I went through the drive through yesterday to pick up dinner for the family. I have been here many times before and have always had EXCELLENT service, and this time was no different. The employees are always so polite, and the food always tastes fresh and hot. I like the kids meals. The choices include healthy sides like fruit and 1% milk, so I don't mind taking the kids there. Plus, the books that are included in the kids meals are nice. They also allow you to buy the whole set of books if your kids like them. Haven't been here much, because I don't go out for lunch and they are closed on Sundays. Had a chance to get here today at lunchtime. There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. I even had a special order of a sandwich with no pickle (hate pickels). My order was a plain chicken sandwich and a cup of their chicken noodle soup. the sandwich tasted good, and the bun had a great buttery-grilled taste. The soup was just ok, but what got me was when I was finished, I noticed that the bowl had a false bottom - you don't get nearly what it looks like you are getting. I have been to a lot of these restaurants and I do not think I have been to one this good. Food is great as always, but the service is better than some high end restaurants. Cleanest restaurant I have been in. Employees bring food to your table, they also come around to get your refills, and they have two employees that just come around to make sure you have enough condiments. My friends and I were on a road trip, and we made it to this chick-fil-a 10 minutes before it closed. The food was awesome - everything was so fresh! Drinks (Lemonade and peach milkshake) were also different from other fast food chains -- so fresh and not too sweet. The staff was very helpful, patient, and generous. These folks know exactly what it means to put the customer first. We love eating here, because they are considerate and always kind, never forgetting to say, "My Pleasure to serve you" whenever you thank them for something. The prices are reasonable, food is fresh, delicious, and FAST! Today I slid and went down on one knee coming back from the restroom. They had posted a sign that a spot was wet, but I missed it. As soon as I went down, there was a gentleman server at my side to make sure I was helped up again immediately. A few minutes later a manager came to offer me a free dessert (which I declined, as I had already eaten plenty!), and offer any assistance that was needed. A great group, I must say! Order not ready on time every time. I have to pull up and wait 5 to 10 min. Traumatized from long brown hair in my sandwich. I have to take extra time to check all my food before I leave. Food and service are both excellent here. Often the managers have had people hand out coupons for free ice cream cones to kids. It is excellent for fast food, but is still fast food. Waffle fries and nuggets are the favorite of the kids. I love the fresh lemonade and the cole slaw. Excellent indoor kids' play space but often crowded and loud. read more

They would get 5 stars from me if they didn't use MSG. I'm allergic, and have to take multiple Benadryl before eating there. Other than that and the fact that they stopped making their wonderful creamy coleslaw, I love them. I also love the fact that they are closed on Sundays so their employees can go to church. Pretty average fast food served very slowly. Never had a bad meal here; but then again I have never had a quick one either,. Even the drive thru moves rather slowly. Difficult to get into and out of and very pricey for what you receive. Again, the food isn't bad, it just expensive and you really don't get much for what you pay. read more

First they would not put spicy chicken on a wrap, which I've never had a problem with at other locations, and then they screw up my order when I said I wanted the spicy deluxe! All I got was a plain regular effin burger with a chicken. Wtf!!! Never going back there again. read more

A very good example of this chain -- and quite possibly the closest location for those of us who live in Michigan. Yes, it's clean, roomy, shiny, etc. But it's those awesome sandwiches and tasty waffle fries that keep you coming back. Add a large sweet tea and you're talking fast-food heaven. read more

Love that they are closed on Sunday to stick with their Christian beliefs. We do not go very often due to the location being opposite from where we live, but on the occasional trip we always get reg chicken sandwich and fresh squeezed lemonade which is amazing- sweet and tart! If we take our little ones they like the spicy chicken sandwich or nuggets. We also like their kids CLEAN playroom. read more

This location has a major FLAW! * Food is delicious, always hot, and quick....BUT......... The design of the drive thru is completely flawed. Not to mention that you have to enter after you circle the building, but this literally blocks all of the parking spaces. If that isn't bad enough, the drive thru line blocks the HANDICAP SPOTS COMPLETELY! If you are disabled, you cannot visit this restaurant during lunch hours. If you attempt to do so, you cannot park in a handicap spot....so you decide to for-go the handicap spot and park elsewhere. Well, good luck. If you cannot 'HIKE' across the parking lot to the over flow lot, then you are plum out of luck. As a disabled customer, I have had to be turned away time and time again from the hours of 11:30-1:30 at this location. The one day I was lucky enough to find someone who was willing to let me get into a handicap spot, (5 minutes later), I then could not get out of the spot. Cars are backed up circling the entire building. It was dangerous, frustrating, and I was at the mercy of 'hungry' patrons to wether I could get in or out of the spot. I am pretty sure being disabled shouldn't mean I cannot eat inside at this location for lunch, but that's the way it's currently set up. One of my favorite places......but I have to avoid it. read more

When I saw this I had to laugh, not a funny laugh..A wicked laugh...The one and only time my Husband and I went to the drive up we order 4 chicken with biscuits....Got home and only 2 had meat.. the other 2 looked like someone took the meat off because the biscuit was greasy....Maybe you better feed your help....Never been back.... read more

The food is really good for a fast food chain, and the service is excellent for this kind of establishment, too. I don't go here much because the waits are extremely long. Every time I drive by, there are lines wrapped around the building for the drive-through, and the inside is packed as well. Perhaps someone should consider opening up a second location? read more

Love this place, and this location. I work in the same area, and so finding a quick place to get food on my 30 minute lunch can be a challenge. I used to go to burger king and get chicken, but stopped because they move like snails compared to the team at Chick-Fil-A. They are fast, and mostly friendly. There's only one person there that is less than friendly on a consistent basis, and most of them recognize me, including the manager. Early this summer they had a promotion where you could sign up online for their "VIP spicy chicken reservation" where you pick from certain dates and time that were available to try their new spicy chicken sandwich before it was released to the public. Well, all it was supposed to be was one free spicy chicken sandwich per person. But this location took it the above and beyond! When we entered the restaurant, they had a special stand where the VIP reservations checked in. Next we were seated by a team member who asked what drinks we wanted and took our food order. We were given (completely free!) a medium drink, a medium fries, a NEW spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, a small shake, and even a little goody bag with a stuffed cow!!! We were amazed! it was awesome! This ranks as one of my favorite fast food restaurants. You might wait just a few extra minutes than other drive thru's, but much worth the wait. One we ask our kids where to eat, this one is always the top choice. I also personally respect this restaurant for not opening on Sunday's, giving their employees time to worship and be with family.
