Quick search and this was along my route to my next stop. When I saw it was a Wawa I was expecting this to be the full gas station experience. When I showed up, I was surprised to see that this was convenience store only location. I have only been to two other locations like this and I am always thrown by this. With it being a location like this that meant parking was definitely a mess. Especially earlier in the morning. The lot is confusing, not because it is small, but because almost everyone using it thinks they have the right of way. I did find a spot and made my way inside. I did a quick grab of a drink and pastry and made my way to the register. There was a line, but it was being dealt with quickly. I paid and made my way outside. I decided to take a few minutes before heading out. Watching the lot was crazy. Vehicles every which way and sometimes parking behind other vehicles in hopes of making a quick run inside to grab what they needed. Before long it was my turn to head out of the lot. I was lucky to be able to get out right away and make my way back on the road to the my next stop.

Received a cheeseburger with tomato and onion. The burgers don't even say they come with onion on the menu??? Where did the onion come into the picture? Went back up to the person who packs the orders after the cook makes them. Told him the issue and he proceeded to go to the female cook and they spoke spanish between one another, so i'm not sure the info relayed, but he came back with a plate with lettuce and tomato on it. I guess i'll remove the onions? Thanks? I go back and sit down. Take a bite of my burger. (after removing the cooked onions from the burger of course) The burger is cooked to MAYBE rare. Not even close to medium. This burger is so undercooked that it was falling apart in clumps. This is really my last straw with this burger to be honest. I'm irritated at this point and don't even want it. I go up to the register to request a refund. The cook doesn't care if they mess up the order, and for how undercooked it was, i was certain it would either be undercooked again or she would cook it well done. Not worth my time or energy. The cashier argues that it was put in as medium. I don't disagree that fact. I told her the issue was it was made wrong, nobody cared to fix it the first time. I took a bite and it was nearly raw. She, of course, calls the cook over, who argues with me back and forth about whether or not that is medium. ITS NOT. I'll add a diagram of what each level of cooked should look at least close to. This burger was closer to between raw and RARE. Unacceptable. I digress. We argued for a minute and i expressed like no i don't want it remade i want to leave and be done with this place altogether. I also find it incredibly rude to speak spanish in front of me when we are all having a conversation knowing that i won't be able to fully understand what you're saying.
