The manager Arminda is not cut out for this job. Customers should leave feeling good not hungry and upset. I placed my breakfast order online curbside at 10:25am and waited in the curbside spot for 20 minutes before calling to see what was going on. She claims they never received the order even though I have a confirmation email. She said I could no longer get a breakfast item because now it's 10:50am and offered me a lunch item. I am vegetarian and will not eat chicken (I was getting an egg sandwich). She offered me bread!! Ha! And sent me on my way. Great service. I've been here on multiple occasions and the service has just gotten worse. I've placed orders for pick up and had to sit at the pick up area for over 10 minutes and not a single employee came to ask for my name for the order. I had to go to the counter and wait for someone to approach me so I could ask for my order. I've also had to wait in line for an awkward minute before the cashier finally said she could serve the next guest when she was the only cashier working. The employees no longer reply their iconic "it's my pleasure". They look unhappy and bored like another reviewer mentioned. They do not anticipate your needs. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and was not asked if I wanted jam. Theses are important questions to ask! I haven't had my coffee yet and I could easily forget to ask for my jam!! To top things off...when my food arrived to my table, there was no jam OR knife. Am I supposed to smear the cream cheese with my fingers? Oh and the employee found a packet of jam on the floor and said I must have dropped it. How could I drop it if they don't have jam out for customers to grab themselves? Ridiculous! Generally most Chick-fil-A's offer good food and service, but this particular location consistently knocks it out of the park. The employees almost always come around and offer to bus my table, give a mint, and even offer to get me a refill. The dining areas are always clean, the condiment area always well stocked, and the orders always come out promptly and accurately. The owner/operator is really awesome about running specials and even surprising me with free treats on my app. This is my family's go to place for fast food dining! read more

I passed through this location on a road trip both to California and on the way back. First and foremost the food is fresh and delicious, more so than many chickfila locations. The most incredible place that always goes above and beyond. A funny story to illustrate my point. My son dared my daughter to get a refill, not only on our drinks, but on the chocolate shake that my husband drank as well. After much deliberation, she got up the courage to do it. She walked up to Juan Carlos and asked for a refill on Sprite and for a refill on her shake, of course she was laughing throughout because she knew it was a joke. He said no, there are no refills on shakes. She came back to the table giggling due to the silliness of her request, but she had the confidence to do it. A few minutes later, Juan Carlos came back to our table and asked if we had a daughter (she was washing her hands in the restroom) we said yes. He pulled out a chocolate milkshake from behind his back as my daughter returned, and told her how much he admired her courage for asking, even though he knew she was joking. Worst Location I have ever been to. I shouldn't have to ask for a straw when I order a drink. I've been here a few times and every time something is missing from my order. Once they didn't give me fries and a straw, or any ketchup, another no straw and breaded chicken instead of grilled. Another no napkins, and now now straw again. They can at least get my name right. SMH! I give two stars because the food is usually good, except one molded blueberry in my daughter's fruit cup. Yuck! read more

I don't think I have ever seen disinter service like this at a fast food restaurant. The manager was up and walking around. Taking trays from people, getting refills, wiping tables and seeing how everyone is doing. It was very clean. Staff was very polite. The food was good and came out fast. While dining in at lunch had to wait a bit. While waiting I noticed all customers that wanted a refill had to get up and get their own refill and I too had to get up. I also noticed that as We finished our meal the gentle man picked up trays from other tables and never picked up ours. We had to throw it away. I have dined on Chick-fil-A on Montana and Zaragoza and we have staff waited on us and refill our drinks right away. A pleasant place to take the kids and food is always up to Chick Fill A standards. But what really makes this one stand out is the staff. Patient, friendly and attentive. Service is fast and the manager is always roaming around to make sure that the bathrooms are clean, etc. It's a breath of fresh air to go to a fast food place where the employees take pride in their jobs. The food here is great and consistent with the rest of the chick-fil-as around the country. Specifically, the chicken biscuits are amazing, and the coffee is some of the best in El Paso. However, this is one of the slowest fast food restaurants I've been to. Most of the mornings I've been to this location I've had to wait at least 10 minutes after ordering with only 1 car in front of me. If I am ever considering going to chick fila a before school or work, I would reconsider because I have no doubt I would be late. That being said, the staff are always friendly and apologetic despite having to wait way too long. I'll go to this location again, but only if I have a lot of extra time to wait. read more

This is my least favorite location in El Paso. The staff is not very polite especially when you consider how super nice the employees are at all the other locations. Also, they always seem to forget things, small things maybe but still irritating. The last we went through the Drive Thru I bought 4 orders of chicken nuggets and after we drove off I realized they had not given us any BBQ sauce or napkins.
