time with my volunteers at our event, and less time worrying about feeding them. Everyone was very pleased with their lunches, especially those that took advantage of the vegetarian option. If you are considering catering an event, these guys are the way to go! read more

This is the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. I frequent it because the location is convenient, but after many awful visits I try to avoid it at all costs. Every time I've came, the drive thru takes entirely too long, the customer service is terrible, and the food is soggy. I visited today and watched a manager drop 3 8oz containers of cfa sauce, spill it on the floor, wipe one off, and serve it to a customer.
