There has never been a problem telling them this option. You can also add for your steak to have or be seasoned with more salt. Texas roadhouse on this trip knocked it out of the ball park each time which kept me coming back nightly for a nice steak. The place needs a thorough cleaning (floors super sticky) and the rest rooms are not accessible although there is a hidden one somewhere on site as was discovered but it was found to be without any heat on this 40F day.
