I went to CFA Flemington for the first time. The food and service was immaculate. I enjoyed every last bit of my meal. One worker, I think her name was Chlarissa, was exceptionally nice and very patient with my order. The rest of the staff were producing the best food I ever ate. All the staff members were very kind. This was the 3rd time in probably 8 months I've been through the drive-thru and my order was wrong. Cobb salad without corn, dressing on the side. I got lettuce and chicken, no dressing and nothing else on the salad to make it a cobb salad. The food itself is good, when they get the orders correct. They have gone downhill since they opened, looks like the Flemington hand has gotten hold and like a lot of other restaurants here they start strong and then slowly stop caring. read more

First time ever coming to a Chick fil a. I was excited since this location has a little play area for the kids. We ate and it was good but it was hoping it would be better. My husband felt his chicken was slightly under cooked. Mine was fine and loved the fresh fruit for the kids. Delicious. The play area is small but easy for my 2 & 4 year old. They were having fun until older kids came in. They were between 6-8 years old pushing my kids and running into them. The sign does say 3 and under. We had to leave before one of my kids was going to get hurt. I'm sure we will be back again but hopefully when not to many kids are around. read more

I've been disappointed there lately. The chicken has been very fatty. The last sandwich I got was half fat! The bacon in the cobb salad is chewy and hard, like imitation bacon bits. They should omit bacon altogether if this is the best they could put in there. If these things were improved the food would be better. A lot better. Saturday evening i come in for a #1 meal (which is a chick fil a sandwhich with pickles and waffle fries.)Super stoked to try the new Mac and cheese they have just come out with, i decide to try it and order that as well! I believe the girl at the register had been new and when i payed i received no receipt nor did i think i would need one. The tray comes out with no waffle fries just mac and cheese and my sandwhich. I go up to the register and one of the register girls said i will be with you in one minute i said great thanks! As i was waiting for her to complete a guests order I'm guessing this was a manager or somebody in the kitchen not sure, who had came up to the front to grab something she asks me "are you waiting for food?" I say "no actually i had just ordered a number 1 meal and a Mac an cheese but i think the girl mistakened that i wanted the Mac and cheese subsitituted for my fries. She asks for my receipt and since i cant produce one she was going to ring me up for an order of fries. I double checked the table and my wallet to be sure i had not received a receipt therefore, i tell her no i don't have one actually i did not receive one at the register and it was not left on the table since she insisted that there had to be one in the table marker. She then asks me to repeat what i ordered. I tell her and she goes "Oh. Well ok I'll just grab you a order of fries." I say great thanks so much. She comes back to hand me the bag of fries avoiding eye contact with me at all costs and when i say i thanks again i appreciate it! Puts her head down and walks away as if she did not believe me and that i was trying to get a free order of fries out of this? Pretty unprofessional. My family and I come by here at least once a month. It's a fun night out with the family. Inexpensive but good food, super friendly staff, fun indoor playground, clean, and fast! What more can you ask for. If I have one complaint, they mess up the order more often than I like but they are quick to correct it. Also so happy they're not stingy with their condiments. I was about 10 minutes early for work one morning, so I decided to stop in the drive thru and pick up a quick breakfast. I placed my order and drove around the building. I found myself behind three other cars. The server was literally hanging out the window with coffee pot in hand, talking and laughing with the person in the first car in line. So I waited and waited and waited... the line never moved. And the server kept talking and laughing... It's not like me, but after waiting on line for over five minutes and not moving, I honked my horn. The server looked at me, then went right back to talking. In the meantime, more cars started pulling up in line behind me. By the time the first car in line drove off and I finally got my food, I went from being 10 minutes early for work to being five minutes late. I literally had to call my office from the drive-thru line to tell them I was going to be late. When I drove up to the window, the server apologized to me for not getting my food in a timely manner. That wasn't the issue. I told her that it wasn't good optics for her to be hanging out the window and talking and joking around and making others wait. If the customers food wasn't ready, ask them to pull off to the side and bring their food out to them. Keep the line moving! Because of her attitude, they've lost a customer. I've never been to Chick-fil-A, and I don't know how the food tastes. Sometimes when I drive passed the place, I say to my wife "We should try Chick-fil-A sometimes" (although I don't capitalize the A when I say it). I don't recall if she agrees or not, I'm usually not paying attention when she replies. Then we go to the sushi place or maybe a nice Italian place. We do plan on going there someday, but it may never happen. If we were to go, we would probably get the chicken. I like to go with the speciality of the house first, and although I don't know what they sell at Chick-fil-A, someone once told me it was like burgers, but made of chicken, and not really ground up like a burger. There are a couple of burger places near the Chick-fil-A that I have tried, and those are pretty much what you expect. If those weren't so good, maybe I would have tried the Chick-fil-A by now. I used to like Cheeburger Cheeburger, but that's gone now. I should probably get over to the Chick-fil-A before it's gone too. There's a Taco Bell near by, but I'm not interested in that. I make my own tacos at home and they're pretty good, if I do say so. The secret is to brown the beef, if you're using beef. Anyway, if I do wind up at the Chick-fil-A I'll be sure to write a review, to let you all know how I like it. For now, I'm signing off. Glad I could be of help! read more

This is the best Chick Fil A in the area. I've tried locations in PA and South Jersey, and the quality of the salads and food overall is not as good and consistent as in Flemington. The service is also better by far, more pleasant, and the manager will always make it right and then some if something is forgotten/wrong in an order. Employees are also friendly and very happy to fix whatever issue you may have - and I've only had minor ones. My only complaint about Chick Fil A is that the fries always seem undercooked no matter where I go! I've learned that you can ask for well done - and then they're perfect. read more

I've been here a couple times since it opened and I've never had an issue with them forgetting anything or messing up my order even though they are all new to this job. The food is the food and it's good stuff. Waffle fries are awesome. What sets this franchise apart from other fast food chains is their company approach to customer service and experience. I love how EVERYONE tows the line to make it an experience that aligns with the company philosophy. The manager actually goes around and cleans tables and seats. I like how the staff brings the food to the table. Only downside is that this place is crazy busy on Saturday (probably other days too) and closed on Sunday's. read more
