I made an order online, but when I got to the restaurant it was incomplete, I was missing the drinks when I asked the person at the counter, he told me that a moment passed 10 minutes and I have to ask another person, since the previous person continued to serve more people and left me waiting. First time coming to this chick fil a and it was the worst experiamce ever. When we ordered we werr never asked our name so i am guessing thats what started the confusion. We placed our order at 7:09pm. By 7:30 we had been asked what the name was 4x and even gave someone the receipt to look at. Then a young girl with dark hair and a blue shirt came and said it would be right out. A few min later we were AGAIN asked our name. At that point were were so mad because ppl who ordered after us were gone. If the girl was a manager, she has no cust service skills on how to talk to customers. We asked for our money back and she did NOTHING to even try and fix the situation. She basically threw the money in my hand. Will not be back. If i could give negative stars i would have. read more

Today on my 30 minute lunch break I went to this location to pick up a bulk order for my co workers and wanted to add something for myself o ce at the pick up area inside. The cashier told me she could not add anything and if I wanted something else I would have to get back in line. I explained that I was limited on time and already had this big order and just needed to add an item. She said NO. I asked to speak to a manager and an assistant manager came out and said she could not help me and that if I needed to order Something else that I did need to go stand in the long line. I couldnt believe it. I have always thought Chil Fil A to be accommodating and helpful. But not today. I was met with attitude and people unwilling to help. Very disappointed in the customer service. Extremely disappointed with the performance of this Chick-fil-a. My husband and I live in the area and regularly go through the drive-thru of this location. Consistently they forget straws, sauce, forks and even completely get our order wrong sometimes. Why do I go through the drive-thru if I ultimately have to go inside to rectify their failures? Finally, tonight my husband went inside and asked to speak to a manager as we had to once again go inside because the drive-thru team forgot our side of pickles, sauce and a fork (I wouldn't have been able to eat my Mac and cheese if we hadn't checked the bag). The female shift manager blew him off and barely apologized and offered him nothing for his trouble. I worked for Chick-fil-a for years. I know the company standard and how these situations should be handled. I am disappointed in the lack of leadership. We will be giving our business to Jimmy Cristantello's PSL location moving forward. read more

This is probably the WORST chick-til-a I have ever been to. Not all but most workers are lazy. There would be a long line waiting to be served with one person working behind the register while three or more workers just standing there talking. They are very slow. They will put the food on the counter to be walked out to the customer which usually is left there and forgotten about for a while letting the food get cold. The workers are rude. After I asked for something saying please and thank you, I got no response back. They do not work fast nor efficiently. This needs to be resolved. This is not the chick-fil-a we all know and love. I am so upset because this is the only chick-fil-a in my area and I can not even enjoy it. read more

The food and service has always been good here. I am just VERY disappointed that 10,11,12 year olds are being allowed into the playground that is for 3 year olds and under. I bring my 2 year old son almost every Saturday since you've opened and today just was very disappointed. Children as old as 12 as I stated were running rampant and barreling through my 2 yr old. I wasn't there even 10 minutes. Parents do not watch these kids so you would think an employee would monitor the activity in there periodically. Your sign clearly states children 3 & under. I probably won't be back for a while and will spread the word. This was not just one family of kids it was numerous. Again very disappointing. read more

i love chick fil a and was so excited when this location opened. i was going to stop before work but didn't have the time to wait in the drive thru (which is usually very long) so i mobile ordered. when i got there there was maybe 3 car in the drive thru but my app said my order was being made so i got in the pick up line and waited. i waited and watched car after car go through the drive thru. i should've just went in it originally because at least then i would've been out faster. very disappointed in the pick up system. why even bother mobile ordering if you still have to wait a long time for your order? it defeats the purpose. after 15 minutes i no longer had time to wait because i wouldn't have time to eat before work now, i ended up canceling my order. a different system has to be put in place for the future. read more
