Worst Chick-fil-a ever. I'm from Houston so I'm used to going to CFA's and recently moved from one in CT that was top notch. This had had dirty floors, over cooked chicken, trash overflowing, my salad had 2 tiny strips of cheese in it and I didn't even eat my salad cause I couldn't find a fork after I realized I didn't get one with my order. The baby chairs were filthy too. The station where you get napkins, utensils etc wasn't filled for the hour we were there... no napkins & forks! We just moved to the area so unfortunately this may be our only chick fil a around :/ We got a to go order for my husband and as we left we saw the picture of the owner... we were sitting by him the whole time! The service was so slow in the dining area. I saw the line was long in the drive thru so I opted to go inside. There was so many workers behind the counter and so many people waiting for their order. Saw a lot of confusion behind the counter, messing up some of the orders. Unacceptable. I've been to lots of chick fil a never seen chaos like I saw today. read more

Terrible service , I tried ordering a free chick fil a sandwich today with the Celtics 3 pointer promo and they wouldn't give it to me ! On the Celtics website it says all I have to do is download the chick fil a app and I'll be able to redeem it for the sandwich I followed the instructions and nothing was there . My friend went in later that day and they were able to give her the sandwich for free ! This makes me frustrated because I had to pay when there was clearly a promo and the cashier ignored and said there was simply nothing I can do . Not helpful customer service at all ! read more

I have been here probably too many times. The food is always lukewarm and ok. The last time the cashier picked his nose and then wiped it on the back of his shirt. I understand it is hard yo find experienced help but simple hygiene is s must to communicate. read more

The cashier Matthew was actually so nice and kept the same energy with every customer which I find that in other places they lack.

Best chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and chicken anything; my kids love the play area too! Customer service is impeccable, awesome, and friendly. They keep the restaurant very clean and stock up the condiments quickly when it is almost out! I can tell the Manager manages his staff and his restaurant to its highest standards! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru so that by the time I reached the order window it was past closing time. I ordered 2 shakes but was told the shake machine was down, only to find they had lied and wanted to start cleaning it. When I questioned the supervisor he reluctantly had them make the shakes, but what I received was watery and not of the quality I would expect from chik fil a. Very disappointing experience due to lazy employees. The fries were good though. I will go elsewhere from now on. read more

It's ok. Kinda taste like boneless kfc. The plus side of this place is the online ordering/pick up. You also get perks pretty easy when using the app. You can get free food that you don't have to consume right away. Usually the coupon will last about a month before expiring. The place tends to be pretty busy throughout the day so eating there for a quiet meal is usually out of the question. read more

Totally worth visiting! Great service, food came out quick. The chicken tasted wonderful, as did the milkshakes. Definitely recommend for food if you're on the go or just want something quick. The restaurant was very clean, and I will be going back there for more in the near future. read more

Food is always good but the service......... horrible. Person at the drive-thru today just had an attitude. My boyfriend ordered a milkshake. When they were handing it over to us, it had whipped cream which he didn't want and he asked if she could take it out. She did but had an attitude and made a comment to her coworkers. Then she handed us the drinks and just turned her back. I said excuse me a few times because she did not give us straws. Finally she looks back and says "you're all set", didn't even give me a chance to say that we didn't receive straws. I've managed at a bakery+cafe before and we strived to have the best hospitality...... but this location is far from it. Chick-Fil-a in Natick/Framingham is one of the only locations up north that definitely embodies what the company hopes to give to their customers. Chick fil a is chick fil a, so damn good even though it's fast food. Everyone is always nice regardless of any situation. This particular location is new and really the only one around the area, so people are flocking to it like it's their job. However, they've done a great job of making sure everything still runs smoothly, despite mile long lines inside and in the drive thru. Excited to have a Chick Fil A near me, as much as I despise myself for loving it, seeing as they're so disgustingly and public homophobic. read more

Here's my story... never again...and I don't do reviews unless to warn others: 1. Cashier Bineta was friendly and excellent when we ordered... but that's the good part... 2. Wife's spicy Dlx chicken had a roll that completely disintegrated. 3. My grilled chick. sandwich was stone cold. a. I took 2 small bites and returned it and asked for the manager and sat visibly at a booth near the front for 20 minutes while eating the potato things and my wife finished the contents of her sandwich with fork and knife. b. No response from manager to heat, remake, or refund sandwich. 4. I was so disgusted that I didn't pursue the issue and left. 5. This is disgraceful and tantamount to flimflam or theft. As I understand the ownership is 'faith based' (as am I); remember the 7th Commandment: "Thou shall not steal". read more

This place does not give af about the customer. I was told my drink was on the way, yes, just a DRINK, and I did not get it until 15 mins later when I asked where my drink was. They do not care about you and will not remember what you wanted since they already go your order. Expect to wait forever if you do not ask where your food is. read more

Been here once since they opened and, honestly, I'll probably be back. I've been avoiding this place like the plague since they opened because the lines were ridiculous but, the other day, I decided to give it a try. I went to look up the menu online and found out they had a mobile app. I downloaded it and found out I could order online, through the app, and pick up in store. Skip the line? I'm sold. I ordered a slew of stuff, nuggets, sandwiches, and fries, and placed the order. The so told me to alert there staff when I arrived, so I closed out and got in the car. When I got to the restaurant I got stuck in a ~10 minute line to the counter. I showed them the app and they got to work making my order. I thought it would be done already, but no, me showing up was the signal to start making it. Granted it probably saved me a few minutes, but I thought it would be ready when I arrived. Anyways, they made the food quick on the spot and I was out in less than 5 minutes. They also hooked it up with a bunch of their signature sauce (something like maple syrup + mayo + barbeque sauce) which was surprisingly good. Overall they did better than I expected on service and food. I wouldn't wait an hour in their drive through line, but 20 minutes seems reasonable. The food was good (better than the local BK or MD) and that signature sauce is worth trying at least once. read more

I've heard only wonderful things about Chick-fil-A food. I popped in and I'm sad to say I'm very disappointed . $7.50 for the tiniest breakfast bowl. It was mostly fatty fried chicken nuggets, barely any scrambled eggs. And the coffee tasted weird and not good at all!! Once my food was delivered on a clean tray to my table I had to pack up my phone and purse to go over to the utensils and napkins area as they were not put on my tray. I know; not a big deal, but I'd just unpacked some work to do and naturally you can't leave things unattended. I don't think I'll come back again, even for lunch . What's the big deal? Came here for dinner on a week night. Busy as you would expect. Ordered two deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. I noticed in my sandwich that cheese was cold and not melted. I don't usually complain about food that much so I just let it go. My wife's sandwich was just flat out missing cheese. That kind of made me raise my eyebrows and I decided to go and ask for a new sandwich with cheese this time. Took a while to get my sandwich but whatever.....We saw a sign for frosted iced coffee so decided to give it a try....wife went up to order while I was watching our daughter....she waited for like 15 min and the beverage did not come out....I had to get the store manager's attention to get the drink.......I was ready to come home and give it a 1 star review but the store manager chased us down to our car and actually refunded the money for the beverage which I thought was a really nice gesture that other stores don't really display....I still have faith in chick-fil-A but this chain definitely needs some solid training to handle heavy traffic! read more

Drive thru only has one lane that you get locked into and can't pull out of to leave. This has to be by design because the service is so ridiculously slow (20 minutes in line), everyone would pull out of line and leave if they could. read more

Have been there several times and a manager should always greet you when coming to the counter for refills and etc. the cashier shouldn't stop a line of folks to do this. There is always plenty of help and everyone is super busy but I think the customer service could be better. When the mgr or others are up front don't stare at the customer and then walk away. Listen, I lived in Atlanta for two years near the original Chik Fil A and other southern states where I am a frequent customer. But I went in today at a slow time, 11:15am and got burnt/stale waffle fries and cooked in older oil chicken strips. They didn't even come close to tasting how it's supposed to. Everyone at this location was very nice! Also, they were quick and efficient on a busy Saturday night. From the guy who took our order to the woman clearing the table, top notch service. I hate more then anything to post a negative feedback on Chick-fil-A, but I have never had a more negative experience then this restaurant. The wait was over 40 min and we had to go up and ask for our food. No one apologized and the order wasn't ready for another 10 min, again no apology. The owner operator was clearly working, but not smiling, not apologizing, and not delegating his staff to take care of the customers. Every table has customers visibly upset. I'm so sad this is many in the areas first experience with Chick-fil-A, I hope they realize most others are so much better. This place has been open a month, it feels like opening day and it should be shut down until they can fix the issues, it's embarrassing to the brand. read more

Horrible experience at this restaurant. Unprofessional management when I requested a refund for a milkshake that I waited 25 minutes with my meal. Stated that they "missed the item on the Screen". We had asked at least 3 times before asking for a manager. Said they were short staffed and extra busy. Said they "weren't going to give away free food ". I returned the shake to the counter untouched with my receipt. They took the receipt and the shake and refused to return my money nor speak to me as I stood at the counter another 10 minutes. This location has very poor customer service. They issued gift cards when they opened that had tight restrictions (only breakfast and short expiration during) and refused to honor it. The wait also is very lengthy compared to other locations. Disappointed that this location isn't the typical chic fil a high quality service. read more
