    Wrong chicken

Went here on 9/26. I get my usual because I have the app and just easily click it to my cart. Imagine when I get to work and they used grilled nuggets vs the fried one. That is not what I even ordered. They are usually pretty good at getting things right but not this day.

I typically order ahead through the app and pick up curbside. I have gone inside and dined in. I've also used the drive-thru a few times. I've had a positive experience from each visit. Even today, my mobile order took a bit longer to get than normal. When it arrived, the food was hot. The staff member was apologetic and even gave me a gift card! You really can't beat the customer service at Chick Fi La. Although my service was slow today, guess what, I'll be back tomorrow. If they make a mistake, they make it right. I like my coffee black. I like the flavor of their coffee. I wish it came in a larger cup. I would surely pay for it . (Hint hint lol) They did a good job with the layout of this location. It is fairly easy to get in and out of. It doesn't shut down traffic like other locations.

Updated review from my initial review since they first opened this location. Verdict is I still have no complaints as the food is always good (and correct) and service is typically faster than other locations I've been to. I almost always get curbside or drive thru and never had to wait too long. The few times I've actually been inside, I can tell they have a good work environment and everyone seems to enjoy working with each other. A plus are the events, recognitions that I've seen them do for individuals and/or the community. Very glad this CFA opened up at this location.

Chic fil a is my favorite fast food restaurant. The Cobb salad is amazing and a very reasonable price. I always crave their chocolate milkshake, even more in the summer/ warm weather. The drive through staff is very efficient, and this service is definitely the most accurate definition of fast food. I've been inside a few times but not recently. The place appears to be clean. I have seen the chic fil a cow at their locations and I get as excited to see it as a child lol

This chicken biscuit was NOT their pleasure (insert sad face) This had to have been the baby chicken that wouldn't leave the mommy's side.

This is my favorite Chic fil a! Their service is friendly and fast! I take my son here for lunch at least once a week. Their layout is nice with several seating options. The servers who walk around and ask if you need anything are great! My go to is the chicken noodle soup with a side salad! The creamy salsa dressing id my favorite! I also love the fresh flowers on the tables.

Between excellent service, from the host to the kitchen staff, and being a bright, cheery place decorated in a modern farmhouse feel (only complaint is the HARD seating), we love this place. The food is always delicious and seasoned perfectly with FLAVOR. For the appetizer, the Salad Pizza is absolutely scrumptious and was recommended by our server our first visit here last year. Honestly, it keeps bringing us back. The flavors are incredible. It has feta, mozzarella, topped with organic greens, shaved onions, tossed in a lemon/dijon dressing with shaved parmesan. It's a flavor bomb in the mouth. The meatloaf, is to die for. If you're a meatloaf eater this is for you. It's so tender and juicy and perfectly seasoned. Melts in your mouth and the sauce on top is the perfect blend of sweet and savory to top it off. For my two sides this time I chose the fried brussels sprouts and the greens. The greens are always seasoned perfectly and the brussels sprouts were crispy and full of flavor. They tasted even better dipped in my meatloaf sauce so that was a win-win. My boyfriend had the special which was short ribs. For his two sides, he had greens and green beans. The short rib was perfectly tender and absolutely delicious full of flavor and moist for him. The green beans and the greens were also perfect as well full of flavor, just enough fat and butter. It's a great little date spot or a family dinner. They also have outdoor seating covered with umbrellas. There's a bar inside with a TV if you choose to go watch sports and the food here is always on point full of flavor and makes you want to come back and try more things on the menu. You can't go wrong at southern roots.

Definitely one of my go-to spots!

One person told me that they were holding off on putting anything (rice, sauces, etc) in my plate so it would still be fresh. Another person offered me a drink while I waited, which I really appreciated! The customer service was just excellent! It's not to be confused with Fig and Olive Cafe in Greensboro. Fig & Olive is new to Stock + Grain. It opened last month, July 2025. Stock + Grain opened in early 2022. The food hall has really filled in since then. We visited for dinner before a Carolina Core soccer game and the place was packed. My wife and I were drawn to Fig & Olive's menu. We wanted something light and relatively healthy. They sell sandwiches and bowls, priced at $11 to $18.50 each. We both got the Portofino Bowl for $16.50 each. It comes with baby arugula, soppressata, bresaola, marinated artichoke hearts, shaved pecorino romano, fresh lemon, and extra virgin olive oil. The bowls/salads were presented nicely. One of our friends commented that they looked "delightful." Unfortunately, the bowls looked better than they tasted. They were unbalanced and hard to enjoy. We were unable to finish them. While the portion sizes were decent, I was working/chewing through a lot of dense, cured meat. There wasn't any dressing except for the EVOO (which I'm not sure we even noticed) and some lemon wedges. Overall, the bowls weren't that flavorful. They felt incomplete. The quality of the ingredients was fine, though. They give you a pager so you know when to pick up your order. When I went to pick up our bowls, they made a mistake and only prepared one bowl instead of two. I let them know and later, the cashier brought my bowl directly to where we were sitting. She was polite and apologetic. No big deal to me. It looked like there were only two people working and they were busy. Given how new this place is and the appealing menu, I'd be willing to give it another shot. Maybe they were still working some kinks out and/or we ordered the wrong thing. Fig & Olive is certainly a nice addition to Stock + Grain's lineup. According to Fig & Olive's page on Stock + Grain's website, the business is "a social enterprise" of Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC's Providence program where "all efforts and profits support workforce development programs." I can't count the number of time I've had the food at the various locations, probably over 100. This small, local chain started in 1970 on what was the then (and remains so for some of us) High Point Road near Stamey's. They moved into a spot vacated by a pancake house and remained there for about 45 years before closing. The menu has been reworked from time to time, but the classics remain as always - Steak and Cheese Sub, Chicken Kabobs with double salad, gyro, falafel, hummus, Beef Kabobs, tabouli, za'atar fries, mezza platter, wraps, chicken salad, and more - and they have number of rice bowls you can choose from - Chicken Shawarma, Harissa Chicken, and others. On my visits here I'v had my favorite, Double Chicken Kabobs with Double Salad , as well as the Mezza Platter, Za'atar Fries, Steak and Cheese Sub, and several Rice Bowls. All good stuff. As I waited there were a few guests dining in. The drink machine and utensils area were tidy. Overall the appearance of this location was tidy. I ordered the chicken bowl and grabbed a sweet tea. The pickles in this and sauce drizzled atop weren't a great addition. The bowl was bland, the pickled onions were good and crunchy. However bearing the bottom of the bowl it had little to no flavor on the chicken. The thinly sliced chicken appeared compacted in the bowl and all other ingredients were simply tossed in the bowl. This was unfortunately not an appetizing meal or experience. I'm Not certain that I'd want to try any other items.

The shrimp were tender and complemented the dish well. The mofongo with chicharrón was another standout. The pork was crispy and flavorful, and the spicy dipping sauce with fresh lime added an extra kick that balanced the richness of the dish. The pollo guisado with white rice was classic Dominican comfort food. The chicken was tender, well-seasoned, and simmered in a savory sauce that paired perfectly with the rice. The side of maduros (sweet fried plantains) was cooked beautifully.
