This place is in the queens center Mall. (Food court, lower level)The lines are always long. The service is not too bad. Best to order from the appl and do pickup. This way you avoid a long wait time. The pickup line is to the left of the store front. The food itself is not bad. Got the chicken burger. The meat was fresh and tasty but the breading was soggy. The got the order eight at least. If you are looking for okay takeout fast food, this is it!

    Chicken Sandwich Deluxe

First time trying this fast food chain- and the Chicken Sandwich did not disappoint. Got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles topped with a warm bun. The Chicken pattie was tender and crispy with just the right seasoning- really liked the sandwich. Ordering process was fast, but the wait was over 15 minutes for the food to be packed. Finally got my order, and noticed my Chicken nuggets was missing from my purchase. I brought my receipt to the counter and the clerk handed my receipt to someone in the back, another clerk quickly threw in a small box of nuggets into my bagged order. Moral of this food experience, make sure all items are inside the bag. Nuggets were small, over-cooked and dry. Overall, good Chicken Sandwich; will skip the nuggets

This was my first time at this chick-fil-a. After all the years I have been coming to QCM I have never been to this branch on the food court in QMC.I have to say I was impressed by how many people were flocking to chick-fil-a. They had a nice size line there . But me and my wife said we would wait on it.the line moved pretty fast .we got up there and put in our order in a nice gentleman buy the name of Anthony. Took our order and took my name .he was very friendly and courteous the whole time. We have to give a major shout out to him. So my order was the spicy chicken breast deluxe sandwich with there honey mustard sauce on the side .I have been hearing so much about this chicken sandwich challenge. So I hade to get in on it .I tried all the other restaurant chicken sandwiches so I going to give chick-fil-a a nice try. It did not disappoint at all it had the right seasonings the bun game was excellent nice and soft. It could have been a little more crunchy then I would have gave them a 5 stars.but it was a very good tasting sandwich. And the had some really good honey mustard sauce. So my wife had a chicken sandwich and the macaroni and cheese .I got a chance to taste the macaroni and cheese and it was the bomb. It didn't disappoint at all .she loved it..we compared it to some soul food restaurant and it had a better taste.i would have to say this place lives up the hype. I would definitely go back to this location. I believe this is the only chick-fil-a in queens. .

I always come here when I visit the mall and need a quick, tasty meal. The employees are all fairly young, but incredibly professional and friendly. We always enjoy the new item they make for us. Occasionally they will make a mistake, like putting pickles or cheese on the sandwich (i request it without) but the remade order is almost immediate. The frosted sunrise is the most delicious shake and they really make it well. They make everything to the high standards you gone to expect of this chain, including the tea and lemonade. This is usually the tastiest location of Chick-fil-a in the city but today, the chicken was not fresh. It seemed as of the oil was old and the chicken had been sitting for a long time. Thankfully the fries were fresh and delicious as was the frosted sunrise. I will give them another chance because it is usually so amazing.

Despite not boasting the same kind of lines or craziness for the first ever standalone Chick-Fil-A in Manhattan (#1), the borough's first ever location (And second standalone in NYC overall) is a welcome sight to what was previously a disappointing lineup at the food court at Queens Center Mall. Without question, Chick-Fil-A is one of the more popular choices in the mall. They've got a consistent crowd of peeps, especially during the peak hours (lunch, evenings, weekends) when the entire place is practically full. The staff is well dressed like any Chick-Fil-A and thankfully the customer service is on point too. The food is virtually on par with most other Chick-Fil-A spots, though I've experienced more dry chicken here than most. That's not a complete deterrent, of course, their grilled sandwiches are still very tasty and it's hard to ignore their array of processed, artery clogging, sauces that make just about everything taste better. Seating is a crapshoot depending on how crowded and what time it is, but that's dining in a food court for you. Even when the lines are intense, they still move fairly quick. A fast food, let alone food court spot is as good as its staff: So thank you guys! _________ (#1) https://www.yelp.com/biz/chick-fil-a-new-york-6

This Chick-fil-A is great! Great service, great fast-food spicy fried chicken sandwich, and great crisp fries. I even liked the lemonade. So my previous CFA experience was no bueno, but this one redeemed the brand for me. The CFA sauce was perfect with the spicy, crunchy fried chicken sandwich. The tomato slice was bland but its fast food, so what do you expect? The bun was moist and soft. The waffle fries were crispy, not greasy and well salted. Good fast food. If I am at Queens Center Mall, I might have a meal here or Shake Shack.

    Grilled Chicken Sandwich

The grilled chicken sandwich called for an update to the review, as the meat was actually quite tender and the bun was flavorful; presentation was more palatable compared to the insipidity of the Chick-fil-A sandwich.

I did a delivery of 2 sandwiches recently, and both arrived fresh and packed well. I got the "Aged…read moreto perfection" which was prosciutto, and the "US open fan favorite" which was roasted chicken breast. Both came with generous amounts of meat, not too saucy either which sometimes makes sandwiches soggy. I got the regular sub size which I ate half of. It can easier feed 2 people! I could have done without sundried tomatoes in the prosciutto sandwich but overall it was very delicious. I would get it again, or try a hot sandwich variant next time.

I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to get a sandwich from Stacked since I haven't had one in a while. I I walked in and waited to be greeted while the staff chatted and gazed at me for about 5ish minutes or so. Finally, I'm acknowledged and asked "what can I get for you". I saw they had a Thanksgiving sandwich called the "Gobbler". I asked how long they would have it as even though it's the November special, sometimes places might make it last through the holidays. When asked I was told "it will be available until whenever November ends". This whole interaction made me feel so unwelcome. It didn't look like there was much going on there in the relm of orders, but it still took them a while to make my sandwich. Finally they bring it to the front counter. Pack it in paper and a paper bag and I'm off. I didn't have much time to eat so I scarfed it down in my car before heading down Queens Blvd. It was very good. Not my favorite, but def has potential. I also feel like, though this is a nice sized sandwich, they were a bit stingy this time around. I would say the star was the stuffing. It just tied everything together. As you all know, I love a good sandwich shop. I wish this was as good as it once was to me. Not sure if I'll give it one more shot just yet.

I finally got the perfect opportunity to stop in yesterday and I wish I had done so sooner. The space is small, but clean and comfortable. I ordered the ginger salad and the rice pancake balls with quail egg and both items were prepared quickly. The ginger salad is incredible. It's like the most perfect salad I've ever eaten. Not exaggerating at all, this is one of the most delicious things I've had this year. I am a ginger lover, but I still wasn't sure what it would be like to eat this much ginger. This dish almost treats ginger like a vegetable and not just a seasoning. The textures of this dishes really make it stand out. There are so many different textures in here that create a complex and fascinating bite. The crisp, finely shredded cabbage and ginger make up the base, which is mixed with various crunchy nuts and seeds and soft juicy pops of diced tomato. The flavors in this dish are intense. This quantity of sinus clearing ginger would be inedible without being held in balance by a good deal of salt and seasoning in the dressing and the rich, earthy savoriness of the nuts and seeds. I was really amazed by this dish. It was outstanding. After the extreme bright salty flavor of the salad, the rice pancake balls don't pack quite the same punch. However, the quail egg in here is cooked beautifully. It came out warm, with a soft jammy center and the white was a soft silky jelly. The whole thing is surrounded by a slightly chewy layer of rice based pancake. The flavor of the rice comes through, and the exterior is slightly crispy. These had so much richness from that egg yolk. It was so savory and comforting even though I've never eaten anything like this before. Really looking forward to my next visit here as I found the two items I tried to be remarkable and outstanding.
