Honestly, every time we come our order comes out wrong. Without fail, this Falls Church location cannot get it right. It's so tiring and annoying having to go get it corrected every time. No one in life is as kind to you as the employees here. Plus, if you do mobile you get a ton of rewards. Plus, they have a ton of community events like father daughter valentines date night and trivia. This is not one of my favorite Chik fil A's. Is it still worth going to? Yes. Yet there's no drive thru, and Williston Plaza is a cluster. Getting in and out of here is just not the most convenient. That alone brings this location down a star. For the record same delicious foods! The staff here is super nice. This location is busy, but they do make you feel valued here. 5/13/23 2 years ago this place was nearly dead. If you did walk in here, a mask would be required. Now everyone I see is without a mask on and smiling faces can be seen. Yeah Mon:) I can smell the smell of chicken and it smells good. The idea of eating cow isn't appealing whatsoever. This means the cows come home...so to speak. I found it fitting my order was taken while in line. This made getting my order done much quicker. Megan had a great personality and wonderful smile while helping me and other people. The food was missing two slices of cheese to my order, but was quickly fixed once I informed a staff member. The problem was fixed and the food was delicious as always. Mmmmm haven't had CFA breakfast in quite some time. We got it delivered (what's better than food brought straight to your door lol) & it was perfectly fresh & hot, yaaayyy. Got my usual sausage egg and cheese biscuit & I made a little mix with the CFA dipping sauce & some kicking hot sauce. Worth the cheap price! I got their drink or something related to the fall and was a milkshake and it was so good! Chicken sandwiches and fries are great as usual for a decent price. There is always a line here but food is worth if you're craving Chick-fil-A. The staff are generally nice too. I had an excellent lunch experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food matched the quality one expects from a Chick-fil-A. They were pretty busy with a lunch rush, and when I saw the line, I worried I could be in for a long wait. They kept things moving very quickly, though, and I was ordering in what couldn't have been more than two minutes. Even at that pace, they managed to be friendly and personable and to make it so that we didn't feel rushed at all. Our food was ready very quickly. We ate at clean, comfortable seating. The interior is often unclean (especially tables and floors), unlike most CFA. The staff are disorganized. Service is slow. Watched them grow from indoor pickup only to now having an abundance of spots in the lot in front of them for mobile orders. AJ has done a great job running this Chick Fil A. After you've made your way through the chute, you move to the condiment yard to mill around while the hapless associates attempt to assemble your meal. Such a joy to watch the bags pile up on the counter until a worker bee *finally* reads the ticket on yours and walks it over. But wait--where's my drink? *That* is being attended to separately, out of sight, by someone else. Which means another round of watching Styrofoam cups come and go until the ticket on yours is eventually read. I have given this location so many chances and finally I am done. Curbside here is pointless. It doesn't matter what time of day I go, how small my order, how empty the lot is...my order is guaranteed to take a minimum of 15 mins. I order through the app and I leave feedback every time so I can only hope they see how often a single milkshake takes 16-20 mins. Even with fast food it seems like people are very picky and easily made unhappy. I liked that I received friendly service, the correct order and good tasting food. Ok let's start with what everyone knows, Chick Fil A is delicious. I will say at this location, there isn't a drive through but you can order on your phone and park, staff will bring the food out to you. There are a lot of spots for the online orders. Now, I am glad I got large French fries because the fries were only about half of the container (they didn't fill up the fries barely at all!). Next, I ordered two meals and on the items I selected I wanted ketchup once and chick fil a sauce three times... they gave me three things of chick fil a sauce and one ketchup pack. I get wanting to not give people tons of sauce but large fries with one ketchup package? Lastly, I would recommend NOT getting brownies from here, mine was slimy on the bottom of the brownie as if it had been laying in grease before it was brought out to me. read more

No customer service in mind at all. Had to come here on my middle schooler's birthday because she wanted Chick-fil-A for lunch. Her school lunch time is 10:40am so I came to this one that's closest to her school (still 12 minutes away), knowing they only serve lunch starting at 10:30am. I came around 10:15 and explained I wanted to make it for her lunch time and only wanted to order nuggets, mac-n-cheese and fries - items that are easy and should already have been prepped. But I was not even allowed to order until 10:25! When I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor said no fries will go into the fryer until 10:30! We are talking about an easy accommodation to make some fries 5 minutes earlier than 10:30 so I won't be late to deliver a birthday lunch! During the whole time there is no smile from the supervisor, no expression of empathy, just a frozen face with "no" written all over it. Pathetic! This is probably my least favorite location - the lines are long, but the staff seem to be super inefficient and not attentive in terms of tending to the dining area. The tables, chairs, and the counter-tops are dirty with sauces (especially ketchup!), crumbs, and leaks from drinks. Orders are usually incorrect, and any type of customizations, forget about it! Trying to get a refill on your drink? Forget about it. With all the staff members on-site and the inefficiency of getting the lines moving, you'll still be waiting for a good while to get any assistance. I can remember many days of stuffing my face with tons of sandwich's, nuggets, and fresh pies baked fresh by hand....by lady seniors who were retired and worked the early morning hours before the store would open. Due to being in school, I only worked part-time mainly on weekends and during some weekday evenings. But man!...I used to beg to work an early shift with those old ladies because they would always spoil you to death...with all the goodies they were making. It was like having extra paternal grandparents all in one....teaching you good values, how to cook...and most of all what good eating was!! It was a treat for sure and the food is still as I remembered it back then....."the BOMB!" There is just something about that juicy, tender...super seasoned, crispy breast fillet...on a hot toasted buttered bun....with two slices of pickles...that just sets my taste buds off!! This location continues with representing the brand's simple presentation and food in the same manner...just as I can recall it from working there. The customer service is outstanding too. The #1 Meal: Chick-fil-A Deluxe w/ Waffle Fries and the Fresh Squeezed Lemonade...is my go to and favorite! The food is always great...served hot, with no long wait times. And, most of all, the chicken sandwiches kick A@%! When it comes to finding great fast food....somewhat on the healthy tip....if you don't always include a lemonade, brownie & ice cream like I do...this is it! If you come around rush hour 4-6, it's jam packed, full of school kids, staff simply can't cope, I waited around 20min for my order and noticed both the people ahead of me in the queue and behind me had already left with their orders, they don't have a proper system in place to serve it's all haphazard. I didn't even have a special order, it was just a regular spicy sandwich and regular fries. When I eventually got it and took it to the car to bite into the sandwich it was boiling hot oil spilling out of it and as tough as old boots, it had been over cooked. This review is solely for the fries. What is wrong with yall? This began about 6 months back. The fries were cooked differently, how idk but a texture change, and they were COATED in salt. I have gotten inedible salt crusted fries at least 4 times. Don't people just send them back all day? I couldn't, it was always too late. Furthermore i have a child. We trust you guys with the food u give us. Having to inspect the fries and shake them off and have baby cry as i trash some. Smh. Did you know that copious amounts of salt poisons people? This place really does deserves 5-stars. This really should be the model for other fast-food restaurants. Clean, fast, delicious, friendly service, family-friendly, etc. I don't have the opportunity to stop by too many Chick-fil-A locations since they aren't on every street corner like McDonald's, so I'm always wonderfully surprised just how delicious these chicken sandwiches are. The recipe is so simple...a simple bun, two pickles and a chicken filet. Gives new meaning to the phrase "simply delicious". Also the simple things is what makes this place stand out. Touch free handles in the bathroom (cuz we know how diligent customers are about washing their hands), contemporary christian music, REAL flowers, ketchup packets that actually have a decent amount of ketchup in them, disposable TableToppers for kids, and the fact that they call YOUR NAME and NOT A NUMBER. My only "chicken" with this place (Get it? cuz it's a chicken place and they don't serve "beef"...puh ha ha ha.
