The food is great and consistent. Service is pretty quick for the business of this location. They no longer have a dine in area and focus on drive thru only. The only issue about the location is the crazy entrance to the restaurant at lunch. This location sits on a walmart lot and has multiple entrances from the street to get into the restaurant. Problem is there is no one specific way in so you are battling with people coming from every direction to turn in. If you come in from the wrong entrance you can sit there for quite some time trying to get to the front. It also creates a huge jam up for people not coming to the restaurant and simply trying to get to the plaza. read more

They were dead and it took long to make a frosted (one size) root beer, i personally work at a fast food place and we move with urgency, which they didn't see to be doing they again were dead and one was rubbing the managers shoulder lol , and the smile on the person taking my order was visibly forced and i seen it go away when he walked away, im not usually the person who takes the time out my day to do this but its gets tiring when i receive slow services , hence FAST FOOD. read more

There is no dining room as it's a drive through only location. Also, there are NO DRINK REFILLS do to "health code" rules. Won't even give you a cup with your beverage in it as a refill. Service was rude with employees who are here for a paycheck. Not the chick-fil-a you know and love. read more

Wow! What efficiency! I always avoided this place because of the very long drive thru lines. I am impressed! A person comes to you promptly when you enter the drive thru lane with an order tablet. Takes your order and you get to a meal delivery spot by another window and a person there hands a runner your order and they bring it to your vehicle. My order was perfect I got exactly what I ordered. The who process from enter drive thru lane to getting my order was just 6 minutes! Took my food home and it was done perfectly. My only complaint is that they don't put condiments on the bun you have to add Mayo yourself. Chicken was plump and perfectly breaded and juicy, waffle fries were amazing just the right amount of salt. My coke was so very refreshing. I kid you not I hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A in 6 years due to the long lines. I shall rerun! read more

By far the best fast food chain. Well run, great service, awesome food. If you doubt me there are over 35 cars in line with more pulling up. And a smile and a thank you with my meal. Spent over an hour yesterday attempting to get lunch at this Chick-Fil-A location that is right off of Colonial Blvd. The line for the drive-thru gets backed up almost to the entrance of Aldi's almost every day. Although my wait time was far from reasonable, the chicken sandwich and fries were hot, fresh and delicious. I received all of the sauces that I asked for. Hopefully once the construction is completed on Colonial Blvd, there may be an easier and faster way to get in and out of the parking lots. read more

Horrible encounter with the store manager Yesenia. I ordered through the app and some of my items from the order didn't go through due to the app being faulty (which we realized after the fact). I picked up my order via drive through and immediately realized I was missing two items. I pulled up my receipt to confirm if I was charged and I was. The store manager was near the window so I asked if she could assist, knowing that the app didn't translate my exact order to their system, therefore it did not reflect on the print out, however I had the receipt showing I was charged. Her response to me was "we have no control over the app". I understand that and wasn't complaining about the app or the issue, just showing proof of payment so that I could have my missing side salad and drink. I even showed her the page I was viewing on the app which was showing an error page when trying to review the order. She continued to tell me that they have no control over the app and if I wanted my items then I had to pay again, and her exact statement was "maybe the app will refund me". I explained that may be an issue considering picking up my order will mark as order completed. She repeated her only offer to me which was to pay again. I asked for her managers number and she gave me an 888/800 number to call. When responding that this is a generic customer service line, however I am requesting the contact info of her manager or operation manager/regional manager etc., she denied me this information. Horrible service. She could've simply fulfilled my two missing items after seeing the proof of payment and let me continue on my day. Instead she was a headache and didn't have the necessary customer service skills to be in a management role. End of day, I drove off without my two items yet paying full price for everything. read more

Placed an order online well before breakfast ended at 10:30 but showed up just a couple minutes after 10:30. The manager refused to fulfill my order because they "didn't see my order" and asked me go to the back of the line to order lunch instead. Extremely disappointing especially since I do not eat chick fil a very often and I'm always hearing about how accommodating they are. What's especially aggravating is having waited several minutes to receive help in the first place and then being told I'm too late. My wait time for help could have easily attributed to the few minutes I was late. read more

This Chick-fil-A is has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After having a miserable experience at this restaurant I reached out to customer service and asked to speak to the owner. I never got a call from the owner. I got a call from an incompetent relations person who kept telling me he could only call me at 9pm because he works another job. This guy never follows up when he says he is going to and I still haven't gotten a call back from the owner as requested several times. Horrible place. Stay away. The drive thru efficiency is unmatched no matter which chick fil a you go to. I was nervous pulling in because the line was long and I was taking a break during my four drive back home. This is by far the worst chick fil a i've ever been to. The girl who took our order didn't acknowledge us and stared at her ipad in silence the entire time. Then going up to the window there was 3 people outside and we had only ordered two drinks and they stood in front of our car while they didnt acknowledge us and talking about personal drama. You might have to sacrifice some time to get out of the lines that build up before you can get into the parking lot but if you can take a few extra minutes out of your day to just walk inside, they have additional staff who are also extremely kind and helpful! I ordered catering last minute with a few last-minute add-ons as well and the time it took me to walk into the store and walk out, was less than five minutes. Not sure why everyone lines up for the food. We parked and walked in. There was no wait to place our order and it was ready in a couple of minutes. The spicy chicken deluxe was moist and spicy. Been eating at this location for years. Never had a problem. I've seen some reviews about people getting upset because they don't open at 6am and being late for work?! Haha get real. It's your own fault for being late for work, not them. Love it when grown folks don't take responsibility for their actions. When I want CFA I get it regardless if I'm on time or late. I informed my manager and coworkers that I may be late and most of the time they don't care if I'm late, they clock me in, or they asked me to bring them some. Went here for dinner last night and the staff were young and friendly. The chicken sandwiches were perfect, hot and delicious. This is a smaller location, but clean. We had waffle fries and yogurt as sides and they were also very delicious. read more

I am done with this location. I ordered on the mobile app and i get there to pick it up and they tell me there closed. Why did the order process then? Surprisingly, we had a poor experience at this location. Placed an order via mobile app and had to circle around because items were missing. When we got back to the window to pick up the missing food items we were asked for a receipt as if the employee didn't believe we had actually ordered the missing items. After advising again that the order was placed via mobile app, the food was handed to us, no apology or thank you for our patience. When we got home we discovered the large fries we ordered were only half filled. I called multiple times and could not reach anyone. Called again 24 hours later, busy signal. Very disappointing.
