We ordered regular stuffed mushrooms and an order of their crab stuffed mushrooms which were excellent. We ordered Onion Rings, fried calamari, and the Tex-Mex Eggrolls, which were all freshly fried and delicious. For my entrée I went with the full rack of ribs, a side of skewered shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. The ribs were super tender and all of the sides were cooked perfectly and had plenty of great flavor. O ordered a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit, a country ham, egg, and cheese biscuit, and a biscuit with gravy. What I got was a biscuit, a country ham biscuit, and a steak biscuit. I noticed the gravy and went back and got that. When I pulled the biscuits out there was neither egg or cheese on either. I took them back to the counter waited 5 minutes and was given an egg and cheese biscuit. It took them another 5 minutes to figure out how to put egg and cheese on the biscuits. It was busy but this is ridiculous. I can't wait for the Bojangles in Apopka to open...it's much closer and will, hopefully, have better trained staff.
