I've always had good experiences ordering here via the sweetgreen app and picking up in store. Service has been fast and my orders have been complete. I'll admit that it seems like sweetgreen's menu has changed in the past few years, getting rid of some of my old favorites. The options for toppings have also been somewhat paired down. But I'll still order from here for occasional convenience--it's a nice, health-minded option when I don't have time to cook or even pick up groceries. I like trying various things, but the Kale Caesar remains my personal favorite. read more

I placed an order online and scheduled to pick it up after a long road trip and both orders were missing stuff. Not only were they missing ingredients, they were missing the main ingredients in the name!! The STEAK honey CRUNCH didn't have ANY STEAK or breadcrumbs (crunch). The CRISPY RICE bowl had NO CRISPY RICE. Terrible service. The woman working here didn't even listen to what I asked for and made the wrong dish. After that, she apologized and passed me off to a coworker instead of fixing the issue properly. On top of that, they were extremely stingy with both the protein and the sauce--even though I specifically asked for extra/heavy. This was hands down the worst Sweetgreen experience I've ever had. It's hard to mess up taste when you are using high quality ingredients so I won't comment too much about taste but I do have a big problem with portion sizing at this specific location and almost always feel the need to purchase another item elsewhere to feel satiated, which is a bit disappointing since I'm already paying $15-20 for a bowl. The remodel is tasteful! SG is the ONLY salad place I can get a healthy amount of nice kale. However, the standard amount of almonds is less on the Harvest bowl. The chicken is great. I was looking forward to the peach burrata salad this year and they found it (pricey?) to bring back the burrata and the mint and so I will have to make that salad at home myself if I want that mix of flavors. The staff really try their best to serve even if there's language gaps. The lids don't stay on the bowls and the bread is not as fiber rich anymore. not worth it. Ordered again from this Sweetgreen last night. Delivery was prompt, but, once again, the portions were extremely small. My wife ordered a custom salad with tofu and beans (AKA vegetarian) and was instead given a salad with heaps of chicken on top. She really couldn't eat it due to our diets, and it's a shame to order something vegetarian and have it come covered in meat. From the moment we stood in line to order our dinner, the cashier was pandering for a tip. She actually asked people for a tip! We had never been to this place and were trying to figure out what to order. The sandwich board outside that enticed us to come in had a beautiful strip steak sliced and juicy looking, so we thought we would give it a try. It was one scoop of chopped up steak over a cup of rice with a scoop of cold broccoli. Diced apples were an additional 50cents, bruised avocado was an additional 2.00, sweet potatoes was another 50cent up charge. The steak was dry and did not taste anything like garlic caramelized onions. The rice was cold and had no flavor. A HUGE disappointment ! And we paid $17.95 for this meal! The menu offers various seasonal specials (such as Beets & Goat Cheese, Spring Asparagus & Herb, etc.), and warm salads (such as Shroomami, Chicken Pesto Parm, Harvest Bowl, etc.), create-your-own/customizable salads, and fresh juice/drinks. A large group of us came here for an early dinner, and everything was so fresh and so fantastic! I had the Nancy's Chopped Salad, one of the Seasonals, and it contained: organic salami pieces, pickled celery, red onion, tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shaved Parm, hot chickpeas, chopped Romaine, shredded kale, dried oregano, and Nancy's vinaigrette; I really liked the salami pieces (huge fan of it), the hot chickpeas, and the ample amount of kale. You can also request more or less of certain ingredients - don't be shy to tell the awesome salad creators! The staff were all so friendly and attentive and made sure that each of our bowls were exactly the way we wanted them to be! Never had a problem ordering from this sweetgreen. I made a takeout order via DoorDash while on the way home, took about 20 minutes to arrive on site and my order was ready to go. I was in and out of the restaurant in probably less than 30 seconds. The takeout orders are very well packaged - super clean with safety sticker seals. And the plating still looks great for being a takeout order! I got the seasonal Cranberry Maple Chicken plate. It's beautiful, full of color, and smelled amazing on my drive home. All the components were cooked perfectly. The textures and flavors of the different ingredients worked really well together. You get the savory of the chicken, the soft and sweetness of the sweet potatoes and cranberry dressing, and a bit of a bite and crunch with the brussel slaw and walnuts. This was my first sweetgreen experience and I was somewhat underwhelmed. The menu felt somewhat limited compared to similar place (i.e., Just Salad). That being said the Peach & Goat Cheese salad I had from the summer menu was delicious, but the dressing wasn't mixed in well. We've gone to Sweetgreen a lot and the app has never worked when they advertise special deals. We were there on Aug. 27 and ordered 2 Elote Bowls and there was supposed to be a discount. When the app wouldn't work, they told us to deal with it later using our receipt. I wrote to Sweetgreen and never got an answer. Delmy G. was the person who told us to deal with it after paying full price. Thanks a lot. We're not going back there. Someone told me sweetgreen was like Chopt so I decided to give it a try. The only similarity I found is that they both serve salads. At sweetgreen, I had the guacamole greens which includes chicken, tortilla chips, red onions, cherry tomatoes, half an avocado, and fresh lime squeeze. There were only two people ahead of me when I got here but I still felt the wait was long. Oh well, maybe they make it with care I thought. After placing my order I'm asked if I want bread and I say yes and I also get a drink. There is a fresh lemon, unsweetened green tea, and a ginger drink option. I go with the lemon since it says 15gm of sugar so I figured it must be sweetened. Wrong. The drink is so sour I can barely finish it. I look around and there is no sugar, no nothing to sweeten it with. I ended up dumping it. The salad on the other hand was decent. A bit pricey, like other reviews already mentioned. My salad was not chopped at all. At least Chopt keeps it true to the name. There was a leaf so long that I ended up choking on it and thought I would never get to write another yelp review again, but I made it out alive! read more

Wow, how surprising that I haven't left a review for this sweetgreen location yet! Maybe this is a sign that I'm not actually eating as healthfully as I should be... oh well, I DID eat my fill of salad the other day, which this review and the attached photo should prove. Ha! Anyway, this is a small-but-sweet little shop that offers all the sweetgreen goodness you've hopefully come to know and love. They have a garage-door style window that allows for indoor/outdoor seating and a handful of tables inside. The line wraps around the store when it gets busy, so just plan ahead (and bear in mind there's not a ton of room for navigating a stroller if you go with your kiddo.) I got their seasonal Mexican elote salad and added steelhead (salmon) to it -- it's been a while since I've had sweetgreen and I love the addition of the salmon! It was delicious and cooked really well. I didn't realize the salad was arugula-based when I ordered it (I have a hate-hate relationship with arugula), but the stuff on it and the dressing was so good, I still ate it, lol. Sweetgeeen was okay. I think they deserve another shot and what I got (the blueberry summer salad) just maybe wasn't the best. Their salads in general though seem kind of all over the place, including that one. The ingredients didn't go quite as well together as I would have hoped. It kind of feels like they need to be a little more intentional about the combinations. There was also very little of anything that adds flavor and too much of the arugula and kale so that could have been just an issue with the prep person. I like the concept of the healthy food and the local sourcing but this may also just be another overpriced trendy place to find plants to eat. You have to pay extra for the quality food and local sourcing and I get that but it just didn't seem worth it for what I got and the way it tasted. I'll try it at least one more time and see how it goes with another menu item! read more

I decided to order the Rad Thai salad with chicken instead of shrimp. It's loaded with spring mix, mesclun,basil shredded carrots, purple cabbage, chicken (comes with shrimp) and I added corn. It's served with a spicy cashew dressing which I didn't think I would like but it was AMAZING. The salad was fresh and so flavorful. I downloaded their app after I tried the salad. Love coming to this place for salads. Fresh local produce and super healthy. Can't go wrong with Sweetgreen. The average price for a salad with protein is around $10. I love how easy it is to swap toppings. I got the Guacamole Greens salad and loved all the ingredients in it (avocado, kale, grape tomatoes, roasted chicken, lime juice, red onions) except for the mesclun and tortilla chips but they easily swapped those two out and I got spinach and alfalfa sprouts instead. No problemo. The only downer is that I got specks of roasted chicken cubes. But it was just too delicious to put a damper on my lunch session. And the lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette is SUPERB. Just the right amount of tanginess with a little kick. UGH. SO GOOD. Plus, it comes with a slice of buckwheat bread. My second time at this location getting my favorite seasonal salad. The peach and burrata salad is such a delight, and I add chicken to make it more filling. I LOVE this salad. I also add for a bit of arugula added to the mix. With bread, it is a satisfying and filling meal. The space is a little limited for seating, but it is a nice clean spot with delicious food. Don't be shy with customizing! I like to choose one of the designed salads and swap out or add an item here or there. So tasty!! read more

I love this place. You can get fresh and healthy food options within seconds. Everything here tastes delicious and I am always satisfied. I usually get the create your own creation. For this you get to choose the greens you want, four toppings, a cheese, and dressing. You can get a choice of protein on the side and even half of an avocado! I got the chicken with my salad and I choose carrots, grapes, onions, and tomatoes as my toppings. I would recommend you get grapes if you love sweet and salty combinations. The grapes are perfect with the salad because it adds the perfect sweetness. They had so many dressing choices and I asked the guy which one was the most popular dressing and he said it was the lime cilantro dressing. This was really good! I also tried their frozen yogurt! You have to try this. I love how the yogurt was no sweet, but it tasted like real yogurt that was frozen. I got three topping and it made the froyo taste even better!!! I put toasted coconut, toasted almonds, and to add sweetness a drizzle of agave. Going back to get more! The only downfall is the price.
