Timothy is a Terrible manager they ruined my order I returned to the location and he make me feel so uncomfortable asking me if I checked my receipt after my meal purchase, so I said no and he said that's weird everybody checks their receipt, he asked me my total amount I said $26.08 then he claimed I paid $40 and can't give me $40 of food? I said sir you made a mistake I want my order to fixed and it wasn't $40, it was $26.06 he claims it's the same as $40 which a $14 difference is a huge difference if you ask me, he kept questioning me other then resolving my issue I felt as if I was in a court case never returning to this location. read more

Queens Center Mall is slowly moving its way up (still a long way to go though...). A lot of new restaurants and stores opening up and thank goodness they opened a Chick-Fil-A. It saves you the trip to the city if you're really craving for it. I came here on a weekend and even though the mall was crowded, the lines were moving fast. That was because they had all the cashiers open (about 3-5 of them) and they also had people taking your orders while you're on the line. One of the managers was also helping the process of speeding up the lines and greeting the customers so that was a nice touch. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich with the waffles fries. I only waited about 5 minutes for my order and the best part is they don't charge you if you want extra sauce unlike other fast food places (yeah McDonald's & BK, I'm talking to you....). I highly recommend their house sauce. The sandwich itself was fresh and tasted like real chicken. Not a big fan of the waffles fries as I prefer regular fries instead. OK, this is the first time I've tried Chick-fil-A even though I've seen and passed many down in Florida. This one is conveniently located in the Queens Center so I thought I'd see why so many people swear by Chick-fil-A. I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe with a lemonade. The chicken was big and thick, but not dry. The spice was just right. The waffle fries are pretty good also. My one complaint is the extra 60¢ that they charge for the Deluxe that only gives you tomatoes & lettuce on the sandwich whereas the regular only had pickles. Most places include the lettuce & tomato. I really liked their lemonade, nice and tart with just enough sugar. read more

A year ago the only way of getting chick fil A was leaving NY and going to other states. This location is in the queens center mall food court as stated by another yelper. don't follow the maps on iPhone it will give u the royal run around. Just went back again today.... 5 months later. Service just as great maybe even better. Josh you were excellent thank you and keep up the good work. First let me say presentation is key. The staff were very professional and polite and their uniform was on point. They took pride in their appearance it wasn't messy so it made me feel comfortable knowing they will be handling my food. Josh Byrd the manager was very very professional he was on top of every order being made and he came to the customers frequently to inform us of our order status. He kept on top of his staff who to be honest they were just amazing and very customer friendly always repeating the order and making sure everything is right, always smiling and speaking is a proper respectful manner. Delicious chicken sandwiches! I decided to give this place a try after seeing it in the food court of qcm and was satisfied with the experience. I was at qcm with my family and since we love chicken sandwiches from many fast food chains, we wanted to try the chicken sandwiches from a place that specializes in making them. A huge plus that the chicken sandwiches do not come with cheese! Every though they are quite simple as they only come with pickles, I enjoyed them a lot. I also ordered some medium fries and they are huge. I am a fan of waffle fries, so they are yummy. Can we talk about the chick-fil-a sauce... yes it goes so well with the fries. Today I experienced on of the greatest customer service in all my history of dealing with any franchise. I came over there to order a soup and it was taking a little while. He explained to me it was taking a while to warm up the soup. During this time of waiting the staff was very pleasant in making sure I was okay. They even offered me something to drink while I wait. I had to head back to work and I just let them know I would just come back for the soup because The manager I believe, a young Hispanic guy. Chick-fil-A is incredible and inspiring. The chicken sandwiches, spicy or non-spicy, are amazing. I have yet to try a grilled chicken item from this franchise. Am I missing out? Lmk. The chicken nuggets are juicy and possibly unmatched in their own way. I love their chicken, you can tell its real 10 times out of 10. This chicken is the realest, I was the badest, we was the flyest. Their fries are good, not super salty which is a minus but the fun waffle-cut shape of them 100% makes up for this lack of flavors sometimes. Sometimes the fries are flavorless but others they are perfection. When the fries are flavorless that is ok because they have a variety of dipping sauces that differ from any other chain. They have their OWN sauce named after their restaurant?? Listen, if any other chain has a sauce named after them please, let me know, I want to try it. Anyways, the milkshakes are too good, I have only tried chocolate and vanilla and both are scrumptious. The lemonade is fabulous. Is the coffee good? Lmk I've been meaning to try. I don't come to Queens Center very often but now that Chick-Fil-A is here, maybe I'll come more often. When I first had Chick-Fil-A in the city when Kopened, I was disappointed because it didn't taste as good as when I had it in Florida. I think they finally mastered it here as I wasn't disappointed. The 4 stars is for the food alone, for service I would give a 3 as they are not up to par with the rest of the franchise. While I absolutely love every item from the menu as I've been to many of these franchises across the states... This particular chic-fil-a does not seem to follow all of the things other locations do. The first noticeable thing is they never said my pleasure in the few times I have been there, from the girl taking orders via tablet, to the cashier, to the person handing out the orders. Also 2x now I have been the witness of the person handing out the orders to give a free sandwich coupon to a girl only because they were interested in them, right in front of my face, if you're going to hand these out then make it seem as if you're doing it randomly instead of you trying to pick up someone. read more

Finally! Chick-fil-A opening in Queens, New York. I first discovered this fast food joint in Virginia and felt I had the best chicken burger ever!! I always wished it came to New York and it finally happened. I love the Honey Mustard sauce and I always ask for it. My experience at this Chick-fil-A was alright. Order was a bit chaotic. No idea where the line starts and ends. Also, even if you stand on the correct line, people cut like crazy and the cashier still takes their order instead of informing them there is a line!! Also, after you get your order, CHECK YOUR BAGS, I order more than once and they never give me any condiments or ask. Like if you order fries, it should come with ketchup cuz they are a match made in heaven. Often times I have to get an attention of a staff. One time I waved at the guy who gave me my order and he dumps ketchup into my bag, hard. So, yea if you don't want to give me condiments, I'll be happy to get it myself. Perhaps they need to be more like the chains in Virigina where all the condiments are out in the open or lose the attitude when people ask for it. read more
