I love how easy, simple, and fast it is to place your order on their app. It took me about 2 minutes to finish placing my order and it was ready for me to pick up by the time i got there. The workers do a really good job of maintaining their restaurant clean and it always seems busy to me. Im giving it three starts because i found a long string of what seemed paper in my guacamole side. I couldnt keep eating it after pulling that out. I visited this location around 8:30 PM today 06/09/25 and stood in line without anyone informing us that they were out of steak--one of the main reasons we went. It wasn't until I reached the counter that a manager told the employee to let us know there would be a five-minute wait for steak. We decided to wait, and the employee assured us she would call us once it was ready. After about 10 minutes, we were called back up to order. While placing our order, we were then told--again at the last minute--that they were also out of sour cream. The manager whispered this to the employee instead of addressing us directly. I expressed my frustration, pointing out that had we known earlier that they were out of both steak and sour cream, we would have left. I then asked to speak to the manager, and the woman helping us rudely responded that she was the manager. When I asked for her name, she refused, saying she didn't have to provide it. The whole situation was handled with zero professionalism and terrible communication. Customers should be informed about item shortages before ordering, not after waiting in line and wasting time. I was really happy with this Chipotle location today. I walked in during the lunch rush and the line was really long, but it moved super fast. I ordered a salad bowl, the lettuce was yellow old and browning on the edges. The meat was not flavored at all. I won't be eating chipotle anytime soon. Ok - I would say I'm a pretty frequent visitor to this Chipotle and it has been through ups and downs. When it first opened - it was awful. Food was bad - service was bad - lines were slow - orders were incorrect - just a total mess. They finally started getting things together and they had about a good year long stretch. Now the food has improved but service has taken a significant downfall in terms of customer service and order accuracy. This is my third order from chipotle in the last month or so and order accuracy is now 0 for 3. The first was a door dash delivery where they left out our chips and salsa - refunds are easy through uber/door dash - no problem. Second was a pickup where they gave us 2 bowls instead of 1 burrito and 1 bowl and we didn't realize until we got home. They can ONLY do refunds in store if you buy through the app so good look with the chipotle app/website. Then today I go into to pickup my order and get to the door only to realize my coca-cola is missing. I go up to the register and ask for the coca-cola and they said they don't have any and that the fountain machine is broken offering me a sprite (which I don't drink). It's wild to me that they wouldn't just automatically refund you if an item isn't available - I would've gotten all the home and had to drive back to the store for a $3.45 refund - who has the time? They did end up refunding me because I caught it only to get back to the door and realize that I'm also missing my chips again. When I go back up to get my chips they're looking at me annoyed like I PERSONALLY did something wrong? I was friendly too, as friendly as I could be for how annoyed I was. Got the chips and on my way home. Whoever is making orders in the delivery/pickup lane is not double checking when they finish and the accuracy shows. 0% accuracy for me this month off three orders. It's dirty in here! The counter where they made my burrito had not been cleaned in a while. They were sliding my burrito on the counter over old sour cream, tomatoes, etc. I shared with the rep that the counter was dirty, and they continued to make my order. Then the rep and another rep moved positions and half of my burrito contents felt onto the floor. Instead of making a new one, they changed the burrito tortilla and gave me my order. I attempted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but yes it is indeed 1 star. Workers here seemed overwhelmed or uninspired by the work. Worker that helped me did appear to be flustered by the amount of work he was doing . Out of lemonade and the fountain drink machine was overfilled with ice where you dump your drink. Overall a bit messy appearance wise and process seemed rushed and hurried. The customer service is the WORST ever. The people they have working there don't ever smile or make eye contact. Tonight was my third time. Their system was down. I had to order on the app. I got my food and it was about 30% of its normal volume. I had them remake it. I also ordered queso and chips. The chop bag was filled 20% and they said that was what I got for $4.50. I don't think I can give them another chance. Terribly mismanaged and patently sad place to go. 9/28. We've given this Chipotle store so many chances but after our third botched delivery tonight we are done. We ordered delivery via the Chipotle app at 7:46 PM with an estimated 8:28 PM arrival. It was until texting with our assigned door dash driver that we find out they've been waiting to pick up the order for 30 minutes. Shortly after that I get a call from the store saying that they've lost the order and ask me to give them my order over the phone. I proceed to read the order straight from my emailed receipt to make sure I didn't miss anything. We finally received our order at 9:30 PM (an hour later than the proposed delivery time) and we're missing our bag of chips, side of salsa, and they even left a taco out of our order. The overall quality of customer service in the store has decreased significantly since I've first started coming here. All the staff seems completely new and act as if they don't want to be there. I asked the clown in the picture for a cup of water, he looked down to his left at the cups and looked back at me and then said " ask a cashier" he then proceeded to use a filthy towel and attempted to wipe clean the counter in front of him. Only smearing more cheese and sour cream across the counter. A young girl working Togo's walked passed me and noticed me waiting for help, I had to ask for her for help twice because she ignored me on purpose the first time. Dirty, out of most items, staffed only a few employees who do appear trained to follow basic sanitary practices. I saw a bag of sour cream on the floor outside of the refrigerator, staff use lids to scoop guac out of a persons container despite the lid being all over other things first, staff touch hair with gloves on, a very filthy line and dirtiness around the restaurant. I've been giving this place a few chances because it seems like there is a hiring/leadership issue but it still hasn't been fixed. If it isn't their "system being down" (online orders only or card only) it's that they don't have key items or it's the customer service or it's getting scraps as a serving. There's been plenty of times I order online only to get my bowl completely wrong or wrapped in foil instead of the normal lid. Once the rice was so salty I through my whole bowl out. A few times I've gone and they've closed more than 30 minutes before what it says online. I was trying to be understanding with Covid and the fact that this is a busy location. I am so excited that a Chipotle opened in north Oak Cliff, but I'm extremely sad that it is run so poorly. I have ordered 2 times to go from the app from this location. Both times I chose the ready in 20 minutes option and drove to the location. Both times the line to order was long and I was glad I ordered online, until I went to pickup my food and it wasn't ready. Both times waited over 20+ minutes after the promised time. Sadly I watched many people go through the line and I just waited and waited and waited. Many other people usually waiting for to-go orders as well and the employees just ignore them. Once I was sitting waiting the manager asked me what I was waiting for and I said my to go order.
