An older employee was wiping down a table and a table full of some asshole high school boys kept dropping the F-bomb beside the playplace. Saturday morning. 17 cars in the drive thru. Got my food and on the road in 10 minutes. This many cars at mcdonalds would have taken 30 to 40 minutes, and it has in the past. This Chick-fil-A was just amazing to us tonight. What they didn't know was that we had been traveling all day. It was almost 10:00pm when we realized everything but fast food was closed. We did stop at a 24hr breakfast place only to be told they were only serving take out. Well breakfast isn't the best thing to try and eat in a vehicle so we left. I'm searching for fast food joint when I saw a Chick-fil-A that was 9 min away that was closing at 10:00... the time was 9:50 on the dot. The traffic lights were super slow, It was pouring rain and very hard to see the road with all the tractor trailers. We just knew there was no way we're going to make it before they closed. As we are pulling in it was 10:01 and we almost just turned around and left because we knew there was no way they would still serve us. A girl was setting out the cones at the drive thru and when she saw us she picked it up so we could pull up. We asked if we could still order and she said yes we could... but the best part is that she and all the rest of the employees that helped us were so nice... I mean genuinely nice. I know how badly they want to get out of there and get home after working their shift but they never even showed an ounce of frustration at us.., the customers that come rushing in at the last minute. We tried to give them a tip but they would not accept it. Saying they aren't allowed... please Chick-fil-A, let your employees have a tip jar. You are taking away the opportunity for happy customers that, genuinely, want to show an employee of yours they are appreciated by giving a tip. Chick-fil-A is THE BEST!!!! read more

The only reason I'm not giving Chick-fil-A a five star rating is because the prices, with our family of seven, make it hard for us to eat there as much as we'd like. The staff is always SO FRIENDLY! The frosted lemonade and iced coffee are a favorite for us, as well as the good old chicken sandwich. Oh. The prices on the salads are a bit ridiculous, so, as good as they are, we have only had them once. I do love that they keep their restaurant closed on Sunday, except when we are traveling on a Sunday and want to eat there!!!! read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Florence, Kentucky

I'm a big Chick Fil A fan. It's usually my go to drive thru, especially during road trips or long drives. I was traveling back to Lexington and stopped at this Chick Fil A off the interstate for a quick to go meal and bathroom break. It was close to closing time (around 9pm), so it wasn't that busy, but there were people still eating in the dining area. The manager seemed to be busy on the register, but finally acknowledged me saying it would be just a minute. I waited for several minutes before the manager finally asked a worker to ring up my order. The young boy taking my order was very nice and quickly turned my experience around, just as I was about to walk out and go somewhere else. I went to the bathroom while my meal was getting put together. I come out to find my food sitting on the counter, but no drink. I tried to get the managers attention, but he was not the most observant, or friendliest. He finally came over and asked what I needed. He handed me my drink and said have a good night, but no apologies given (for forgetting my drink, lack of acknowledging my presence or service at the beginning). Not what I usually experience at Chick Fil A's. For this being a new CFA, I had higher expectations. I'm sure it will be a busy store, given the location of Interstate 75 . I just hope they can get their weeknight manager some training on customer service and improve other diners experience here in the future!! read more

I will give this place some credit for having great food. Service is fast. My only "beef" is the over-the-top friendly chit chat at drive thru. At the drive thru, why do they want my name? If my name is Dick, they refer to you as "Mr. Dick," Have a nice day "Mr. Dick." Come back, "Mr. Dick"! Good food and fast is all I need. I can get my friends somewhere else. read more

It's chick fil a what more is there to say? This is my go to chick fil a location and I'm never disappointed. Every single member of the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to provide the best possible service. They get my order right every single time without fail. This restaurant is unlike any I have been to before. I had a better experience here than at any non-fast-food place I have been to. The workers were kind and friendly. They didn't complain when the lines stretched more than 50 people. I was surprised to see the lines move extremely quick and I didn't expect the workers to have time to give refills and ask if we needed anything. My food literally came out in less than a minute. visited Jan 2nd for lunch ordered Spicy Deluxe combo and Grilled Chicken combo both sandwiches were delicious - lettuce/tomatoes/cheese were fresh, fries were really good, dipping sauces really complimented the fries well compared to Shake Shack, Chick Fil A definitely a better value read more

This location does not disappoint! The food is great and consistent every single time I go, which is about once a week. Easy to ask for no bun and extra lettuce for a low carb option. The employees are polite, professional, and seem happy to be there. My only minor complaint is that they are closed on Sundays, but I respect their decision. I'm very happy that they opened this location, the service is fast and the food is delicious! read more
