I ordered through Uber Eats, so I can't fairly rate the atmosphere or service. This review is based solely on the food. I ordered the Daddy's Philly with a side of pesto pasta salad and banana pudding. The Phily was really good. It came loaded with cheese, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, jalapeños and Garlic mayo on a soft bun that wasn't soggy or stale. I was a little surprised because, despite the jalapeños, I didn't find it spicy at all. I love garlic but I think I would prefer regular mayo to the garlic mayo. Compared to other cheesesteaks I've had, I'd give it a 7.5/10. Instead of fries, I chose the pesto pasta salad. The pasta itself had the perfect chewy texture, and I honestly wanted to keep eating it. Unfortunately, it was too salty for my palate. I could only manage a couple of bites, which was disappointing because the texture was amazing.....like how do you get your pasta to that texture, spill the beans! Haha For dessert, I tried the banana pudding. It was good, but it wasn't my favorite style. I personally prefer banana pudding that's light, fluffy, and silky. This one was much thicker and heavier than what I grew up eating, so it just wasn't my preference. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, especially the Daddy's Philly. The Frenchie with truffle fries was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The combination of grilled apples, warm brie, turkey, and flavorful garlic mayo was absolutely incredible, with every bite packed full of flavor. The turkey burger was also a standout- juicy, well-seasoned, and generously sized. While the truffle fries were soft rather than crispy, they were surprisingly delicious and full of flavor. Even during a busy time, the wait was very reasonable, making for a smooth dining experience. There was plenty of convenient parking, and the staff was welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I love Bad Daddy's burger bar! The best part about this restaurant is their sauce and fries. Being a picky eater, I finally decided to try something new and went with the smokehouse burger this time. The burger itself was cooked perfectly, and was well topped with all of the yummy things (cheese, onion straws, and pulled pork). Y'all i love a good burger and bad daddys has great burgers. The staff are always phenomenal especially the bar staff as I usually tend to go alone and just eat at the bar. This most recent time I decided to try the burger of the month which was like a ballpark burger. Think all the snacks of a ball game. I have always enjoyed Bad Daddy's Burgers and have had great experiences with both the food and service in the past. Unfortunately, my visit to this location yesterday was so disappointing that I can no longer recommend it. I took my children to this restaurant and ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. When they arrived, we took a bite and discovered they were completely frozen in the center. I notified our server, who simply took them back to be remade without offering an apology or showing any concern for the issue. Because of the lack of acknowledgment, I asked to speak with a manager. The manager explained that the mozzarella sticks are stored in a way that can sometimes cause them to remain frozen in the middle. She assured me the kitchen would remake the order and ensure they were fully cooked. When the second order arrived, I checked one before eating it. It felt warm on the outside, but after taking a bite I found it was still cold in the center. I informed our server again, and her response was simply that she would remove the item from the bill. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no concern that the same mistake had happened twice. After waiting several minutes, neither the manager nor the server returned to follow up, apologize, or address our concerns. At that point, I chose to leave. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, and I understand that. What was most disappointing was not the frozen food itself, but the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and customer service from both the server and management. Being served improperly prepared food twice and then having our concerns dismissed made us feel like our experience simply didn't matter. It's unfortunate because I have enjoyed Bad Daddy's in the past, but based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

This place is pretty good. Absolutely zero complaints about the food. The menu is expansive and they have a very wide variety of toppings for everything. You can do a create your own, or order one of the many different pre-designed options off the menu. By all accounts, each of these is well-balanced and delicious, nothing seems like an unsatisfying gimmick. I invariably order a make your own "burger," with the black bean patty that I fell in love with back when I was a vegetarian. These days, I add jalapeño bacon to that, alongside pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and ranch. I love this combo. The black bean patty appears to be house made, it doesn't seem like any of the main frozen brands that places typically pick between. I love it; it is hearty, holds up well to the toppings, tastes good, and somehow gives that messy, fatty, burger feel without actually pretending to be meat. They also have really good fries, and their house sauce is great. Perfect balance of salt-fat-acid. The food and drinks are definitely more expensive than other local burger places, but as you can probably infer from what I order, this is where I come when I want something a little different. read more

Went to Bad Daddys Burger Bar for the first time last weekend and I'll say I was not impressed and don't get the hype. Our server was good so no complaints there but the food was just meh. I tried the Salmon sandwich which seemed like it was a frozen filet and not fresh so that was a let down. The overall taste of the sandwich was a 5/10. Also tried the fried deviled eggs off the appetizer menu and that was a complete let down. I could tell the eggs were not freshly fried and had absolutelyno crisp/crunch to them and the filling was dry and tasteless! Definitely a 1/10. My tots were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing with the bad daddy sauce!!My friend said his Philly "tasted better than it looked". He added that "it had a nice spice to it". My boys enjoyed their food as well. At 7:240pm, I ordered two soft serves for the kids. They came around 7:32pm. They didn't have sprinkles (per menu), and one of my sons wanted them. Greensboro has become something of a burger capital over the last 5 years or so, and this NC chain's latest restaurant has added yet another options to an already long list, which includes Hops, Big Burger Spot, Porter House, Kau, Jake's, CharBar 7, and now The Habit, and maybe Culver's is in the future. While the burgers are the headliners here there are other items that might warrant your interest, including one of the best Fried Chicken Sandwiches around - and these days there are such chicken sandwiches everywhere, constructed every which way, and sauced about the same number of ways! There has been much written about the so called "Chicken Sandwich War" ( dating from 2019) in the mindless mass media with all of their blathering centered on the national fast food chains! They have, as usual, missed the bigger picture - the local mom and pops and small chains are producing quality chicken sandwiches that not only rival but very often exceed that of their adored chains! The sandwich at this small chain is a perfect example. The best route to the chicken sandwich Xanadu here is to build your own sandwich, beginning of course, with the Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Breast - adding pickles, perhaps lettuce & tomato with a little mayo, with Onion Straws on the side (they are addictive!!!). I ask them to cut it in half before serving ( this sandwich is a twofer for me), and to please bring a hot sauce - I prefer Frank's Original for this sandwich - they have it! It's been a while since I've visited Bad Daddys Burger Bar. The last time I got Kim's Honey Chicken and loved it so I got it this time as well. Wow! Everything was great from beginning to the end! I was a first timer and today was date night and we were not let down. My server was amazing he helped with everything and the questions I had he could tell me what ever I needed to know and having a server who can answer your questions as a first timer is great, the food was amazing I ordered the sliders and I've tasted nothing like them BEFORE! I feel like Bad Daddy's is a spot my family and I can come to and know what we are going to get. They are very consistent in both their service and food which is a comfort. Although not the best burger I've ever had, their patty melt is good enough that I get this one every time we get it. I also appreciate the fact that they always cook my burger to the temp I prefer (medium). The fries are good enough but what really amps them up are the sauces that accompany them.
