    Mongolian Onions
    Lisa S.

I did a take out lunch, Mongolian Beef for about $13. Fried rice was $1-2 extra, chili oil was .50 extra and to change the soup to wonton was $2 extra. Only the egg drop or hot and sour soup was included. Hate both of those. I felt like I was nickled and dimed for a lunch prep size container of mostly onions and a overly sweet Mongolian gravy. It was like syrup. Ratio of onions to meat was 3 to 1. No peppers. Fried rice had no veggies at onion just colored white rice. Nope, won't be going again.

I appreciate the response from actual owner. This incident is someone misrepresenting you guys and came attacked me for leaving real feedback. Really hope these feedback can help your business doing better. Looking for authentic Chinese food is hard. I hope you guys are the one will give me a feel of home taste tried 4 dishes Here my opinion: Sautéed beef -- smells amazing and super tender! I spent quite a lot of time in Hunan, China, and honestly this has nothing to do with real Hunan flavor but it still tastes good! 7/10. Stir-fried pork hock -- definitely our favorite! the pork is flavorful and juicy, and I love how they added celery to balance the grease. comes pretty close to authentic Hunan flavor. 8/10 Home-style pork & egg -- They just added the wrong seasoning..... eating a bowl of salt + soy sauce, turns to be bitter..... 3/10. Red chili chicken -- looked amazing when it came out, but sadly tasted almost the same as the pork & egg dish. just plain soy sauce flavor with a bitter aftertaste. 3/10.

Long time guest - this is some of our favorite food in the metro area. Service is always top notch, lunch deals are great, but don't let the lunch menu miss their amazing menu! Every time we go I get something different and it never lets down! Even on Christmas night they were packed, but were expedient and kind, smiling while all the entitled tables were complaining.

I have passed this place so many times without paying attention to it, but I'm glad I stopped in for dinner! I think this restaurant is still kinda new due to the signage outside. When I walked in, I saw most of the tables full with quiet conversation. There was some Asian R&B playing in the background, and the lighting was soft--a great place for a date! The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side, so keep that in mind. Service was awesome and everyone was moving quickly to service every customer. I ordered the scallion pancake, plum wine, and fish in chilli oil. The scallion pancake was great; crispy and light. I have never had plum wine but I'm so glad I tried it. It's very sweet and potent lol! The fish in chilli oil was amazing as well. I got a huge bowl of it. I love spicy food and this was definitely spicy, so beware lol! The total for Al 3 items was around 40 bucks, which I think is great. I would definitely come back and I recommend that you try it out.

I'm still dreaming of their Mongolian Chicken - soooo good! They've been on my bookmarks for a while b/c various Dunwoody residents kept raving about them - didn't realize I'd been overlooking them so many times b/c they're located in the same shopping center as the former Walmart ... next to the post office. Super nice staff. Somewhat smaller space than I imagined for a Chinese restaurant. Lunch specials Mon-Sat, 11-3pm ... yes Sat too! Great deal for $10.50 - a little more if you want beef or shrimp. MONGOLIAN CHICKEN - $10.50 I asked my server for her favorite dishes - she said General Tso's Chicken and I was like no, so I asked her for other favorites and she said Mongolian Chicken ... which I was eyeing anyway. It was absolutely delicious - all their dishes are cooked to order (so be patient), and the portion is very good. The dish was also loaded with lots of red onions, a few green onions, and just a sprinkling of the white crispy noodles. Lunch specials also come w/ soup and rice - I got the hot and sour which was tasty! MAPO TOFU W/ GROUND PORK - $10.50 When deciding between the Mapo Tofu and Eggplant - she said Mapo Tofu. Also good dish but realized I forgot to say hold the Sichuan numbing oil when I took a bite ... not a fan of the tingling sensation haha. However the dish did have a lot of good flavor ... maybe even on the salty side but otherwise nicely done. Also enjoyed the sauce w/ ground pork and leeks ... great w/ your rice! Next time I'd like to try their Eggplant in Garlic Sauce - and probably get their Mongolian Chicken again ... or maybe try the Beef or Shrimp version :) I will be back for sure!

They used the same oil or wok from frying stinky tofu to make the salted egg yolk corn, and still tried to justify it. After all these years of eating Chinese food, do they really think we can't tell the difference between the flavor of stinky tofu and salted egg yolk corn? The braised pork was on the tough side, but the "Homestyle Pork" was decent.

So this establishment is a very Nice and clean place. It's in a strip mall in Dunwoody and has free parking. They have music playing for the ambience so it's not totally quiet there. The staff is very friendly as well. It is a restaurant and they have some beers in the cooler but they do not have a full bar here at the also have wine as well so if you're coming to drink, this may not be the place. It is very very clean and they are very friendly so that was a good selling point for me. They have a really good lunch special so make sure you try it then (very good prices). I will list the things that I have had below. Egg drop soup - this was good. Nothing super special but it was pretty good. I think it was better than the hot and sour soup honestly. Hot and sour soup - it was was okay but I really wasn't a super fan. I probably would not get it again. General Tso - Now this was solid, it didn't have the largest portions there, but what they did have was sauced very well. The chicken was pretty large and meaty so it wasn't like they tried to skimp you at all. Mongolian beef - to me what's good and was very flavorful as well. It was a lunch portion that I had but it was a decent sized lunch portion. Overall this was a great experience for lunch. They have good food and it's quick (in case you have to go back to work like me lol).

Restaurant was very bright and clean! The service was very fast and not a long wait. The crab Rangoon tasted very good, it was a bit creamier. The general tso was very good, I wish it had more sauce with it. Not spicy at all but I think you can adjust the spice. I did not like the fried rice very much alone, but it was good with the chicken.

    Pork dish

The food was amazing, the service was super friendly and nice even though i was super busy. And the music was cool.

    Sesame Chicken

The food was really fast and delicious, but they messed up our order a little bit. We had 7 people total and they were respectful.

I ordered chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. I have to be honest and say i was extremely disappointed in the wings. I ordered the regular wings and they were flavorless and not cooked well at all. The shrimp fried rice was okay. The shrimp were prepared well. I added soy sauce and they made it taste a lot better. i don't think i'd try them out again. They sell wine and beer. Small place.

Take Out - Vegetable & Tofu (omitted) Soup & Vegetable Spring Rolls, 09.19.2023.
    Kathryn L.

New business with super friendly service & great prices. When I placed my order for pick up, I requested no Tofu & extra veggies. To my appreciation, the extra veggies were another (smaller) container of soup. Which both portions providing me "two" servings. The bouillon broth was just thick enough with aromatics of garlic, yellow onion, carrots, and broccoli. I keep ordering Take Out, yet plan on dining in this weekend.

One Saturday afternoon, while shopping for some furniture, I had a mighty powerful hunger and Wok Provisions in Dunwoody was close and sounded good. The service was fast and friendly and the food utterly delicious! We ordered the Crab Rangoon, Hot and Sour Soup, Chicken Soup Dumplings, Crispy Chicken Nuggets, and Mapo Tofu. The Crab Rangoon were delicious. They were perfectly fried and crispy. The filling tasted great...that slightly sweet crab and cream cheese filling that some other restaurants get wrong by just filling the wonton with cream cheese only... The Chicken Soup Dumplings were great. They take longer to come out than the rest of the meal because they make them fresh and steam them to perfection. They are worth the wait! Be careful when eating them...they are fresh and HOT! The Crispy Chicken Nuggets were absolutely phenomenal. The chicken meat tasted so fresh and juicy. The nuggets are seasoned with, what I think was, Sichuan peppers, peanuts, and something crunchy and addictingly salty. I would order this every time. Lastly, the Mapo Tofu was great. Nicely spiced and the tofu silken as should be. All in all, this Chinese restaurant is everything I need it to be and will be placed in to regular rotation...furniture or not!

We were a party of 5 and found both the food and the service to be inconsistent. The Food: Most dishes were mediocre or worse. The Three Cups Chicken (1/5) was the worst I've ever had. The Hong Kong Style Shrimp (1/5) was just bland, tasteless fried shrimp. The Lamb with Scallion (2/5) was far too salty. The only "average" dish was the Spicy Beef and Tendon (3/5), but one decent dish can't save a meal this poor. The Service & Billing: The service was quite slow during our visit. We waited a long time for the check and eventually ended up packing our own leftovers and heading to the front counter to pay so we could head out. I was also surprised to see an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill, especially since it was calculated on the total after tax ($23.07 tip on a $106.80 subtotal). While I understand automatic tips for groups, it felt a bit high due to poor services. There are a lot of great dining spots in the area, but based on this disappointing visit, I'm sure I would not return to this one.

New Lan Zhou Noodle is one of the restaurants in the China Town food court. It's pretty popular due to their freshly made daily pulled noodles. Hubby and I ordered a noodle dish each (him was Seafood and mines were Short Ribs) along with their soup dumplings (that they're known for) and Twisted Cruellers. Food took very long to make, but it's understandeable. Bowls were very big and full. Meats looks good, but the white broth did not look good at all. We took a spoonful of broth to start off with without adding any condiments and OMG...no flavor at all! We were thoroughly disappointed. The meats part were good and tender (though again, no flavor), but most disappointing was that even with condiments, the broth was bland. We kept on saying to each other that we will not order from here again. The noodles were just okay. Nothing earth shattering about it. Twisted cruellers tasted like it was just heated from a frozen one. I didn't get to taste the soup dumplings because we were running late for appt since the foods took so long and had to pack it to-go. I can't really comment on that. I will not order from here again and would like to try the surrounding stalls around it.

The whole setup is like a mini food hall with several authentic Chinese spots to choose from--but Chong Qing is where I landed. Everything came out on real dishes--not to-go boxes--which I loved. You order and pay at the counter, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to you. Now let's talk about the food... DELICIOUS. The spice level was just right--flavorful with a nice kick, but not overpowering. If you like it hotter, you can definitely add more heat, but I was perfectly satisfied as is. The lo mein was really good too--veggies were fresh with a nice crisp (those onions and carrots were hitting!), and everything tasted well-balanced. Only small note: I wish there was a little more meat in the dish, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. And let me say this--the portion size is VERY generous. I ate until I was full and still had just as much left to take home, which is always a win in my book. All in all, I'll definitely be back to try more. If you're in Chinatown Market and not sure what to pick, Chong Qing Hot Pot is a solid choice. 4/5 stars for me!

Service is friendly, fast and efficient. Portions are generous. I always have enough for two servings. My favorites here are the pepper steak and the beef ho fun noodles. Prices are very affordable. Always satisfies our cravings when we're looking for Americanized Chinese food.

The food always tastes fresh, arrives hot, and is seasoned well. The food is also always packed securely which is helpful when dealing with soups or sauces. Additionally, in the packing they always include lots of condiments, utensils, and fortune cookies, all without having to ask unlike some places. I have tried various items so far and all have been enjoyable. Recently, I got some egg drop soup, spring rolls (veggie), and pork ho fun (chow fun). Everything was tasty and portioned generously. I particularly like the chow fun or ho fun as it's seasoned and cooked very well. It also has a good ratio of meat to noodle. There is plenty of parking in the area. I would like to go inside sometime and see what it's like, but it's always a comfort and convenience to just pickup or deliver their food and eat at home. I usually end up with some leftovers from here. Will definitely continue to order from here this year. Thanks for some great meals, Four Seasons!

If you come just know that there is parking around. It may not look like it but there is. I came in and sat immediately but there were places at the bar. I could have sat as well so they have a lot of seating. If you don't see it just know that there is seating. They are super friendly. Well they were the last time I was there and very helpful. They have one of the little robots there so that definitely adds to the ambience of all of it but overall it's very nice and very clean inside. Honey butter wings - so the wings were okay. I didn't really get a lot of honey and butter with them so the name was a little misleading to me. Although they did have a hint of sweet to them, it wasn't what I would've called honey butter in the name. They were fried crispy and very well so that was something to their credit. They came with a musumine, cilantro, and lime sauce that was actually okay but a little on the sweeter side. Szeuchan steam wonton - the wontons were pretty good. They came at like eight wontons so it came with a lot. They had a pretty decent size and they weren't super tiny. The flavor was definitely there inside of the sauce and there was a lot of sauce on there. I actually used some of the sauce for another dish because there was so much so that was good. Grandma bbq pork (rice) - you could get the grandma barbecue in a couple of different ways and I decided to get mine with noodles. The dish will come basically looking like ramen, only without the broth, but it's very good presentation. It had an egg on top and it had three crispy wontons in there as well and two big hunks of bok choy, which I really didn't mess with. The pork itself was really good and tender and very flavorful. You could get this in a pasta dish or a rice dish or by itself and it would still be good and flavorful. Overall this is a pretty good spot to stop in if you want to try a myriad of different Asian cuisine types.
