On our way out, I mentioned to the owner that the food was really good, because it was, and mentioned that the shawarma wasn't quite as tasty as some that I've had in my travels. His face brightened, and he said that next time I should ask for it a bit spicier. Next time I'm back, and there will be a next time, I'll ask for spicier.
