This location just makes your day better. A bit extra to say but the staff (especially during the week) are very bright and inviting. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms and said no jalapeño peppers and there were a few on my sandwich. But I didn't notice it until I got home. This was a phone in order and it was to be picked up curbside. They said the order would be ready at 6:40 PM and at 6:45 they still were not out with my sandwich I realize that they were very busy and they only had two working the counter so that doesn't bother me, but that my sandwich was not made to my order specifications. Probably the best Jersey Mike's location I have ever been to. While on the whole, I think these days it has gotten a little too expensive for what it is across the board, if I am going to go in there for a sandwich, I at least want to know I'm getting a generous portion of meat and toppings for my buck on fresh bread. As per usual, my wife and I split a giant sub because that's the most cost effective way to do it. They're happy to make the two halves differently and pack them up as if they were two orders, but just charge the one sandwich. Also, as if often the case, this one is an Italian. For me, it's the best cold sub Jersey Mike's has, along with their excellent hot subs. The employees the other day were very engaged, and the general manager (maybe owner) was there slicing meats and cracking jokes with us the whole time he made the sandwich. I felt there was plenty of the meats and cheese on there, and overall, well constructed and loaded (heavy on those hot peppers!). The location was clean, and I think this might actually be the first Jersey Mike's I ever saw in the area, so for it to be spotless and well run is a testament to the management. Ive never been disappointed at a Jersey Mikes. This was a great example of what is good about quick service. The bathrooms and restaurant eating area was extremely clean. The staff was kind and friendly--they worked well together and as I was leaving they were all chatting and laughing. My sandwich was DELICIOUS! The subs here are the best in the area due to higher quality bread and only Board Head meats. The manager Ravi always greets you with quips and funny remarks that make your day. They focus on the customers and keeping the prep station clean. Sandwiches are always fresh. Hot sandwiches take a little longer. Covid-19 Review Usually my go to sub shop because it is convenient, even though I have given it 2 stars in the past. Yesterday we ordered subs here yesterday for the first time since the pandemic. I had a bad experience at this location about fifteen years ago. I had ordered a big club sandwich. When I got it home, I noticed it had no bacon on it. I called the store and they were like, "we only put bacon on if the customer asks". Really? Without bacon, it's not a club sandwich and I really shouldn't have to ask. The guy told me that next time I come in, they'll give me a free sandwich. OK, fair enough. So the next week I come by and they were like, "We don't know what you're talking about" and wouldn't give me my free sandwich. Well, as you might have guessed, I was outraged. I did not set foot in this store again for FIFTEEN YEARS! Recently, my wife was like, "You like the food, how long are you going to boycott?". So I softened on it and decided to try again. A lot has changed in fifteen years. Now you can order your sandwich, leave a tip and pay with a credit card. I downloaded the app and did all of those things. The app said the sandwiches would be ready at 6:24. That was perfect because that's about how long the drive is from work. I arrived at 6:25. There were a couple people behind the counter and they weren't very busy. The food was not ready. So I'm not happy about that. Finally at 6:30, the employee slides the bag across the counter to me without a word. No "Sorry for the wait" or "thank you for your business" or anything like that. That bothered me worse than the wait. It's the kind of thing that makes me wish that I could take my tip back, but of course you can't and they know it. Looks like it might be another fifteen years before I go in there, because there are better places to get good food and I really don't need this. Also, I didn't think there was enough meat on my steak and cheese. If you like it, you should probably get extra meat, because it was more like a bread sandwich with a little bit of steak on it. read more

Sometimes they can be lacking in customer service. I also don't like how they put a tip line on the bill. But for many years this locations has had good customer service. First off Jersey mikes subs are my go to favorite. Been to tons of them. Was tickled that Adam's farm was getting one. Ate there right after it opened. Was pleased. 2nd or third time in there place was dirty. Workers where unfriendly. They gave me my to go order and when I got home it was wrong. This after the girl who made it checked my order when she gave it to me. Top it off they charged me twice. I called and left 3 messages for the manager with no reply. 4th time he's said corporate would have to investigate. To date I have not heard from either. I order from this JM probably once a week at least, it's our go-to when we don't have any groceries left. One time I ordered it for delivery via their app, like I usually do. The order is fulfilled by a third party like door dash. It had been an hour since we placed our order and we had not received our food even though the wait time was 30 mins. I called the store and basically what happened was the third party driver cancelled the pick up, but they had already made my food and it was just sitting there. I really like Jersey Mike's subs alot, more often than not I go with the "Sub In A Tub" though, where they make any of their subs into a salad. I had the Big Kahuna in the Sub In A Tub style here, it's pretty much a Philly Chicken Cheesesteak with grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms and jalapenos with cheese...and chicken of course, made into a salad. I think the food here is good. I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches in general. What I didn't like about this location is the way they have the checkout set up. The terminal automatically adds in different levels of tips (7.5%, 15% if i remember correctly). You have to read the screen and pick "No Thanks" to go to the next screen and pay the original amount. This is too much like those gas stations where you have to decline a tacked on car wash to pump your gas. I am not willing to leave a tip for standing in line and picking up my sandwich and don't like the store prompting me to do so. I have never seen this in any other Jersey Mike's store. With so many other choices for a quick lunch in the area I probably won't visit this store again. read more

They have delicious subs and fast service here. I love to use the online ordering so my sandwich is ready when I get there, and they have a program where you can earn points with every purchase to use towards free sandwiches. The man acting as cashier also greeted us (and everyone that came in!) with a smile and even talked to us about where we were from (we were traveling). Good experience.
