    Shrimp & Grits*

Came in for breakfast and was sold on coming back again. The shrimp gumbo was delicious and had a kick. Don't forget to try the side of habanero pork belly. I sat at the bar and have no complaints. It was early Saturday and the place was relatively quiet.

Mid. I mean it's fine for what it is. I will go back to try the vegan pancakes, but the food so far is nothing to write home about. I will say, I'm very grateful they had vegan options. A lot of brunch spots have next to no options so having soy chorizo and tofu is a big plus in my book. My sweet potato dish was simple. The mushrooms were scant but they offer a nice savory contrast. The pickled onions give a good tang. So in that sense, there was a valiant effort at making a rounded dish, but it's just lacking in seasoning. Service seemed a little over extended on the day we went. Had to ask for silverware and some accompaniments more than once, but server was still sweet.

I've love this place. It was pretty busy at 10:30 am on a Sunday. We sat out on the patio with our dog. The server was so nice and even the manager came out to say hello. Our food came out fast and was delicious. Our drinks were amazing and strong! I can't wait to come back for brunch!

Excellent brunch for our family and so convenient to Dunwoody. The pancakes are fluffy and moist, and the service was very attentive. The manager was sure to check on us too. As expected, the place is packed on a Sunday morning, but the Yelp waitlist app helped us minimize the wait. It's not too loud either. We love that they have a "Dog Friendly" sign on the patio and cornhole to keep the kids entertained while you wait. Great place!

Swung by here for a quick Sunday morning breakfast. The wait quoted was not long but we opted to sit at the bar. Service was quick and attentive and food was delicious. Since i am currently not drinking, I opted to have their Blackberry Mint Limeade as my brunch drink. We ordered the Sandwich I am which is basically a breakfast sandwich on a pretzel bun, and a Denver omelette and pork belly breakfast fried rice. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. I'm sure I will return.

Very basic experience. Lowkey a little disappointing. The staff was nice, but I don't know what is going on in the kitchen. I came by myself and my baby and I ordered a very basic meal and my food took almost 30 minutes to come out. I understand that they are busy, but I watched the tables around me get their food and clear out by the time I got mine. Then my food was missing the toast that I wanted my baby to eat. My server never checked up on me. The food is OK, but it is not anything special. I would not come back here again.

The food was so-so but our server Nitsita was AWESOME! She took good care of us. Sadly no grits outside of shrimp and grits, but like the food isn't break neck good to try and go after. They do have vegan options though I got the pumpkin spice latte with almond milk and the classic breakfast with plant based chorizo. It was ok. Took a friend here and he enjoyed it a lot, which normally he goes to Waffle House so he felt it was a good step above

Avocado Toast with tomato, caramelized onions with cherry tomatoes. Delicious!

Dined here for breakfast after my doctor's appointment. Boy, does this resaurant gives a west coast vibe. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The nice girl at the front desk took my order and recommended all the yummy dishes that I have taken pictures of. She did a great job recommending them because it was delicious. I got the "Half Bravacado Toast" and "Half Ham Benedict III." You gotta try it for yourself!

Very clean & vibey spot; the decor is very cute and cozy, they dim the lights after a certain time I'm assuming, loved it. Definitely have to come back and try other items out. Here's what we ordered: * braised short ribs - strong 7/8, i didn't like the veggies as much but flavor wise, very yummy. * honey roasted chicken - oouuu, a very strong 8/9, the sauce was amazing; veggies, everything was sooooo yum. * Caesar salad - strong 7/8 (wish it was more but we did split 1 just to try it out first) * Mac & cheese - the only item we did not like 1 bit. Dry, cold and no flavor :( * sweet & spicy Brussels - strong 8/9, they weren't spicy at all but the sauce was yummy! * drinks - GREAT! Strong 8/9 for both 1) cherry limeaid (no alcohol) 2) obsession (with alcohol) Great experience, Destiny was really great. Soft music and excellent service. The entire staff was so accommodating and the vibes were really good. The food was disheartening to say the least. While the short rib was cooked well the flavors were horrible. The food lacked seasoning and the purple sauce just wasn't it. The other patrons of my party didn't say anything about their food but no one finished and no one asked for a to go box. Also the food came out near room temperature... Parking was slightly difficult and in some lots you have to pay. There's nothing convincing me to come back.

Customer Service-From the hostess stand to the bar, waiter, and management, I give it a 10/10! Everyone was friendly, respectful and accommodating without question. My waiter was Will, and he showed the utmost level of outstanding customer service the entire visit! They greet guests with a "Welcome Home," which was a little off-putting to me. The inside is very Instagrammy, with floral backdrops and neon signs. Lighting at the tables is terrible. The light was right above the benches and created horrible shadows on our faces. They have a small patio with outdoor seating, but it's not shaded. The staff was sweet--they asked if we were celebrating something and when we said yes, they wrote on a little card for our friend. A friend and I split 2 entrees: - Southern Fried Chicken & Traditional Waffles ($23): Fine. Chicken was fried perfectly. The waffles tasted good, but completely dissolved in the syrup. - Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad ($27): The salmon was pretty good. The salad was too heavily dressed for me. The croutons were cornbread, which I'm all for, but they were too hard and didn't taste that good. Another friend got Shrimp (8 pieces for $21, no sides). She added Mac & Cheese ($11) and Collard Greens ($11). The prices were just outrageous. "20% gratuity is included in every check." This is repeated on every section of the menu. And then there's still a tipping option on top of it. Somehow 3 meals and one strawberry lemonade, plus the 20% gratuity, added up to $120 for lunch!

Definitely a place to be seen and eat well. There's a parking garage but it was full when we got there, so we did valet, which was surprisingly affordable. Service was wonderful. Our server was attentive, helpful, and super knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, we got: Aguachile de Pescado, which was insane. Super fresh, bright, citrusy, ceviche-like with perfect texture. I would go back just for that. The Hamachi was clean and bright. That avocado sauce tied everything together and gave it some depth without overpowering the fish. The Pork Belly Tostadas were crispy and rich with that smooth avocado mousse and sweet mango salsa balancing it out perfectly. Finally, the bone marrow with steak... so good. I had seen pictures of it before I came and it did not disappoint. The steak was incredibly tender. They bring blue corn tortillas and suggest making a taco with the marrow, steak, and avocado. It's great that way. But honestly, the marrow and steak stand perfectly on their own. Whole experience was excellent. Easily one of my favorite spots in the city now.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.
