    Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis

I do stop at this restaurant multiple times a week it is very conveniently placed in my way to work. Sometimes they forget things. Sometimes really slow. But I kind of expect this now. How ever today when I did receive my box of chicken minis it looks like all they did was throw some bread and pieces of chicken in a box. Really bad quality check

I ordered a side salad for myself and my daughter, in lieu if fries, and both salads had a fly in them. Disgusting!

The quality of service, and attention to detail, has diminished tremendously at this location. I have been going there for more than 10 years and the decline has happened ovet the last 3 years. It is becoming more of the norm than the exception for my order to be wrong than right, and the cleanliness at the facility has also decreased. Last week, I found a WHOLE DEAD FLY in my salad, and today, I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and received a grilled chicken and egg white on a wheat muffin! Forget speaking to the managers on site because they refuse to get up and speak to you or they send the most newly promoted manager to the window who doesn't have any answers other than to just stare at you like you're speaking a foreign language. I asked for the number to the corporate office and the manager, who was sitting in the lobby, sent the number with a cheeky smiley face on the paper with the young manager she sent to respond to my inquiry. Very unprofessional. And, what is the purpose of the 2 lanes for orders? At this location....you may get through the line faster, but your order is either going to be wrong or you're going to have stuff missing out of the bag; your fries and drinks will be half full or watered down from sitting before they hand it to you. And, do they change the grease in the fryers!? On more than one occasion, we have had to throw the fries away because they were hard as rocks or had a funny color and residue all over them. Lastly, you literally take the risk of choking on some pulp if you drink their lemonade. I don't even bother anymore because who has time to strain a fast food drink!? I say, go to this location if you're up for an adventure of chicken in the parking lot or bumper cars in the line, if you're testing your ability to remain patient and your endurance while waiting in line, or if you're up to a game of "What's In My Bag Because It's Probably Not What I Ordered!" Corporate's number is 1-866-232-2040. Save the number in your phone because you're going to need it.

This review saddens me since I love Chickfila. I went to this location last night with my mom grabbing side salads as it was late and we didn't want anything heavy. Drive the 15-20mins home to sit at the table and eat with my family to notice there are baby worms in my salads. UNACCEPTABLE. Call the restaurant and drive back to speak with a manager before they closed to get told oh we are making you new ones now. NO THANK YOU. I asked for a refund and she looked shocked like she didn't under why (seriously). She finally gives us the refund and a free sandwich coupon and says thanks for giving us a heads up and walks back in the back. No apology or nothing. The guy at the register was more apologetic than the manager. She legit acted like it was nothing serious and no big deal which irritated me further. Like I'm not sure if you noticed ma'am but finding worms in your salad is NOT normal. Sad to say but this will be my last time at this Chickfila and the young managers they have need more training. Blake the cashier had more customer service than the manager. Smdh.

My favorite Chickfila! Nothing special, just right next to my house good food and great service. And if you're ever thinking of working here - this location was wonderful to work at!

Quick and courteous, eventhough extremely busy. Never had a thing missing or wrong. Might be fast food but they take it to next step.

He gave detailed explanation about the dishes that made it taste even better. And the flavors were on point--from the refreshing sourness of the shafuta to the crisp fatoosh salad to the veggie marboka (so good slathered with the green chilis!) to the lamb fasha with fresh hot bread. Flavor and texture combos you won't find elsewhere! And of course we tried the spiced Yemeni coffee. When I mentioned it was my sister's birthday, he brought out a delicious, complementary piece of semolina cake with a honey syrup and two cups of shai So good, and even better with a little shai poured on top! From a cost perspective, you get large portions for a fair price, so be adventurous. Come for the food, stay for the hospitality. This is not an in-and-out-spot: it's a time to linger and enjoy. This place has to be next on your list of places to try.

The menu has a lot of options, so I guided my choice by photos in reviews. I ended up going with the kofta lamb, which was served with rice, a side salad, and grilled onions and peppers. Overall, it was delicious. I loved that everything tasted fresh and homemade. The prices were a tad bit elevated (entrees average $25-30), especially for Fredericksburg, but I'm glad I tried it. Overall, the ambiance was welcoming and authentic.

Our bartender/server was Lashone and she was funny, fast and friendly! She was pouring drinks for the ENTIRE restaurant and didn't miss a beat!! The breakfast menu is small but everything sounded fantastic. I chose the Steak Tacos; my husband chose the brie and bacon frittata (added by the chef since the quiche was sold out. Steak tacos were delicious (see pic). Menu said they had steak, cheesy scrambled eggs, tomato salsa, breakfast potatoes and cilantro. I didn't see or taste any potatoes, but the tacos were still delicious! I'd only recommend draining the salsa through a sieve because of the excess juice affecting the integrity of the tortilla. My husband's frittata was awful. The eggs were dry; he compared them to "eggs at the bottom of the warming tray at a cheap breakfast buffet." The chef also served a side salad alongside. My husband asked about subbing potatoes and Ms. Lashone made it happen. She was the star of our brunch: drinks were delicious, the conversational quips were quick and funny. She was attentive without being intrusive and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. 5 stars for her and my food; 1 for the frittata. I don't want to average it and tank the rating. We'll be back soon to see Lashone!

My God, what a true 5-star experience…read more We were in Fredericksburg for the day, and I'm so glad we decided to give Orofino a try. The cozy indoor dining room transports you to a relaxed, no-frills neighborhood restaurant you'd expect to find in Naples, Italy. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right times. They were attentive without being intrusive. We never had to ask for plates to be cleared or flag someone down when we were ready for dessert. We started with the calamari, followed by the lasagna, and finished with the lemon cake. I also had an Aperol Spritz. Every dish tasted incredibly fresh, and you could tell nothing relied on frozen ingredients or store-bought sauces. If you're looking for authentic Italian food in the Fredericksburg area, I highly recommend Orofino. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town.

Our waiter, Jack, was an absolute superstar. He was knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and incredibly helpful with our selections. He truly made the evening special. We started with the calamari and a salad with goat cheese, walnuts, and pomegranate unfortunately, I can't remember the name of it, but it was absolutely delicious! The complimentary bread served with their infused olive oil was outstanding and worth mentioning on its own. For our entrées, my husband and I both ordered specials the Lobster Ravioli and the Halibut. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We also enjoyed an excellent red blend wine. By that point, we had enjoyed enough wine that I completely forgot to take photos of the specials! We finished with the cannoli special dessert, which was good, though not quite as memorable as the rest of the meal. Most of all, we can't thank Jack enough for the great service, laughs, and overall experience. It's rare to find food and hospitality that work together so perfectly. We'll definitely be back very soon!
