Placed a catering order for chicken nuggets. The pickup time was scheduled for 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:18pm. After cashing out and waiting 30 minutes I asked the cashier (who was new) if the nuggets were just dropped. I then asked if she would just have the manager come over to avoid the additional questions. I watched the cashier ask the manager and she sent the cashier back over to tell me that they were almost done. Completely defeats the purpose of having a pickup time, causing me to be late to the event. The cashier Anya was great as well as another cashier who took the initiative to find out the status of my order and started putting it together. 45 minutes later I walked out the door. Still haven't heard from the manager that I requested to speak with. Rushing to my event that starts in 5 minutes. I got the WORSE experience I have EVER experienced with Chick Fil A. Every since this new location, every time I order from here, well in advance, I STILL end up having to wait a long time for my food, but I gave them the ben of the doubt the first 3/4 times this happened to me, but today I ordered in the app like I usually do, go go the restaurant and received the notification my order was complete so I walked in to get my food and the lady completely brushed me off because I wasn't there to pick up a ubereats or DoorDash order. I could visually see two bags of food on the counter in the back but she wouldn't even allow me to speak to explain how my order was already ready. So I proceeded to wait about 5 minutes and then spoke with another member to ask about my order and come to find out, one of the bags I had already seen earlier was actually my order, so she told me it came in as DoorDash which is why it was sitting so I would have to wait for a fresh order to get made, smh I was late coming back from break because of this poor experience I will not be giving this location a chance and I suggest others only come if you have nothing but ALOT of time to wait. read more

Slow, slow, slow drive through. CFA is usually quick - this one not so much. Then they got the order wrong - not even close. I ordered 2 spicy deluxe & got a nugget & fries. Didn't check the bag till I was gone - rookie mistake, but this is CFA, not McDs right? Turned around, drove back, went in - explained what happened. Girl announces that spicy deluxe guy is back for his sandwiches. Giggles all around. Mgr says sorry & then goes back to chatting up a couple of the girls about some stupid BS. I looovve Chick-Fil-A, but ever since the new system of taking orders at your car started I noticed the quality of the food has diminished. I like my food pretty hot and fresh and there have been several times where my food was like warm and not warm at all. It's disappointing because I love the food so much. Ordered breakfast around 20-30 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast on the chick-fil-a app. Was in the line for the food we ordered 11 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. Got told 2 minutes after they stopped serving breakfast that we couldn't have our food because they stopped serving breakfast. Got refunded the cost, but to our chick-fil-a gift card that we can only use at chick-fil-a, so we'd be forced to get lunch instead of breakfast. So thank you again Madison for another bad experience at this location! I have never experienced this type of rude from any chickfila manager or employee EVER! I have personal friends 1 who even owns 2 of them in California and another in Sanford. Madison's excuse every time when I say I have never experience that one! She claims each store have different owners....she basically said this store owner sucks! Then you are right there. This store definately does not follow the chickfila motto or the well oiled machine that these are typically run. Store is dirty and I always have something wrong or missing. Super busy Chick-fil-a. I walked in looking around the dining room and it was packed so I decided to get my order to go. Must of been 30 people at the registers but to my amazement most everyone had ordered, Nice. Every register was open....they even had extra cashiers filling the orders so the cashiers on the registers could keep ringing away. Very well organized. Unfortunately the cashier I was in line for seemed bothered and inconvenienced by her customers. No smile and stuck in 1st gear. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal up graded to a large. I asked my cashier for hot sauce and she went to hand me sauce used for the Nuggets. I told her no that I wanted Texas-Pete hot sauce. Right away she told me NO we don't have that. I was floored and looked at her telling her it was behind her on the counter. Again she said No we don't have it. I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A and this one is not the best. We were in town visiting and used both the drive threw & Mobile order pick up. Both times our order was missing items we paid for. They gave wrong sauces and less than what was asked for and is approved by the handbook. I love Chick-fil-A but it would be worth driving down the road to a different location. read more
