If you can help it, drive closer to the mall and order from that CFA location. This one is one of the worst ones in the area, and the consistency of their poor performance makes me think it's never going to change. They've really never recovered post pandemic, despite being closed for updates or staffing or whatever it was in the last year even. They always get something wrong about your order, whether in person or ordering in advance with the app: forgetting sauces, wrong drink, making the wrong item. The drive thru takes a very long time compared to other locations, and this is in spite of most of the staff working in that area. I know because I've tried to go inside and there's hardly any customers inside, yet they're still slow on getting your order out via that route too. Whenever my Godson & I are together, we seem to end up at this CFA location. & usually due to his bribe of getting me an order of Waffle Fries for being his Chauffeur he always says "Mama Kat, even Vegans can eat here"...duly noted. Just about every time I go to this location there is something wrong with my order. And that just blows my mind because who messes up at Chick-fil-A?! This last time really made me mad. Now this order was free because they messed up my last order, but nevertheless free or not I still want my order correct. First, they tagged my order with another customers ticket which then cause my coworkers and I to have to wait 20 minutes to get my actual salad mind you we're on lunch break. While I was waiting, they said we were waiting on fresh tenders. I said, OK well put the tenders on the side cause they're going be hot coming fresh out of the grease and I don't want it to wilt my lettuce. They still put the chicken on top of the salad. When I work the cheese was melted and the tenders looked horrible (see pics) like frozen Tyson tenders. Trashed my salad so no lunch today On another lunch break visit on a different day, my coworkers and I had our food, but I ended up having to wait in additional 10 to 12 minutes for a milkshake after asking for my milkshake that I had ordered on the mobile app with my food. Terrible Service. I should've known something was off about this location when I approached a very meager drive-thru line. I was coming from the hospital and when it was my turn in drive thru, I was asked to pull ahead to wait on my chicken sandwich. After waiting for awhile in the summer heat, I could tell they forgot about me. So I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and no one answered. So THEN of course I had to PARK and go in which defeats the purpose of drive thru and sucked given I had just had a procedure done. I get in and there are zero customers and 5 workers at the front, 3 idle and 2 laughing about TickTok. I was finally given my order and promised a refund due to the inconvenience but it was a lie. I went through drive thru early morning before sunlight and Karely took my order. I asked for a small hash brown and chic Fil a sauce, she says we don't have small we have medium. I say ok let me have the smallest size you have. She doubles down and says since it's a medium do you want 2 sauces? I say no. Not to my surprise at all it was the same size box I get when I order the small on the app. The app has only small and large options available. It's pretty strange she chose to argue w me in the drive thru about hash browns before 7am. I reported it to a mgr bc it was so confusing. Today I went in to pick up an Uber Eats order. She handed me a big bag with 2 meals that was unsealed. I asked the gentleman who handed me the drinks can he seal the bag and he took it back to the staging area to do so . Service here is great (per usual for a Chick Fil A)...but it just takes soooo long to get to the drive thru window. This is perhaps one of the worst configured Chick Fil A drive thrus I have seen in a while. They need so much more parking lot space for evening prime time. While it can be easy to miss this location if you aren't familiar with the area, there are still enough steady patrons to warrant additional parking lot space. They should really take more of Dick's Sporting Goods parking lot. On a Wednesday evening, I sent in a mobile order through the app and ended up waiting in the drive thru line for about 10-15 minutes. But once I made it to the window, I was out of there in a jiffy. Key advice: don't go at peak time (around 6-8pm) if you don't have time to spare. Also, leave your big ol Tonka trucks at home. The turning radii aren't that great. read more

This Chick-fil-A is the closest to my current apartment. The workers here are usually very kind and hardworking, however they can occasionally seem understaffed and super busy. They do their best to accommodate all orders with quickness and speed to ensure the food we get is hot and fresh. During peak lunch or dinner hours, the food can take some time to come out (a little unusual for Chick-fil-As but I think most people are understanding). The food is consistent! I always get my chicken strips meal with lemonade and it comes out the same each time (usually). The fries here are also very hot and salted nicely--they aren't too crispy or too squishy, so perfect. We've also ordered the nugget tray here and we always get the proper 30-count nuggets, we may or may not have counted a few times to see if we ever get more haha. The parking situation at this location is also a little strange. When there are a lot of cars in the drive thru, it can block the entrance and lead into the main parking lot, which makes it difficult to enter for cars who are trying to park or do curbside pick-up. read more

Came on here to complain about the service, but most of the reviews already had it covered. I ordered through the mobile app and pulled up to the drive through. The person there confirmed my order on the ipad, and so I pulled to the window. The workers back there were confused when I told them my name and that I had a mobile order. They finally found it, told me to pull up to a sign (didn't know they meant stop sign), so I pulled around to the curbside pickup parking. The manager came out with my food, told me that next time I should pull up to stop sign. He gave no apology for the wait, just straight annoyance.
