The quality of service, and attention to detail, has diminished tremendously at this location. I have been going there for more than 10 years and the decline has happened ovet the last 3 years. It is becoming more of the norm than the exception for my order to be wrong than right, and the cleanliness at the facility has also decreased. Last week, I found a WHOLE DEAD FLY in my salad, and today, I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and received a grilled chicken and egg white on a wheat muffin! Forget speaking to the managers on site because they refuse to get up and speak to you or they send the most newly promoted manager to the window who doesn't have any answers other than to just stare at you like you're speaking a foreign language. I asked for the number to the corporate office and the manager, who was sitting in the lobby, sent the number with a cheeky smiley face on the paper with the young manager she sent to respond to my inquiry. Very unprofessional. And, what is the purpose of the 2 lanes for orders? At this location....you may get through the line faster, but your order is either going to be wrong or you're going to have stuff missing out of the bag; your fries and drinks will be half full or watered down from sitting before they hand it to you. And, do they change the grease in the fryers!? On more than one occasion, we have had to throw the fries away because they were hard as rocks or had a funny color and residue all over them. Lastly, you literally take the risk of choking on some pulp if you drink their lemonade. I don't even bother anymore because who has time to strain a fast food drink!? I say, go to this location if you're up for an adventure of chicken in the parking lot or bumper cars in the line, if you're testing your ability to remain patient and your endurance while waiting in line, or if you're up to a game of "What's In My Bag Because It's Probably Not What I Ordered!" I've spent 20 minutes in the drive through more often than not, and if you got in line with 20 minutes to spare for breakfast, they'll require you to order lunch once you finally inch forward. This review saddens me since I love Chickfila. I went to this location last night with my mom grabbing side salads as it was late and we didn't want anything heavy. Drive the 15-20mins home to sit at the table and eat with my family to notice there are baby worms in my salads. UNACCEPTABLE. Call the restaurant and drive back to speak with a manager before they closed to get told oh we are making you new ones now. NO THANK YOU. I asked for a refund and she looked shocked like she didn't under why (seriously). She finally gives us the refund and a free sandwich coupon and says thanks for giving us a heads up and walks back in the back. No apology or nothing. The guy at the register was more apologetic than the manager. She legit acted like it was nothing serious and no big deal which irritated me further. Like I'm not sure if you noticed ma'am but finding worms in your salad is NOT normal. Sad to say but this will be my last time at this Chickfila and the young managers they have need more training. Friendly employees, and a nice owner who sends out nice rewards in the app-- so I even recommend ordering on the mobile app for a quick run in pick up!! This location will also make you the mocha cold brew, though it's off menu (for most of the year, I believe it's seasonal?) and that is DELICIOUS!! Otherwise, if you're feeling creative try to spicy southwest salad or the bacon egg breakfast samm-o. Both out of the normal fare to stop for, but tasty! read more

I don't review a lot of fast food places, but a) I love Chick Fil A and b) the customer service we received today deserves too be mentioned. So what else can I say about Chick Fil A food that hasn't been said a thousand times? I LOVE the classic Chick Fil A sandwich-if I had to choose one fast food item to eat for the rest of my days it would be this pickle topped fried chicken breast that has been dropped from the heavens on a soft bun and into my welcoming hands. Now, today we ate at this location for lunch and were served quickly-which was great at noon. Here's where things went all five-star on us. We had finished eating and a woman who I assume was the manager (perhaps the owner?) came over to our tables, asked us how lunch was, cleared our trays and got three of my coworkers refills!!??!!!! So that just blows my mind-this is Chick Fil A not a tableclothed steakhouse!?! THEN she one ups herself...she comes back from tossing our trash and says "I saw a cookie with only one bite out of it, was there a problem?" My coworker mentioned it was a little hard and she comes right back with a coupon for a free dessert. Are you kidding me? Yep, 5-stars...I stand by this rating 100%. read more

Store #01814 has management and staffing issues! From the encounter with the drive thru associate, it was obvious the "typical, polite, happy" Chick-fil-A associate was not "present"! After 9pm this location's customer service turns into McDonalds like. On several different occasions I've been met with rude and short employees like i have to say my order as fast as I can even though nobody is behind me and they are open for another 40 minutes?? I am not sure if management leaves after a certain time but the employees left at night do not care. When going to chick fil a you expect a certain level of curiosity unmatched to any other fast food In the country. This chick fila is not the case. Decided to visit for the first time since relocating to the area based on the recent news on food hacks. Wanted to try the new mango drink but didn't want any lemonade in my drink so I tried ordering a large unsweet tea with four pumps of mango in it. First thing the dude said was hold on, I need to figure out how to charge you for that. That's all this location cares about, extracting as much money from you as they can. I get around to paying and they told me they couldn't add lemonade to my tea so I asked could I just have the mango drink without the lemonade? It's literally tea with just mango in it! They were willing to do that because it cost me twice as much and was in a smaller glass! Normally I'd be eating in and would get free refills so why not just give in a little? Imagine all the extra profit from not having to open your dining area and offering free refills and being able to cut back on your staff. This business is not being hurt from COVID if there isn't a second during the day where there isn't a line around the building. I love Chick-Fil-A but have noticed that in the past couple of months the chicken on the sandwiches is down about half from what it used to be. Doesn't even come close to filling out the bun so now just a lot of bread. I messaged corporate a few days ago and have not heard a peep. I think this is a huge mistake and put the sandwich on par with those fast food places that you never go to (no names mentioned). I usually frequent this Chick Fil A with my family 1-2 times a week but the last time I went through the Drive Thru, I wasn't too happy. When I approached the Drive Thru window, I held my phone out for the lady to scan. She greeted me, confirmed my order then turned around. I'm still sitting there holding my phone for her to scan the app. She comes back, hands me my drink and straw then turns around. She comes back with my food and I ask her, Can you scan my app? This review is in reference to the decisions and procedures that were reiterated by location Manager, by the name of RACHEL. I have been a loyal customer of Chick Fil A for years and years, and this is probably the worst experience I have had. This company prides themselves on accommodating their customers, and Rachel does not portray any of these values. I simply requested for a small bowl, and told the team member and manager that I would pay extra or whatever was necessary (keep in mind, this is a plastic disposable bowl) and was denied due to the fact that "they couldn't charge me for it because there was no button for it". Not only do I find it ridiculous that they could not accommodate giving out a plastic bowl, but that the main reason was due to payment. For a company whose slogan is "my pleasure", this location has proven that they value payment over customer experience. Ridiculous, please go elsewhere. read more

This is a typical Chick-fil-A restaurant. Super clean, extremely busy, but still manages to get customers in and out quickly! I feel bad for those staff members that they leave standing outside taking orders in the southern heat and humidity.
