The sandwich itself had potential, but the single tender packed with heavy, overpowering seasoning ruined it. It honestly ended up being some of the worst chicken I've ever had. I also ordered a reaper tender (which requires signing a waiver), and I regret it. Yes, it's hot, but beyond that, it's just not good. It tastes like the chicken was rolled in every spice possible without any balance. I love spicy food and was excited to try it, but this was just unpleasant. The portions, especially the cheese fries, were small for the price. I spent about $50 for two meals, two drinks, and one extra tender, which didn't feel worth it at all. The slush drinks (similar to Minute Maid) were also disappointing -- they tasted sour, almost like the machine hadn't been properly cleaned. They have a good hot food bar too with various meat dishes, chicken and so forth plus pasta dishes, potatoes, vegetables and more. You'll also find some nice treats in their bakery area such as muffins and cookies. Their deli carries Boar's Head deli meats which is a very good meat company and their cheeses are excellent as well. If you're looking to buy groceries here they do carry quite a few of the essentials. They have a good sized produce area here as well for your fruits and veggies.
