I have just went her on the 5th of January I have been to this location 1 time it was fine last time but this time was different, I ordered chicken nuggets and they were very hot they were dry and no flavor the fries were limp and unseasoned it was hot but had to add lots of salt and my lemonade was spot on my sister had ordered the same thing as me and it was the same as mine but with ice cream and the ice cream had a smooth creamy texture but lacked that vanilla flavor and my mom got grilled chicken nuggets and they were fresh hot and well cooked and the Mac and chese was hot and flavorful. The floor was clean and we got our food fast. But the bathrooms were clean but were so so small you don't need to wash your hands and go To The bathroom at the same time overall it was not great but every restaurant has its off days read more

Not worth $36.00 ! I placed a catering order to be picked up on Christmas Eve which was a small chicken nugget tray and a small mac & cheese tray. I asked my sister to pick up both trays that day since she had to go out and pick up a catering order at the same location around the same time. Look at this mess. What's with the plastic underneath the mac & cheese ? I had no choice but to serve this to my family due to the fact that I had no more time or money to purchase anything else that day. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in Fredericksburg. My experience today. Wait, wait, wait...I'm sitting at the speaker, but nobody is saying anything. Finally, I say "hello?" Somebody says back, "Hello what can I get for you today?" I say, "I have a mobile order for...", The guy on the speaker says, "one moment maam". The guy comes back to the speaker, and it's like Groundhog Day. He says, "Welcome to Chick-fil-A. What can I get for you today?" I repeat, "I have a mobile order for...". He says again, "One moment please" and then he gives me a total of $21 and some odd cents. I said "that's not right. Number one, I've already paid online, number two I had a free grilled nugget that I redeemed online". He said, "Oh OK, you're good to pull forward". Then I get up there and I missing Chick-fil-A sauce. It's always something with this particular restaurant. Generally, I will drive across town to any other local Chick-fil-A, just to avoid this location. But I am in a hurry today. To make matters worse, I get home and remove the lid from my 8 piece, grilled nugget, and a gnat climbs up to the rim, and then flies out. I'm doing a low carb thing so I ordered a grilled chicken patty and I was thoroughly satisfied with the char, and the juiciness. I also ordered a seasonal peppermint shake which is really what I'm here to tell you about. There is only one size of that and it's a doosy. I think it's a 14 oz cup loaded with peppermint ice cream that includes some delightful crunches of peppermint stick and chocolate chunks, topped with whipped cream and a candy-apple-red maraschino cherry on top. You will be given a regular straw with it, which is not sufficient. It is more than appropriate to use a spoon, or at the very minimum a wide smoothie straw. There is actual ice cream, not soft serve, in there so do not be deceived: the straw is woefully inadequate. The little man heard me order this shake, and made mental notes to track its whereabouts before it disappeared. As I was trying to order the shake without calling much attention to it, the little man was ordering chicken nuggets, and apparently requesting the fried ones. I missed that and fully expected that he would have grilled ones. I opened the box and when I said they're fried, I heard the little man exclaim: YES!!! As soon as he finished his fried nuggets, little man was asking about the peppermint shake. Of course, I was happy to share my little 14 oz cup of peppermint joy which both hubs and the little man thoroughly enjoyed. I may have oversold it here but the seasonal peppermint shake is, IMO, a little taste of Christmas. And, yes I do realize that this peppermint shake is a cup full of carbs. Don't judge. I had to get a large platter of nuggets for a meeting we were having at the last moment. I went in at 2:30 and spoke to Mike and explained my situation to him that I needed them for pick up by 4:30. He said he would jump on it. I arrived at 4:15 and found they had my order ready along with sauces and napkins. This was on a very busy day for them as the line was long and it was long when I came back to pick them up. They always seem to be very busy, and the customer service is above reproach. My wife and I visit on a regular basis. The employees really keep the dining room very clean and picked up. They usually come out to see if everything is ok and food tasted good. They REALLY do care and not just lip service. read more

My coworkers and I order lunch from this location frequently and the last two times, they've forgotten my drink. I understand not all, but most people order a drink with their meal so it blows my mind that it's so easily forgotten. Based on other reviews, this isn't new for them, either. I also never get the amount of sauces I ask for. The sauces are maxed out at a certain amount of packets, so it's not like I'm asking for a surplus, but I usually only get half of what I asked for. Today, I asked for 5 hot sauces and 2 ketchup packets with my order yet received nothing...not even a spoon for the soup. The only thing this location has going for them at this time is the quality of the food. The wait times seem longer than some of the other locations and they aren't always the friendliest at this specific location, either. It's almost worth the extra time and hassle of dealing with lunch traffic on Rt. 1 to just drive down to Southpoint. Ordering from this location has not exactly been "my pleasure"... read more

We have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A until this location. The line was long but was slow. We placed our order at the register for dine-in. We got our food shortly after but still missing our drinks. My husband went the counter to ask for our drinks and some sauces. He was by the handoff in front of everyone else, yet he was getting passed over. After about 5 minutes of him getting ignored, I finally went up and tried to get whoever the employee was closest. Again, got ignored. A young kid employee come over and I told him we had been waiting for a while. He told us to hold on and proceeded to help the guy standing behind us, who just got there. We love Chick-fil-A but we will never visit this location again. The service sucked. read more

Honestly worst chic-fil-a I've been to . Customer service is actually horrible. Rude people who don't acknowledge their mistakes. This chick-fil-a is open now until 9:30pm or at least the drive thru is. We have always had great service here. I hope it stays that way. The food is always hot and fresh. We love the quaintness of it too, it is a smaller chick-fil-a compared to the other one going south on Rt 1. I will always come here before that one. I do recommend placing your order at the drive thru and not through mobile order for a better experience. Also, double check always to make sure they gave you your sauces and stuff. Worst chick fil a in Fredericksburg area. They ALWAYS forgot to give you your full order. I've had to park and run in each time I've left the drive through because they miss items. I've also had a worker give me my drinks and bag of food and then run after me and bang on my window for the kids meal I almost drove away without.
