The problem today and "these days" is that food is very expensive, the portions are smaller, and to top it off when you get a simple order wrong it's so disappointing. I only ordered a side salad and a small fry which is my go to if it's getting late. How you forget the red peppers...? My fav's, that's disappointing. I called to ask if they still come with the side salad to be sure, because there were none in my bag and Jordan who answered said yes it should have, sorry. Then there was an awkward silence. During my lunch, I ordered from the app to get the free 8 count chicken nuggets that Chick-fil-A so graciously gave their customers. I also ordered medium waffle fries to go with them. The food was Heaven sent per usual. My only issue with this visit was that when I arrived, no one said anything to me while I was waiting under the "Order Pick Up" sign. Worse Chick-fil-A EVER. Line is always out into traffic, there are multiple employees just hanging around outside making no effort to move the line. You can only pick up your mobile orders through the drive through even tho they have spot and signs for where your supposed to be able to pick up. Instead I can only assume the employees park their cars there. You can't walk up and order or even pick up your order. Management clearly doesn't care and because of that it seems the employees don't care either. It really shouldn't take my whole entire lunch break to order 1 sandwhich. I'm going to focus my review on the Freebies they have here because no other reviewers have done that for this location yet. Chik fil A gives away a good amount of free food. If you pay attention, you will be treated. I'm keeping my eyes open for a clothing item with cow print right now, because once a year, they do Cow Appreciation Day- dress entirely like a cow, and you get a free combo. One cow printed clothing item will get you a free entree. Last year, they announced that they were giving away a free egg white delight entree to everyone who came through on a particular day, I went through the drive through, got my breakfast sandwich, and the cashier gave me a VIP freebie card which entitled me to a different free breakfast sandwich every week for like 5 weeks. Score! They sell a calendar at the beginning of every year, which entitles the owner to a different "free" menu item every month. Not technically free, because you bought the calendar, but the savings will cover the calendars cost and then-some. Basically, just keep your ear to the ground on CFA, I-85 collapsed last week,andCFA announced they'll be giving anyone that comes through the drive through in a carpool of 3 people or more, detoured due to the incident, free entrees. They do things like this all the time. Follow their social media to stay in the loop. Facebook and Snapchat, maybe they have an Insta. Can't believe this place is even possibly running smoothly. Went for lunch, line was long(normal it's CFA) but out into road with no help to even move traffic which is very dangerous. As someone who's worked at a CFA before, I don't understand the way this establishment is ran at all. They do not allow you to make changes to your order for allergy reasons (no substitutions). They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. This morning, I made a mobile order for breakfast and was in the drive-they by 10:20. Because I had to wait 12 minutes before it was my turn because they are incredibly slow, I was not able to get my meal and they didn't offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Recently I did try their new frozen coffee which was very nice it was perfectly Blended.
