I've never been one to write a review about a place and I didn't think that I'd be writing one about about Chick-fil-A. I come to this one before class 3 days a week and I get a chicken biscuit meal with a coffee with creamer milk for the coffee. They have told me my creamer was in my coffee 3 times and I get to school and there's no creamer. I don't drink black coffee. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if I was going home but I was not. Today I left without the milk I paid for. It can't be that hard to give me all of the stuff I paid for. read more

I am a regular at this restaurant because it is consistently high quality. I always get the 12 count nugget, and I can't remember the last time I didn't think "Wow these are really good today." They have an excellent flavor, and go great with the fries (which are also 10/10). The service is always extremely helpful and extremely fast. The curbside and carry out ordering on Chick-fil-a One make getting my food fast even easier, and is probably the most convenient way to order food at any restaurant. The food is reasonably priced, and they have a good variety of it. Even their desserts make it a tough decision to decide what to get. There are so many options! The breakfast and the lunch menu are both spot on! I have no plans to stop frequenting this restaurant. This is my favorite place to eat in all of Cool Springs. read more

Good food. The chicken and fries are always on point. In a hurry? You won't make quick time here. It's busy at lunch and dinner. During the breakfast hours, confusion ensues when trying to place your order. The folks waiting to place an order stands with the few waiting for food. There is now way to distinguish between those wanting to order and those waiting for their food. Management should consider having dedicated cashiers, drink handlers, and food runners. This way, at least, the customer can tell where to order. As for the tip? It's my pleasure. read more

Chik fila is awesome across the board but this one has them all beat. I mean, a farmhouse table with a bouquet of fresh flowers? And smooth jazz Christmas tunes playing softly, a three story slide, and super friendly and efficient staff. Plus it's spotless. Every fast food joint should take notes. read more

Not only is the drive thru lane extremely narrow and difficult to navigate through, but my first issue was when I notice I only received one packet of sauce. Unacceptable. My French fries were incredibly too soggy to even touch, and my 8 count chicken nugget box was filled with tiny pieces of chicken which I can't even call them nuggets. There isn't a Chick-Fil-A anywhere close to where I live in East Nashville, so ending up in Cool Springs when I am hungry usually leads me to this one!! Despite the hoards of screaming children that were there the other afternoon, I blissfully enjoyed my chicken sandwich and can find nothing negative to say about the place. They provide ample parking in an area that get severely overcrowded during parts of the day, and their service is quick and friendly, no matter how long the lines are. read more

After a very long day I take my daughter to this location. It's right by Sam's club where I need to go and get gas after. Waited in the line for atleast 15 if not more mins. Went to the gas station. Saw on my receipt sriracha. Which was weird because I hate spicy things so by no means did I say sriracha. I got home and sat down at the table. I had no dressing. I thought that's okay I'll just get some from the fridge. None there too. I call and tell them what happened. The young kid that answered the phone and asked to out me on hold. I had no probley with that. He came back and said he was sorry that happened but could I come back to get the dressing? I said no bc its 30 mins away. I wouldnt of called normally if I wasnt about to throw my 7+ dollar salad away. He was "there is nothing I can do for you then". I've been burned by that store one to many times. I more then likely wont be back to that one or the new one off of 96. I will also be telling my friends, co workers, and anyone else that will listen. I've been here more times than I could count. It's part of our weekly routine. They work hard to get you through the line quickly and have our order right most times. I unfortunately will not be visiting this chick fil a anymore after witnessing a manager scream and act like a terrible human being to a guy that had a large oil type truck blocking part of the parking lot. It was next to my car and my three small children witnessed and heard all of it. The entire thing was incredibly disappointing and the managers reaction was out of proportion to the situation. Chick-fil-a has fool proof food. Always consistent and decent. My problem is service after 8:30. My daughter finishes practice around 8:30. We arrive at 8:40, mind you they close at 10:00. One side, where the self serve drink machine is has been closed off by a booth being pushed in the opening, can't sit here. On the other side, all the chairs are up and an employee is sweeping, can't sit here and not very inviting. You should never, ever, put chairs up until after said closing hours. There were about 6 customers trying to order and it took forever because the manager was doing restocking side work and not helping out. The kitchen had started their closing duties and there were visible soap suds everywhere, including behind the registers. The whole environment an attitude screamed "get your food and get the heck out, we're trying to close" Very unprofessional. read more

Well... I I tried...three times... I won't be back! First Visit - I ordered a Cobb salad...sat down to eat and noticed there was a piece of hair in my food... I got the dining room attendant's attention and pointed it out to her... she practically put her finger in my salad and said..."that just looks like a piece of plastic"... Side Note: I actually prefer my salad without plastic (or hair). She finally asked if I wanted her to bring a new one out...(well ma'am, what do you think??). She brought it out and sat it on the table and kept walking, she didn't stop to see if I was ok, no apology was offered... guess I was keeping her from more important things. Second Visit- I had a coupon for a chicken biscuit...ordered it...got to the window and was told that they no longer accept paper coupons (even though my coupon wasn't expired) and was sent on my way with no food! Note: I've actually gotten to the window to pay (at a different location) and realized I'd left my wallet at work...they gave me the food and told me to enjoy my lunch and come back! Third times a charm... I ordered my food and a large water to drink... I got to the window and they were handing me a medium sized water. I let them know that I'd ask for a large water and then I got a lesson... "I know you asked for a large and this is considered a large for our water, if you ask for a 32 oz then we'd be happy to get one for you." ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I order large waters from Chick Fil A's all of the time...everywhere (I'm a road warrior) and I always get a Large (32 oz.) size without me having to specify... So, thanks but no thanks guys. There were 5 people at the counter and about 6 or 7 employees . I made eye contact with 3 of them and no one said a word to me. Needless to say I will not be back to this location. This Chic-fil-a is fantastic. I go at least twice a week solely for the superb service. They are always slammed but still manage to get you through the drive-thru line in less than 10 minutes max. The employees are consistently smiling and striving for quality. Also the manager who wears glasses who waves at you out of the service window as you pull your car up makes my day every time and makes me happy. What a creative way to greet customers and make them feel welcome! I'm thankful for this amazing Chic-fil-a and all the work the employees put in to satisfy their customers! read more

Food is ok, kids love it, but avoid this location around lunch or dinner. The drive thru line wraps around the building twice and they have to have a guy outside directing traffic. You have to really want to eat here badly to make it worth it. read more

Three surprises today at Chick Fil A: Surprise #1 - it was crowded inside even though the parking lot wasn't that full - actually not too big a surprise - always busy because it's always good. Surprise #2 - no more cole slaw on the menu; I was told it was eliminated last Monday. Surprise #3 - I believe the chicken sandwich has shrunk since I was last there around Christmas. Wrapper is smaller, bun is smaller and only about 2/3 of a chicken breast (two small 'chicken tender' sized pieces of chicken. No change in price however. Has anyone else noticed this? read more

While I firmly believe that Chick-Fil-A is an amazing, outstanding company, I have unfortunately had multiple negative experiences at this specific locations. Allow me to clarify: The customer service has always been great. How they get kids that look like they're 13 years old to be incredibly polite is a wonderful mystery to me. My frustration lies with the order accuracy and the method for recovering the situation. They have left out an item in my order many times, and when calling to complain, they hesitantly offer a mere item-for-item replacement. This lack of eagerness to correct the situation has been very disappointing. But, otherwise, I do highly recommend the company in general. read more

I don't know what it is about this Franklin location; perhaps it's because it's in the Cool Springs area and way too over-busy but the staff seems to be disorganized-- without delegated tasks--almost unsupervised. If what I am describing had happened just once or twice I wouldn't be commenting, but this has happened at least a dozen times over the last several years--almost the number of times I've been there late in the evening. Yes, the young staff is kind and friendly and uses the right company phrases like "my pleasure" and "sorry to be so long in serving in you"(but not because they have that many walk-ins after 8pm).... Perhaps most of their business is drive-through at that time--- I don't know; but most of them seem to be unaware of even the few customers waiting to be served, they just look at each other and chat and busy themselves with other tasks instead of looking at what is going on out of the register area, and are just talking to one another. If you go in there after 8 o'clock at night they seem to be more preoccupied with their own activities, conversations --cleanup,etc., than noticing people who are standing waiting for service. Sometimes I feel like I'm being rude when I have to say "is there anybody who can serve me?" This has happened so many times I am conditioned to this pattern when I go in there. By contrast, when you go to the Chic-Fil-A on Columbia Avenue, it's a totally different, and I must say, pleasant experience virtually every time I go there,and they are really customer-focused.
