Waffle Love's food is absolutely delicious!! Their service was fast and they are incredibly kind! The inside is very clean and functional.

If you dine in, you will wait much longer than anyone walking in behind you requesting takeout as their orders will all go out priority. As I was waiting for the last of our plates, I watched the girl preparing them adjust the garbage can liner and then grab the waffles with those same gloves to plate for us. I had to ask her to change gloves and wait for another waffle. Fortunately, she was obliging. The food we received was delicious (no complaints there). I understand not recognizing cross-contamination risks, but I probably will not return to this location and could tell they were both put out by my request. read more

The food was great and the staff helpful and nice. The strawberries on my Nutella waffle were incredibly fresh and served with real whipping cream. The waffles were crispy and not too sweet (though the mass of Nutella took care of that). Everything was very clean with two exceptions. I enjoy Waffle Love, they have good menu items that are tasty. Their waffles are good, so whatever you get to go on them or with them or around them, it's going to be good. Prices are OK, wish they were a bit cheaper, but that's par for the course. Whether you are looking for something sweet or savory, breakfast or dinner, or late night snack, Waffle Love fits the bill. The help is always friendly. Your order may take a little longer than you think because for some reason, they have only a few waffle irons. But it's good and satisfying. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Ordered sausage Sammy and cinnalove waffle Sammy was good with the syrup definitely messy and can't be eaten in the car. Cinnalove had too much cream cheese for me. made it soggy kind of. Came on a Friday mid-morning into the drive-thru. No one was there, just me! Friendly service. I ordered a Sausage Sammy and a Cinna Waffle. It took about 10 min because they make everything on the spot, rather than having things pre-made. Love that. Sausage Sammy was really good. It does get messy. The Cinna Waffle was crazy good! The only thing ide ask for next time is a little less frosting. PRO TIP: if you're expecting to take a breakfast sandwich "on-the-go" in the car, think again. It does get messy. Be ready to eat on a table. TIP: Again, since everything is made to order, it may take a bit. If you're in a hurry, order ahead of time for pickup, or just be prepared to wait 10-20 min. read more

We were across the street going to discount tires and happened to see this on the road. I knew Waffle Love from their time on the Great Food Truck Race, so I told my husband we had to get breakfast there. We decided to walk in, but noticed they did have a drive-through. We were the only customers in the store at the time. We were bummed they were out of strawberries, so we couldnt get anything with strawbrries. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin waffle with biscoff cookies on top and my husband got the chicken and waffles. There was only 1 poor guy working the in-person and the drive through, so service was a little slow, but we did get our waffles eventually. My husband loved his and I did enjoy mine, but it was very sweet (and i normally love sweet things). The inside of the building was very big, so lots of places to sit and great for groups. read more

The Waffle Love Draper location delivers the same menu of sweet and savory waffle choices other WL locations have, and they're pretty darn good. My only downside is that one waffle isn't enough to fill me up, but most cost around $9-13 each, which seems a bit much for a single waffle. While there is a dining area, it's pretty small--only about 9 or so tables in the restaurant, so it fills up pretty fast during the brunch hours on Saturdays. For me, I like Waffle Love and will probably come back once, maybe twice per year, but it wouldn't be my first stop for breakfast and brunch, especially if I was with a party of four or more people. read more

Hi, I have been a customer since you guys would park your food truck at an O'reileys parking lot between west valley and Taylorsville I love your waffles and I've never had any complaint This past Thursday 3/4/24 I went down to your store here in Draper and had a very unfortunate encounter with the cashier there She said her name was Daniela with a last name that starts with the letter G She has dark hair and look about 20? There was another employee there as well They almost look like sisters Anyway the place was empty I was the only customer They took 22 minutes to provide me with my waffles which I noticed but wasn't upset about What got me upset was that when she came to the window She Looked at me up and down with disgust Then turned around (giving her back to me with window fully open) puts her elbows against the window and continues to have her conversation with the other girl I was kind of shocked It was rude and confusing I gave it about a two minutes asking myself why she would do this and when I realize they were just having a personal conversation I tell her (not rudely at all) "Excuse me can I have my food and be charged please" She did not like me saying this She charges, me basically throws my food at me Not saying a word but just giving me the worst looks ever, and then slams the window at me I honk since she had closed the window without even a thank you come again and I asked for the manager She said she was the manager, "the only manager" I asked if there was anyone else And she mentioned a "Carlos" I kind of gave up at this point And just asked her name I can honestly say I did nothing to this individual for this kind of service And felt very sad to see her lack of respect for the customer Plus the example she is giving other employees on how to treat customers Specially is she really truly is a manager Not to mention the fact they took almost a half hour for two waffles when the place was empty And the quality in which they delivered the product Over all a very very bad customer service as well as product Disappointed to say the least Please find my transaction receipt And pictures of the waffles I was given Definitely a half ass job to say the least Hopefully this doesn't set the tone on what we the customers can expect at waffle love read more

I tried the chicken tartine that had grilled chicken, bacon, grilled peppers and onions, avocado, sweet hot sauce and candy in a croissant waffle. The staff were friendly and we got our food very quickly. The restaurant is small but is colorful with pink walls and fun artwork. The food has been really good in the past. This place does not match the energy it used to. This has been the 3rd time I've ordered a food item in the drive thru and received something incorrect. It's annoying because I've left a tip each time to get home and see it's the wrong and often less expensive item. They even repeated my order at the window to only give me the wrong. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because they give me a cup of whipped cream for my dog. I will not be going back, this place is incredibly inconsistent on top of looooong wait times. read more

Everything was delicious, fast and tasted super fresh! We got the bananas foster, the red wonder and some orange juice. The orange juice tasted fresh and didn't seem to be watered down or have added sugar like at other places I've ordered at. The croissant waffle on the bananas foster was amazingly flaky and the red wonder had really fresh tasting raspberries and strawberries. It also wasn't overly sweet. Had a couple people with me so we got several things and everyone loved what they got ! Staff was super friendly at this location! Oh my goodness. I had no idea what to expect when my friend said she wanted to buy me breakfast from one of her favorite spots before l headed to the airport. It took a while for the food to come out, but I suppose that is because they made everything fresh and made to order. I got to try 2 different waffles, one sweet and one savory. It was a lot for 1 person to finish, but it made for 2 great meals. The sweet signature waffle was really good as well but definitely on the sweet side. But out of the 2, the savory waffle was my favorite - the breakfast Sammie. Bacon, egg, and gooey cheese sandwiched between 2 crispy waffles and filled with some kind of mildly spicy sauce which just made the sandwich and put it over the top. Sooo so good. The food was amazing it taste great and I love it so much. The taste of it is just amazing, I especially recommend the Nutella love. However sometimes the service takes a very long time. The waffles are also kind of small for a meal. Other then that prices are fair with waffles and the sides like chicken and bacon are a bit pricey, but the chicken isn't processed and it tastes amazing!
