So now we can't cancel the order because the kitchen is "making it" but we'd rather find a restaurant competent enough to complete a burger order in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty terrible all the way around, the food was not great, my melt was mostly bread with like half a patty on it which I can see from previous reviews now is normal practice. We ordered two large fries and a small fry with our combos and it appeared we all got the small fry. Overall it just feels dirty in there. The floors look disgusting and sticky. The younger cook that brought out our food did not have it on a tray but instead tried to carry 4 meals leaning the baskets against his very disgusting looking jacket. Very disappointing. We went to this location around 6 pm which is dinnertime and the restaurant was crowded. There were empty tables, but they weren't cleaned so we had to wait. Our waitress acted as if she wanted to be someplace else because she certainly didntwant to take care of us. Then she changed her mind anb told us that the kitchen didn't have any clean glasses so we'd have to accept these instead. It took us FOREVER to get our food. Came for the first time because we've been wanting to try their happy hour for half price shakes and drinks. The outside was clean and they had their own private lot. Once inside though you could tell you'd leave smelling like grease. The dinning room was dingy and the you could see right into the service area where they get your drinks etc. a lot of servers sitting around and on their phones. BOOOOO. We sat at the counter on the bar stools and were able to see them cook the hamburgers. WOW this patties are paper thin. In my opinion it didn't look appealing. We order our Oreo cookies and cream shakes with some onion rings. They came out quick!! Onion rings were hot and fresh and we sprinkled them with their own seasoning salt which In my opinion wasn't good. It has a zesty pepper taste that lingered on your tongue and didn't mesh well with the greasy onion circles. The shakes were smooth creamy and huge! They even had great iced tea. Customer service was spot on and we watched our server handle some very very needy guests who were anything but nice to her. She was awesome with them and acted like they didn't even bother her. She was quick with the check and already topped off my tea. I took away the star because the greasy smell we left with and the fact the dinning are was dingy.
