**Drive Thru Review Only** Popped in to the drive thru for this location to grab a quick snack for the fam as we were on our way somewhere else. The little one loves the nuggets and it's an easy meal to consume while on the go. As per usual for this chain the drive thru was very busy, but moved really quickly. Staff was super friendly and everything was easy to do. They have masks on and are having customers handle their own cards to swipe to help minimize the contact between parties. Chick-Fil-A - yay! This is a somewhat newer restaurant in the Casselberry area. They have quick service here and the food is always hot and delicious. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Love that their kids playground is inside as opposed to outside. Hooray for air conditioning! I see big kids on the playground sometimes, even though the sign says it is for kids 3 and under... Not the restaurants fault but just watch your kids. The drive thru can get sort of crazy sometimes but they somehow manage it despite the small parking lot. Chick-fil-a has great quality chicken items as far as fast food goes. My usual order is the nuggets. The waffle fries are really good, and they have my favorite frozen drink - the frozen lemonade. Sooo good. I also saw an advertisement that the peach milkshake is back in season and I'll have to stop in again soon for that because that is also one of their best items. The drive thru at this location is really well done, they have 3 outside attendants working at peak times. If you're paying with a card you can save time by paying the attendant right there instead of waiting until you get to the window. There is a play area at this location also. Every time I come to this location My order is never correct. Something is always missing. It's been twice now I ask for multiple coffees. They say cream and sugar is in the bag and I get to my location and it's not in there. I have to drive all the way back to get fresh coffee with the condiments. There's been multiple times I'm missing food items as well. Not only that this is the only location I go to and staff is not friendly. Everyone looks like they are exhausted and awful grumpy moods. To start off, the cashier Brandon (or CJ per receipt) was very friendly and welcoming like I was his first customer of the day! I generally feel that fast food is a bit expensive for fast food, considering that I can get lunch at a proper Thai or Mexican sit down restaurant for the same price, but this place is well above any other fast-food restaurant. And hence CFA is the only fast food I have. I usually do a curbside pickup at this location nowadays and they are always out fast, while food has stayed top notch. I placed order on my mobile app and when I picked up and opened the bag to eat my food after leaving the restaurant, I realized that the fries were cold, stale and practically scraped from the bottom of the fryer. I had about 4 actual waffle fries since all of the other fries looked and tasted like cold stale scrapings. I am truly disappointed since this is not something that I have ever experienced during my weekly visits to other Chick-fil-a stores. Also, I was over charged and if don't point out the fact that I was overcharge they wouldn't have give me a refund for the over fee. How difficult can he, to take an order, I just ordered two meal and two single sandwiches. I'm really so disappointed, and on top of it, after I asked for my refund for the extra amount I was charge, the representative assumed that's I wanted cash and didn't even ask me.
